We were very satisfied. Who knows, why the people always so much to complain about. Is just a hotel in Turkey and not in Germany. And we turkish standards it is very nice. All gave a lot of effort.
In October it is very quiet in the hotel and you can get a good rest. We will be back:-) read more

We stayed in this hotel in October 2012. Because the hotel to the November is closed, was every day more and more one saves. From the 20. October disappeared the tablecloths in the restaurant, animation took about 20 minutes in the evening children -disco. On 2a 3 days have the guests in the main building no warm water received. Laundry was our 12-day stay after 11. Day changed (absurd!) Itself water slides were turned off.
The food is okay.
To the beach it are 5 minutes on foot, also okay.
Family room (2 rooms) is much smaller, than described. read more

But you had to rest of the staff not the ' guest is king' feeling! We were less disappointed as other with to high expectations arrived.

Sunday.. Am to second time alone here in this hotel been, because I simply in April was happy, simply great. I have a single vacation spend, very pleasant everything, the hotel alone, staff, cleanliness, etc. Everything OK.! At the beach you can now definitely not with Mallorca comparisons and a quiet walk make, but nevertheless everything was beautiful.
The food, since you can only strike ;-)

A very clean and beautiful hotel with friendly staff in the entire area. The quality of the dishes is brilliant, the diversity you could a bit better desired. During the day there was only one bar at the Cola etc. Are being served, that is with children a little exhausting. The pool is from about 13 hours in the shade, because the hotel the sun covered, it was the water also very cold. The beach is with rocks covered, for children for swimming unsuitable. However there are nearby a wonderful beach, the suttelservice also drives. All staff are very friendly ... and willing to help.
The rooms are huge and neat. Cleanliness is in this hotel very hip.
To the issue animation I can only say: I have never seen such a bad and listless animation seen like in this hotel. They crept through the hotel and hoped not to be recognized. The dj seems deaf to be, since the music almost for the whole day was so loud, it was unpleasant. In the children's disco was the music also so loud, the children not wanted and the ears kept shut have. The shows were a joke. Very flat and unbearably loud. read more

Ive just come back from this hotel and its definately not a 5*, 3 at most. Its in the middle of no where, just a couple of shops nearby which your bored of by the second day. The pool area is lovely but the pool is too cold to get in. The food is a disgrace and i practically starved for two weeks!!!!!! Do not cater for english at all, just europeans. The rooms were gorgeous, cant complain there, but no english channls on the tvs. The maid came everyday but never once changed the bedding, just the towels and ... cleaned the floor. Half the staff were very friendly and looked after us including aysel kocabelcil and the waiter that served our table, but you some found it hard to crack a smile. Definately wouldnt go back. read more

The hotel in general is ok... Only that staff besides front desk is a catastrophe. The waiters are only on the tips apart, if you ask only, whether one which to drink would like. With drawbacks it was ok for me as a lone traveler but who with children was there had to look after them, animation in general very bad! The staff were only friendly if one anything to criticize. The stairs to the entrance in the pool was torn down and was only after several days repaired and unfortunately also only after the conversation with the tour operator! I have never experienced that the staff ( animation) on guests starts and threats. The staff in the restaurant was very friendly, at the front desk one was only after some minutes taken care ... of, the conversation among themselves from the staff was apparently interesting. The food wasn't varied and you have some on the next day in other form found again. I wouldn't recommend the hotel and not at all with children. read more

The hotel complex has a very manageable large outdoor area, that's why everything was good and easy to reach. Enough loungers by the pool and on adjoining lawn, the beach area was not so big, but also enough. Unfortunately was the pool early in the afternoon in the shade ( vacation middle October).
The staff were very helpful and friendly. Spoke English or German.
Only negative criticism is the bathroom: no hooks, around laundry/towels hanging space, walls decorated, little possibilities to store things away.
Our 12-year-old son was with hotel and fixtures ( amongst others water slides etc.) very ... satisfied. read more

The complex has a mixed bag to offer, by the bargain hunters, party people, hyperaktive children, but also people who want to relax adults will delight. The hotel is more or less fine and everyone is tomorrow cleaned. The rooms itself, are only later cleaned, which also only at 16 o'clock can be.

The hotel is in a nice location and quiet close to the sea. It is informal. You can easily with the staff communicate, either on German or English. An especially much praise goes to the hotel manager at the front desk, very good and quickly wishes and problem of the guests deals. Otherwise there is a wonderful spa area! Hammam and massages are very recommendable! Especially Bülent:-) alone therefore is worthwhile already the arrival. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Efficient cleaning ladies-) buffet is also a nice size and diverse! However the coffee \u263a I hope ... a coffee full automats-) no fine. We were this year during the vacation here and were very pleased with the lots of German families. The hotel isn't so large, as the other and it is very clear, which is very nice, if you with small children travels, since they alone at times to explore can-) we are very satisfied and the holidays not to end, we would still there-) read more

General I had a very nice holiday spend there! Pleasant staff ( bar, front desk, restaurant) and of course the entertainers ( Onur, Ahmet, Kathi and Nadine) on a extra compliment, that through it we always great evenings in Havana Club in Alanya had! Also the evening shows were genuinely great!
The food was also always diverse! Beautiful room, even in bungalow! Pool and also the slides were great! The way to the beach also fit (about 5 minutes on foot) the only thing which me at the beach disturbed, was, the DA too many only rocks were where one ... entered! Also in the water were many rocks \u2639 nevertheless was but also a jetty as to go!
Shops at the hotel were also there, you didn't just to Konakli itself drive!
In short: I want to definitely go back read more
