I was already for the 2 time this year guest in this hotel and come gladly again at any time. I inhabited both male one of the renovated business rooms in the main building and would the 10 chf extra charge for the upgrade every guest rates. I had both times a very nice and well equipped room, included large terrace, where I evenings with my colleague sat or a cigarette smoke could, great view of the lake and the lower city.
The bathroom has unfortunately only a shower but is otherwise very nice and modern, this everything available, what ... a hotel these standards should have. Merely the breakfast buffet offers air after above, which offer and quality regards, however knows man scrambled eggs from the tetrapacket from other hotels, so that this only a small side note should be. Because of the central location to the train station for arrival by train or plane suitable, I would gladly come again! read more

A great hotel in the style of the FIN-de-siècle with rooms in the look of the present time. The staff are friendly, accommodating and spoke-corporate headquarters.
To the sea side out great view over the Bay of Lugano, Monte Bré, Miami International and over to Campione.

In this wonderful hotel we felt comfortable all around. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything is very clean, tastefully and stylishly, in the old flair, without being kitschig. My single room was a bit small, but sufficient. Everything was there. Fridge, telephone, tv, air conditioning, new modern decor. Location almost right at the train station is good if you without a car traveled here. There is great, also on foot, everywhere fast. Was ideal for me.
Also it is reasonable value for money. I recommend very gladly! read more

We were just passing through in this very beautiful hotel. We had a room direction city/train station and a magnificent view. The whole property is very well maintained. The staff are friendly, the breakfast good. We felt very good, unfortunately we had a rainy day and could see the beautiful pool in the garden didn't use it. read more

The hotel was for us with the proximity to train station and the location from Lugano with the proximity to several lakes etc.. A good starting point for excursions. The noise of the train station were by the park-facing room with the window closed barely audible and through the air-conditioned rooms not a problem. We were satisfied all around. read more

Stay in the hotel was very pleasant. The hotel is nicely located in a park. In the summer certainly also nice in the garden area and at the pool to lie. Rooms were reasonable. Since we our room in the neighboring building had, it was right next to the tracks of the train station location. The train noise was a little disturbing. Also the rooms relatively badly soundproofed. Also the TV extremely small and old. Altogether was the room however reasonable, in particular, the small balcony with partial lake view (had Mindeskategorie booked). Also breakfast was very good.
All together ... good, recommendable hotel. read more

My wife and I stayed for five nights in the hotel and enjoyed every moment there. Warm welcome: happy to receive, the room upgrade at no price increase. The room - type superior - very comfortable, elegant, well-good equipped. A grand old hotel with a beautiful view and fantastic garden.
I recommend the hotel to Railway fanatic. From Annex building balcony optimal area when
somebody would make photos and videos from Swiss trains.
We already recommended Continental Parkhotel to our friends and for everybody on the world.

Nice renovated hotel. Looks from the outside very represent from. Extremely friendly service, very good knowledge of German at front desk, bar and in the restaurant. A really positive surprise. Great view of the lake, there is also the line, therefore window to the night which in the winter not a problem is( air conditioning for summer available).
massive LCD TV on the wall with I/F/D-speaking channels.
we would love to go in the summer again and use the pool in the beautiful park back the hotel. read more

Very comfortable and nicely appointed hotel with informal character. You should book a room in the main building, with a view of garden and pool, as you can hear the trains at the front of the hotel. The hotel lies right on the Bahngeleise, with the windows closed you nothing. The single rooms are rather small, but it had everything, what it needs. Tv, safe etc. The bathroom is not too small and very modern. The staff is very nice and helpful. I will certainly stay here again. read more

When we arrived at the hotel, we saw a wonderful old and the train station in front of the front door:-). For your peace of mind, the train station is barely noticed and we felt by the few trains that didn't bother us. We had a great room on the fourth floor with a view of the lake and a great bathroom. The furnishing was new, the floors marble and the bathroom. Friends of ours had a room facing the garden, it was so nice. The hotel is in a park with (deer) and wild pool area. On the ... first evening we enjoyed a barbecue dinner outside under the wonderful palm trees and a delightful setting and otherwise we can say about the food is good. Delicious is the aperol squirt (with fruits) in the bar. In a few minutes walk to the sea and the old town. There are shopping, to sightseeing to just relax everything. Those who 'mountain' to the hotel is not within walking distance like, can take a train for about a euro. If you want to see something of the landscape, both by car, as well as with the motorcycle or bike tours undertake great. So, enough swarmed and a lot of fun! read more

Really very nice hotel area with palm trees, swimming pool and many Sitzpläten in the park. The food is not recommended, with half-board there is only one menu and this was during our stay not edible. read more

The hotel is located nearby the train station in a nice park with view of the town Lugano. Our room was big and bright, very clean and had an airco. Also it had a large flat screen tv. The view of the lake lugano from the balcony from was great. With the window closed you don't hear anything the train noise of the train station. The breakfast buffet was very appealing and offered something for everyone. If we again once in Lugano are, we go to this hotel again. read more

Hotel very nice and recently renovated to a high standard. Quiet rooms in the main building and the pool demand. In July parking spaces in the evening are difficult to obtain. Has been a good experience. We'll be back. read more

The location of the hotel is in a great central location, and very quiet if you had a room to the pool. A table was missing on the balcony, especially in the evening you want to sit outside, therefore a small table would be practical. The rooms are new and very well equipped.

One older Hotel, totally renovated with a great atmosphere and a personal touch. We felt very comfortable. The proximity of the railway through lärmreduzierende Windows didn't bother, since the number of trains was quite straightforward. This historic house is totally renovated and great, has an excellent atmosphere and you can feel right at home. The bar was excellent and the afternoon at the pool were exemplary. The park, in which the Hotel lies, is worth seeing. You can really relax. Rooms, service and food are really good.

some rooms are very close to the line. sleep with opened windows impossible, as every half hour in the night. zooms past a freight train even with the windows closed some good factor with the reservation so on the location of the room... read more
