Great, clean and centrally located hotel! Very recommendable! Only the bathtub in the bathroom there was very cramped and a handle to enter and exit was missing. read more

A very nice, well-maintained hotel. Unfortunately somewhat unübersichtlig. At any time of the day enough free loungers by the pool. Wonderful view from of the pool bar on La Gomera and on the beach. Very tasty cocktails, the price/performance ratio ok. Because the hotel mostly english inhabited, is the food 'very british '. Because we could us with the best will not to get used to. Room very big and attractively decorated. Fridge had to be paid extra, 4 Euro per day. read more

We were for one week on Tenerife. At the search for a hotel we did not want to in the middle of the action however also not very secluded. This expectation the hotel has fulfilled. The food was delicious and varied. With exception the morning juices and the rolls. The dining room is unfortunately the density seating and few decoration as a train station and is therefore not a longer stay a. The pool is very clean and neat. Also at the beach it can bear; if the hawkers would not be, would be the beach perfect. read more

We were there for 14 days in this hotel building, it is a very clean and friendly hotel. For us it was a little too large, in spite of the very many guests was the buffet always refilled and very clean. The hotel deserves its 4 stars we the service pleased, after each guest a new tablecloth was presented. There were mainly older guests with a good behavior, around pleased it us super. What you here in the forum bad read, we can not understand. We would book it again. Would you like more? There are also 5 stars hotels. read more

Since we had already had in a princess hotel on Gran Canaria and tenerife south not at all knew, we have this hotel elective. The first impression was very sobering. The furnishing seemed very cold and uncomfortable. The lobby is huge and very high. Thus it schallte much and it was relatively loud. The bar area is exactly opposite the front desk. The restaurant is located in the lower floor. A massive (basement-) house, very loud, since the individual tischbereiche not by partition or similar was divided. This one could surely the volume counteract. The restaurant has unfortunately no atmosphere. ... The buffet is in the middle the room set up. The dishes were a bit lovelessly plates arranged, quality of the dishes was all right and tasty. It reminded us of a cafeteria or cafeteria. The service was friendly, but always very hectic. Our room against was very tidy! We had the impression the newly decorated and it was apparently very clean. If you don't large importance on comfort and atmosphere particularly in the evening sets, is here surely in good hands. Since we however not so comfortable, this hotel we will not book again and from the reason not recommend. For guests, the only value for cleanliness, proximity to the beach and to the center and less on atmosphere is this hotel however good choice. read more

    Because the hotel have already gotten very old is, are also the rooms in a bad condition. As we all in all three rooms changed or changed, we can't have a good state of the rooms find. Even the shower head was broken, the water came out of the wall! The mattress moldy, several cigarette butts in the boxes on the balcony. In the next rooms had we the air conditioning the neighboring hotels directly in front of de nose. In the last room then the noise of the elevators right next door. In every room the toilet flushing extremely loud, you can hear almost over several floors and from far away rooms. Cockroaches we had in every room found!

    The restaurant is simply uncomfortable. Way too big and much too lots of people, therefore station atmosphere! The food is also always the same and little lovingly prepared.

    The staff is very different. Most waiter are very willing to make an effort, to seem friendly, but they are always very stressed. The staff at reception is also nice, but with complaints they cannot really good avoid. We had when booking abandoned, a quiet room in a higher floor. We received the room h 36 -the worst room, what you did get could. It was right next to the reception behind the piano! Absolutely loud noise! Terrible! When we got the first night with a cockroach spend together had, we have finally lost their nerve. At the front desk one said us, only 3 days later a different room to obtain. When we then threatened, to leave the hotel and to leave, it was suddenly possible a new room to get. We found that it was very surprising.

Altogether a very successful week. Very positive is the ideal location and the short walk to the very nice beach. In the hotel we found a very pleasant ambience for. The breakfast and dinner buffet was not too high expectations something for everyone. A bit hard to get used to was the waiting time until one in the restaurant sit down could, but then there were orders for beverages immediately taken up and also brought. Waiting times at the buffet there was not. We would gladly come again! read more

We would come back any time gladly to the hotel come back. Nearby there is plenty of restaurants, bars and the beach directly in front of the door. The food in the restaurant is really great, only the already much described waiting times nerves. All waiter are very pleasant and really in the continuous stress to all the guests easy to operate. The rooms were very clean and were every day preceding endorser. read more

The hotel is good but different rooms are according to. In this hotel to 80% English, accordingly is also the food. Staff are friendly and the waiters are cooperative. Depending on location of the room is the noise level a bit higher. read more

Can only be recommended: Quiet clientele. -good food ( you should however nothing against British cuisine have) -great location! -very clean! You feel is Lich from the start very probably. The hotel is in a very good condition and the rooms also. We had the junior suite Neckermann with a view of the sea, was worth the money. There will be more English spoken, but you can also with German very well. If you excursions makes you directly from the hotel collected and the proximity to the beach and for shopping really great. If you something to complain about, there were always which, but for our standards it was a succesful vacation. read more

    - distance to the beach is okay, if you are in the' back' floors are must one only 2 lifts use and the large pool past. marschweg from 3rd floor to the beach about 5 minutes ( included lifts) - the airport is normally approximately 15 minutes out, however it takes by bus transfer about 1 hour ( hotel guests drop off/pick-up) - there are shops plentiful however only tourist business where everyone the same. - entertainment possibilities are matter of taste, we had a small little more party hoped for ( for example current songs) or discos but you get almost only rock from all the pubs to hear where it is only English aswarm. - excursions there are some in the area however we only have the camel park attended, because the value for money voted, entry + 50 minutes camel rides per person 20 €, in addition there was still a free transfer the camel park.

    The rooms are very spacious and clean. As my husband wheelchair users is, we had a handicap accessible room booked and were very satisfied. Also on the terrace he could easily with the wheeling. The bathroom was very big with a bath.

Airport is about kilometers away. We felt from the airport directly a hired car and were in 30 minutes in the hotel. Purchase - and entertainment possibilities there are in the area sufficiendy. There is many excursions, the you suburb in the hotel or in one of the many tourism offices can book. The prices are generally everywhere directly.
