A 12 story hotel with 132 rooms. The state of the hotel is at than adequate, more certainly not. I had a double room for single use with half board booked. At this time of year many germans pensioners and also spanish. read more

    Reasonable size, that was it. No, a absolute highlight is (at least on the upper floors): when showering you can look through a narrow window and looks the sea, depending on the location the El Arenal or Palma. Fantastic! Also from the balcony partial view of the airport, but not disturbing! Functional decorated, steinzeitfernseher on the 'sow' letter could (see photos), a bezahlsafe in the closet, durchgesessener chair, well, that was it. Bathroom didn't really clean, but oh well. Bathtub with rusty chains and so on (see pictures), but it is meant to be renovated room, where at least the tubs new came.

    A restaurant(hall). For breakfast you could mostly what useful find, if you don't spoiled. Always the same was put, but refilled unfortunately not! No label, no matter wether jams or something else (see pictures!) Not enough staff, tables were at a snail's pace cleared and newly restocked, as mentioned: buffet only very zögerlich is refilled. So patience is appropriate. Would rather not during the season experience! Unfortunately during dinner the same. It is also a pity, that not even the leftovers cleared away. The sauces is a ' skin ', Paella was looted and then hours only the rice since, nothing was refilled, it is really sad!

    Front desk german speaking and courteous, there is nothing to complain about there. Would definitely after a room on the upper floors ask, there is the view gigantic. Room cleaning takes place, but more also not. Unfortunately the dirt lay, the i on the edge was, for days and was not cleaned up. Under the bed was thick dust and in the corners you should not see. The first impression was good, but was quickly marred. Changing of towels worked however well and what amazing was: the cleaning lady on the 9. floor sang totally in a good mood in the hallways and rooms.

    The distance to the beach is acceptable, in a couple of minutes distance. Restaurants and so on. In abundance, but very many people have only at the end of march reopen. The hotel is located in the 2. series and quite central. In a couple of minutes the bus stops Palma/ Arenal, as well as the promenade. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The hotel is for a 3 star hotel alright. The food was suitable, but the choice was limited. Another tip: the hotel has 12 floors. From the 9. floor you have a great view on the sea, After Palma, Arenal and the airport. read more

A good 3 stars hotels i can really recommend it. If you want luxury should not grumble, but a 5 star hotel book. Who searches finds but i kick myself on vacation not on things and look over it away. You can spend more money, but since you will find as you know, also something. Over the service and the staff's hospitality there is nothing negative to say. The indoor swimming pool is clean and new as well as the small sauna. The location is good and one is fast at the beach or at the bus stop around to ... the center from Palma to arrive (for novices line 25 or 15.25 is faster costs 1,50 to the center). The food was good and there was nothing to criticize. Had all inclusive and would recommend it to anyone book this hotel does. Conclusion very recommendable and at all times again read more

In the afternoon the bar was not manned, no snacks no cake, although the value specified. Every plate was with the reviewer. Every 3. fresh plates was dirty with old cabinets. Cups were not clean. The coffee machine was broken, the staff it was pointed out, however, it was not out of order or identified. A basement drilled in the nose, then the food. Licked the stay from just unappetizing and served to further. Very clairaudient hotel no trace of tranquility. Someone had in the evening on the stairs broken, was only the next morning by the cleaning staff away. ... Complain, you could however the problem was not solved. read more

It is something in the Hotel Maria Isabell, the spa area is being renovated and some outside areas have been removed. Like a year ago we felt really good. To emphasize is the condition the dining room (always a clean tablecloth ), the swimming pool ( daily control of the water ) the friendly staff and the food, there was something for everyone available. read more

An outdated hotel, the three stars standard not at all is, I wonder, all serious, whether the sternvergabe don reviewed annually is. The double room for single use was ok. There was on my room no information, only in a drawer a sheet, which could leave, in case you laundry to deliver wanted. Also the supporters' please do not disturb respectively ' room aufräumen' when I at o'clock morning arrived, was a very ... grumpy man at the front desk, without words (, although I friendly in spanish welcomed) me the sheet to complete laid down and without explanatory memorandum said, the safe only one hour later, can.     The first two days the food was very bad. A large paella sah on the first day tasty, but it was burnt taste. On second day was the paella with burnt peppers top. On 2. morning, a slice of shriveled bread with schimmelansatz serves. The muesli tasted musty. After the hotel manager said, is something not occurred. On third day after my arrival, it got very crowded in the hotel and the food was from this day reasonable, no culinary highlight, but actually I have always something edible found. The building has lots of regular guests and had nothing to moan about.

    The staff I the exception on arrival ( was probably only the night porter?) as very friendly and hard-working experienced. The cleaning of the rooms was sometimes good and sometimes bad. There was always fresh towels, apart from that was not done a lot. I took the liberty of, the toilet seat hochzuheben and was stunned! Urine stains and somehow still black? Is not at all - I then the glasses pointed above left, the result: the black was reasonably way and urine stains still there. Because it on one day once lots of rain, I wanted to in the bathtub relaxation, and see there, as I time under the fittings seen, the a black spot including has accumulated. Mold, dirt?

    There is entertainment no, is also not necessary, each of the Playa knows, knows, the in the area enough los is. Friday was a solo entertainer in the bar, the beautiful dance music played. Wi-fi and internet worked great. And now to the pool: 5 umbrella, apart from that no shade. The loungers mostly worn out. For a man I could watch, the he completely normal on the chair, and this broke through. The pool looked clean, but I didn't use it.

As a starting point for bowling club trip etc. Surely well suitable. ( however not really centrally located, on the way back to the adventure do) from there we were all together with the hotel satisfied. All inclusive you can however save, as the quality of the food but to be desired left. Pool area clean and tidy. Room decor getting quite old but clean. For couples or families would the hotel not case in mind. read more

The room was clean, the breakfast good and rich. In September there was no bawling guests, one could sleep well. The location is quiet, to the beach it is not far (but no beach area). In the higher floors nice view, also on the sea. Contrary to many criticisms the breakfast offer was good and rich. What especially pleased: the German guests have voluntarily on the reservation from loungers declined. Only point of criticism of importance: the rooms are badly soundproofed. read more

We were with the cone club there and it was enough for our needs. If someone distance to the Schinkenstraße/ Ballermann complained it is your own fault, should one inform before. To the beach approximately 5 to 10 minutes ( depending on walking speed) and the party 10 minutes. Staff were us opposite friendly. Rooms were okay, very badly soundproofed, just three stars. What didn't work was the lunch and dinner. Definitely not book! Breakfast was against really good. We had booked all inclusive, so that we also the beverages for free, however here clearly opposite Selbstzahlern differences. Plastic cup ... instead of glasses, other beer, etc. read more

We were in' high rise building' in 10 of 12 floors. The rooms were okay, the mattresses new, the tv very small. The pool is lütt and there are also only 4 firm sun screens available. Half board in buffet form get a very good. The guests were too many middle twenty to beginning thirty, Italian, french and many germans. read more

    Balcony small but for 2 people enough, the balcony door can however from the outside open. The climbed is offset, so that one (just on the 10th Floor) no attempt would launch times evenly over to jump. Room amenities: beds, bedside tables, closets to hang and put. TV stand with chair = desk, mirror and super small tv, air conditioning and safe ( key) in the dining, stone floors. Bathroom: bath tub, toilet, washbasin and a little to narrow board (culture bag must be on the floor ), mirror.

    We have in one week evenings not even the same dishes had. There was always fish, meat, chicken, once mussels, different vegetables, rice, potatoes, once pasta. Salad buffet, desserts and ice. Drink prices I don't know, we have evenings nothing to drink ( begründubg under tips). Mornings always the same buffet, solid food varied. The selection is however so big, that something for everyone is. Beverage selection in the morning was very good. Tablecloths were just turned over to the clean page up to, apart from that very clean.

    In the restaurant unfriendly staff, the chef whereas but it was always very cheerful. German at the front desk was acceptable, with English one gets ahead in mallorca but not further, except in the conversation with other vacations. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned, towels were changed if you in the bathtub put. To the issue complaints I am under tips, you should read.

    The pool is, for the size of the hotel, way too small, four sun screens the feast installed rich at 38 degrees in the shade not from. A ping-pong table was to see, there is entertainment not, not suitable for families. In the hobby there is wi-fi, I didn't try. At the beach ( very good) a beach chair cost 5 €, a sun screen also 5 Euro. Peace you don't, either will women and want massage, or men first want sunglasses, then clocks sale. The clubleute a to 'lure' want. Bags should always locked and not unnoticed remain, there is stolen which things hold.

    We were in' high rise building' in 10 of 12 floors. The rooms were okay, the mattresses new, the tv very small. The pool is lütt and there are also only 4 firm sun screens available. Half board in buffet form get a very good. The guests were too many middle twenty to beginning thirty, Italian, french and many germans.

    With the taxi 15 minutes away from the airport, 10 minutes to the beach with comfortable pace, shops on the promenade. Ballermann, to Schinkenstraße 15 minutes on foot. Palma de Mallorca approximately 1 hour away bus ride.

The hotel is old and run down. The staff were of arrival until the departure unfriendly and unmotivated. The room on arrival dirty, the toilet smeared, the air conditioning was despite complaints the whole 5 days not. The balcony wasn't swept, as well as the table never cleaned. The food was bad and the plates and mugs dirty. Towels or napkins were also not clean. All together a bad accommodation with DIN ISO certifications in front of the dining room decorated, but unfortunately not implemented. read more

For a party holiday for young tourist only on the Ballermann it was definitely suitable for you accordingly is however also the hotel. It remains recommendable if possible only with breakfast to book not all inclusive the food is really not enjoyable we had the half board but were evenings always outside of the hotel eat. It is about 3 minutes to the beach for B6 about 15 minutes. The beach is very clean and very hard to keep clean. We will to this hotel not more. But apart from that it was a lovely vacation. read more

For sleeping it was enough, to eat you should better go to the promenade. Room was clean and sufficiently equipped. Pool is very small, elevator angsteinflößend. All inclusive not worth it, even half board is too much. read more

The hotel is so completely reasonable! It is a rather altmotisches hotel with old lifts and wooden doors! Very in need of renovation! For couples and singles but it is all good! The pool nicely situated in the sun and is large enough for several people! The food has not the greatest selection at the buffet but it always tasted good! read more
