Had apartment booked with breakfast included one was once again not to our request received in the residence 2 or 3 to be accommodated. Breakfast buffet was okay, we had 2 years ago at the same time of the year with less choice but we find it sad that there is no seafood platter is as it appears on the Baltic Sea in three stars hotels belonged.     The quality the à la carte dishes and the breakfast buffet was in comparison to spring and 2 years ago improved. Cleanliness you couldn't complain about.

    The staff is mostly friendly, however nothing special warm. With complaints they could in all the years not particulary good avoid. One resting designed with the thermal baths good points (is the reason why we are go there not comparable to Rügen found) there is just the saline pool for 2 weeks locked without notice and also the two pool did not have the specified temperature were at least 2 degrees colder. You had to probably due to lower occupancy energy costs down

    Since we already often were there was us the location known, is located directly at the beach however at the end the promenade. We prefer the quiet location and go gladly take at the beach and on the promenade.

Except for a few details (in the conservatory some broken light bulbs, cobwebs under ceiling, missing knobs under toilet-seat) a nice short vacation. Over the value for money to the dinner buffet should once again be considered. € 25,-/person is in my opinion too expensive. read more

We enjoyed stay very good. We were a year ago already 5 days in Binz-thermal bath. Therefore wanted my wife this year gladly again their birthday in this context partying. It loves particularly the salt-water pool. As you can the spine so lovely relaxation. We would like to come again, if it limited and financially in our approach. read more

Nice hotel, friendly staff, fantastic breakfast! , pleasant experience in the brine bath followed by relaxation in the sauna area and different treatments. Missing here unfortunately the matching atmosphere, unfortunately. On the whole however recommendable. read more
