However, we have a somewhat günstere wardrobe missed,

Christmas in Park Hyatt Hamburg, it was again a very pleasant stay. This hotel draws in my experience by a above average friendliness and responsiveness the complete staff from. Small weaknesses in the housekeeping... So well. To zeitwird the clublounge into the club floor (7 floor) renovated, but i hope it is as the pool area was not everything changed and the comfortable and comfort is! read more

The house is and remains my favorite. Not only the location, directly at the large shopping area and within walking distance to the main station and the binnenalster/rathhausmarket, convinced. The friendliness of the staff is always just as good of a high standard. Weaknesses there is only the service in the restaurant for breakfast. read more

A very good house, the however also the corresponding price has. The hotel lies nearby the main station, ideal if you by train comes. Surrounding it very lots of shops, restaurant and bars. To the harbor you drove 5 minutes with the subway. The room was huge, also the bathroom ( included walk-in shower). Everything available what you from a Park Hyatt expect. Only the Turn down service ( evening service in the room) was a bit disappointing. There were only the trash cans emptied, otherwise, nothing was done. Neither beds turned down, even the towels were changed, etc. It ... was the pool / sauna area very big and well maintained. read more

Really a top hotel from A to Z. the staff at reception and the entire serving staff were very friendly and accommodating. No wishes were left unfulfilled. The breakfast buffet was a hit, just a pity, that the number of seats on the terrace outside right was limited. Our room the backyard, was very quiet. The design of the room was really spacious. We really enjoyed the stay and can therefore this hotel highly recommend. read more

Still one of the best hotels in Hamburg. The location in the main shopping area is awesome. Striking are the many employees, the extremely friendly (but not exaggerated). A little is disturbing for breakfast, the one already times 15 minutes for a ordered hot drinks have to wait. Apart from that we would the building always book it again read more

One of the best hotels in which I was. Can only be recommended! Directly at the Monkebergstrasse-it doesn't go more central. In case you definitely a point of criticism I catch up to, then the pay access to the internet in the room. While it is normal for good hotels, but even a Etap offers this free of charge. read more

The hotel is a typical Hyatt hotel with international flair in the middle of Hamburg. The guests are mainly people on business trip from all men countries. Against an extra charge there are breakfast which we didn't make use of. There is a hotel's own bar in the late evenings what is going on. Everything is very clean and very beautifully and styleful furnished. read more

My absolute favorite for the stay in Hamburg. Nice, friendly, courteous and helpful staff take care of the guest. You feel from the start very comfortable and welcome. The you could feel in this house especially.
In addition to the excellent location, directly at the Mönckbergstraße and 5 minutes on foot to the main station. In also 5 minutes one is at the Alster lake. read more

Friendly and professional front desk with company to the rooms. Instead of the usual three to four apples, the Hyatt this time a generous occupied fruit plates as a welcome ready, furthermore a bottle of wine, as well as a board of high quality Chocolate.
The rooms as well as the bathrooms were perfectly cleaned and despite their age, still up-to-date. Wear marks were nowhere recognizable. You feel good. My previously an email adduced desire for a more generous quantity shower gel was shortacting responded, we got this however only repeated request on site. I wonder however with any hotel ... stay, including two adults with 30 milliliters shower gel able to manage.
The underfloor heating in the bathroom, only on request on; this done a house technician. Unreliable showed the hotel the newspaper delivery. We ordered at arrival for the first room the FAZ, for the 2. the world. From 2. Morgen we received however only the world in simple form.
Breakfast buffet still great! The diversity makes however before the cheeses stop. Here one expected more, than three favorable sorts of cheese slices' from the block '. Generally could the presentation of the entire Aufschnittangebots to be reviewed. The presentation of the food is at the most functional and comparable in a motel.

The water in the pool was pleasantly kept at a moderate temperature. This was our last visit not the case.
The bar was as part of the Restaurantumgestaltung new furnished. You was successful overall, great concept!
Worth mentioning are far the parking fees, which now to 30€ per day have been raised. Compared to our zehnminütigen Germany telephone call, for the 18 €due were, are the car- Abstellkosten thus almost on Discountniveau. Internet in the room cost 3 €per hour respectively 18 Euro per day to book.
Check out designed quite bland. More than a short ' is everything OK been? ' was the receptionist not to draw. A' thanks/ good drive/ until the next time' would have been appropriate.
Still a good hotel - however with actually avoidable Herzproblemen. read more

Top -location ( only few minutes on foot until the main station or the Alster), great serving staff and very nice, clean rooms. High standard, you should for the price but also expect.
