Hotel somewhat apart from the center, no gastronomy except breakfast. Some rooms are located in a separate building on the other side of the street. Rooms were not cleaned, only the beds were a bit hit. Trash cans were not emptied. Bathroom very small. Wi-Fi at the front desk, computer is also available. read more

Small hotel in the heart of Akureyri. Breakfast buffet was not as nice, the room was at the back of the building. Room cleaning was in order, everything is not new. Friendliness could be better read more

From our Islandrundreise this was one of the best stays in Iceland, despite the lack of sleep. The hotel nordurland is located in the heart of Akureyri, very close to many restaurants, shops, cafés and local sights. This hotel features 34 guestrooms. Our room was in the hotel nordurland was relatively small about 13 square feet, with an exceptional large shower with hair dryer, coffee and tea facilities, radio and satellite TV, but without any welcome! " The restaurant in the hotel is very narrow nordurland gestuhlt, because our group it difficult for a space. The guy at the reception ... desk was also the buffet ( supplies) to provide, that was very efficient but overworked. For example the breakfast with salmon with good cereals and\cereals was plentiful and the coffee was very good. Dinner was had in another KEA hotel. I really liked the free wireless internet in the hotel area, also an internet PC was free of charge in the lobby. However, the night's sleep problems, as in the immediate neighborhood was a disco is in the the last young guests at 06:00 ( only Saturday to Sunday) racously went back home. The airport Akureyri is just 2.5 km from the hotel. read more
