The hotel was very good. It was very clean, and people were cleaning at almost every moment of the day. I liked the interior of the hotel, everything was very modern and finished/decorated to a very high standard. read more

    The room was everything I wished for. Very big room, very big bed with a lot of cushions on it, very nice bathroom with a big shower instead of a bath (which is a big plus according to me) and everything is covered in marble. So nice!

    Service in this hotel was superbe! Waiters and other staff were always smiling and very friendly. It made me feel so happy while I was there. The rooms were always very clean. We had no complaints what so ever about the service. One remark: German is het language they speak best at this hotel.

    The pool was very big and also very cold, but it provided a good cool-dowb? The animation team I liked very much. They were always friendly and always invited you to join along if you wanted to do an activity. Even at night they were happy to join you in the disco! So: a very big thank you to the Palomotion animation team (Tamer, çengiz and Uğur) !!!

    The location was, again, something I liked. The village of Özdere is easy accessible, and still the surroundings are very quiet. I liked the beach there too.

Sending ahead: i 5 nights in the hotel spend. To the hotel alone: The star hotel Paloma Pasha is a medium-sized, spacious house with 268 rooms. It lies directly at the beach in a quiet bay, on northern end the beach promenade. The outdoor area is pretty and responding arranged the complex for the kids, the swimming pool, the beach bar and the slides range (to my travel time was not yet open), the tennis courts. Interesting is also the above the hotel, mooring or the amphitheatre-also middle march not yet in use, what however not from it prevented, the ... many beach chairs to use.-) In the hotel i liked the spacious lobby with of the lobby-bar. Here you find also the information area of the tour operator and a oversized 'regal', in that you read books and/or a book takes/rentals. Of of the lobby it is directly on the beautiful, elevated terrace, from which you a very nice view of the complex and on the sea, the bay. Main restaurant, game/computer room, sauna, spa, mini-market/gift shop, barber shop, and so on. Are in the first or 2. the basement to find. A (meter e.) guarded parking are right above the entrance. Guest constellation on arrival on a saturday were lots of turkish guests in the hotel. On monday morning the hotel was then rather weakly occupied many germans, some french, english (?) – average age 55/60 +, rather few young people. Other points: As well as at the reception, as well as in the restaurant one can get quite far with german, english and french very well. Furthermore, next to the information area, the tour operator a young german salemp a small information area. Last comment the hotel is in all (!) Areas very clean. This is a point that i will not therefore more mention. (i have the grounds and some interiors of the hotel in two videos/slide shows recorded. Both videos are this evaluation.) read more

    My room plus the bathroom – booked as a double room for alleinbelegung with garden view-pleased me very good: big, attractive decor, tiled floor, large very comfortable bed, attractive decoration, really nice bathroom. Facilities include amongst others: 2 large mirror on the closet doors, a medium sized flat screen tv, fridge with non-alcoholic drinks (was refilled), telephone, kettle plus coffee/tea bags (will be refilled), safe, slippers, beach towels, toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo, soap, body lotion, magnifying mirror, hair dryer. Tissues. The size the balcony was ok, the view (garden view ) alright, the location very quiet, what i found very pleasant. Which was noticeable to me : the rooms seems already a bit noisy to be. But as i very quiet neighbors and only from and to the television heard, i was not in the slightest disturbed comfortable.

    The positive thing first ☺ : the small turkish cakes (baklava) were compelling and the absolute highlight with the lunch and dinner. Really liked a lot also the ' turkish evening and this evening offered dishes in the main restaurant. To the negative : i don't know, if i only had bad luck, but... I have 5 times in the hotel breakfast and after threefold attempt, at least halbwarmes omelet and halbwarme sausages to catch, this attempt to give up. Both offers were every time cold, so i on the slightly warm boiled eggs established. During dinner it was-partly (!) – similarly, only one has to add, that some probably estimated and so much consumed food not refilled. So is it me amongst others never succeeded, more than the last spoon of stewed (?) According to asian way to catch. And i arrived a little late (about 7:30 p. m.) were also other dishes as well as' weggegrabbelt'. Maybe i was just unlucky, but disturbed it me unfortunately still. This and in spite of the delicious baklava bit unfortunately only 4 suns.

    The staff i can only say: in all areas perfect, very pleasant, very friendly, very helpful – no matter wether in the restaurant, in the cleaning service, or at the front desk action.

    The hotel is located – as already written – directly at the beach, is ideal for a pure beach holiday. The at the sea along leading promenade is a stroll (and several) value. You should the promenade also absolutely until the end go, also the stairs in the south up, as you from there a wonderful view on the bay. On the promenade you will find small bars, small restaurants, but at this time of the year almost all were closed. A mini-market was open. The town of Özdere is not really attractive ☺, but with the Dolmuş can one in the surrounding and further away places: direction Izmir, Selcuk, Kusadasi, and so on. So i Dolmuş direction Izmir after ahmetbeyli /claros (ruins) taken. The distance to the place is about 13 kilometer. costs for the simple drive : 3 turkish Lira – circa 1,30/ 1,40 Euro. For a longer stay, the not only a holiday should be, i would a rental car recommend.

The Paloma Pasha is a modern, stylish hotel with great service, nice interior, and exterior and delicious food. We recovered very well. In the low season it is very empty, so you really your peace and can relax. In the easter vacations it was clearly full, which was an increase of entertainment shows, and that is more alternation one orders. There were mainly german guests since, but also various other natioenen. Come at the weekend lots of turkish families to the hotel. read more

    The rooms are huge and attractively decorated. The tv in the mirror with many german programs and the rain shower in the bathroom for that certain something. There is enough room in the closets. The mini bar would be refilled daily. Unfortunately, little mildew in the shower, which was probably due to the construction partially is.

    In march were only certain restaurants/bars open. The all-inclusive offer was very extensive. You will find for every meal time something, what a tastes. After 2 weeks there were here and there nor something new, but since the dishes all delicious were, you also many things like a 2. or 3 time to eat. If you are of course every day all kinds of food on the plates claps, we should not be surprised, if you after a couple of days no variation more. There were also different topic evenings. The cleanliness was good and the waiters friendly. They back a now and then the chair by right or bring the plate to the table. Drink orders were quickly fulfilled and plates sometimes even almost too quickly cleared. The atmosphere, was in the first week, pleasant, because it was very empty, if the hotel is busy, it is of course much more unrest.

    The service in the hotel was great! Very nice staff in all areas (clearly there were always exceptions). Most had always a smile for the guest and were very accommodating. With english and german one gets along very well. Room cleaning was daily, although sometimes a bit superficially. On the hotel was always cleaned.

    The hotel offers lots of possibilities recreational activities. You can darts, Midget Golf, Boccia, Tennis, table tennis and much more free play. The outdoor pool is huge, but unfortunately in march way too cold. The indoor pool is also very large and was we liked to use it. Also the spa is nice, with a sauna, hamam and so on. At the beach were enough chairs present and if the weather is nice the area also cleaned. The entertainers will be a variety of activities. Burak and especially Tamer have much time for us and good betreuet or maintained.

    The hotel is directly at the beach. This is however very small. But it was completely sufficient for the small guests in march. The transfer to the airport is approximately 45 minutes. The place Özdere is within a few minutes walking distance, there is however in march nothing to do. If you need more action but can without any problems excursions to Kusadasi or ozmir make.

    In the pre-season we were here and therefore still not everything open, but the open were very good and super clean. The atmosphere was very good. The dishes were excellent of good quality and very tasty which one rarely in a hotel gets.

    All excellent, especially the guest relations mrs Yasemin excellent, you would from us 7 stars. All was the entire staff very attentive, polite (especially mr tutku, mr Mehmet and mrs Özlem), the whole staff was very good.

We will be back! Because we in the late season were, we do not have more of a pure beach vacation set. We had booked a suite and this was our big plus. We could go in the jacuzzi when we wanted and also in our private hamam in the bathroom-just great. read more

Super architecture-no matter where you is, always short distances / pleasant staff with good German language skills / great spa area, especially the indoor swimming pool / good and varied food / large and in good taste designed room / mega value for money in the low season / children's entertainment: mini disco also for two children! / delicious drinks all day long (24 hours) / free of charge wi-fi in the lobby... In any case the hotel is recommendable, it is clean, in very good condition, staff friendly always to a joke, the complex clean and tidy whereas we in the November were there and already some preparations. It true but enough chairs the narrow however very nice sandy beach and pool available. Weather was still very nice every day baden but only in the sea pool was too cold. Have two excursions joined in, Samos true unfortunately not more thereby. The drive from the airport a tight hour very nice countryside. Short and good everything was fine true again a wonderful ... week. Thanks to all. read more

We had booked a suite to affordable price, enjoyed the 70 meters² terrace and private jacuzzi. The room was really great, direct view from the bed to the sea. Private hammam in the bathroom. Exactly and only to absolute peace and luxury we had the hotel booked. The free room service worked well. sparkling wine, breakfast, dinner. Everything in the room so often and when you want. Apart from that it is in the hotel at this time quiet, but it is nice and you can get a good rest. Unfortunately it is in some places are not professional is ..., whether the terrace by the pool is, their boards up overflowing, the totally dirty jacuzzi, we even clean daily had, the completely wrong well maintained. Unpleasant we found, the during our stay, the flowerpot cleared or awnings removed (is the only blinds to the upper suite!). And the rush at the weekend, as' all ' turkish families moved in and unfortunately a majority no table manners had. A bit more professional and technical maintenance the hotel would be necessary, that the hotel so. We will not go back and not recommend. Here in holidaycheck however no negative vote would, because for Turkey it is okay. read more

    The rooms are in the best condition. Flatscreen tv with german transmitters, mini bar included, air conditioner, huge bed. Everything very clean. The suites are equipped with jacuzzi and turkish bath equipped. The jacuzzi must try!

    Distance from Izmir airport to Özdere is approximately 45 minutes Distance to the beach is approximately 57 steps. :-o so it was very close. About minutes you can reach the 'shopping paradise'. There is however off-season not much going on.

Unrest in the dining room, but that is probably in Turkey almost everywhere! ( loud, waiter with long faces rum, unless they will with generous tips bribed, the food is always the same. The breakfast already around half 11 completely cleared. No way breakfast for people who sleep in, then one gets only boring, dry bread. The disaster is the beach, he is narrow, dirty-it was the whole beach full of warmish weeds (algae) and in the water sponge more like dirt than people. For children absolutely not suitable, because in the sand beach i would my children not flex. ... The rooms are loud, since in the hallways often uproar is, especially all rooms the nearby the elevators and of the lobby chairs are not suitable. Actually only the suites to the water go. I had after long trouble a different room, but also that was due to a elevator. Besides i then some other tourists about their impressions and experiences maintained. I can only say hands away of the pasha and, if the stars only for the cleanliness in the hallways and for the many cats the everywhere run around. Especially in the restaurant and even in the areas of suites, have been given is the question. Stars for food, friendliness, beach, sports, etc. You can't give. So, if you have a beautiful holiday in Turkey want to spend, then you should not for this hotel decide. Luckily has ötzdere still other hotels, the a broader beach have, a better service and not only a giant hotel with hard beds offer! The staff at reception should times in training go. It is slow, complicated and unfriendly. It should which time indicated, the guest king nothing is impossible. I have too many comparison, however the check in in pascha is the worst of my life been. We had a great week. The staff were very friendly. The spa area and the indoor pool were very nice and the massages a force! The beach could have been a bit cleaner. The food was great and the selection of different courts was amazing. You should however like chicken and lamb like, pork you are looking for in vain. All together we had a nice and relaxing vacation and we will definitely go back. read more

Also our second stay in the Paloma Pasha we felt really good. A facilities with pleasant size, no hotels in the neighborhood, a pleasant wellness area and great value for money of the all inclusive-supply. The food was varied and tasty, supplemented by the possibility also times in the à la carte restaurant to food. The driving directions to cultural sites such as Ephesus, Priene or Milet is somewhat longer than for example from Kusadasi -but quite a day trip possible. In particular on the loose, friendly dealing of the staff with the guests and efforts wishes to fulfill, we ... were again very pleased. read more

We are already much in the world bad and know actually quite, what we are talking about. Of course, there is also in this hotel things, which one can criticize: sometimes lukewarm food at the buffet, hesitant service at the bar, in the lounge, but everything was kept within limits, even if we much money had to pay. And what the friendliness subject: the one waiter was friendly, routine, the other less. As one called in the forest.! Of course we were already better accomodated, but also already much worse. By the way especially we enjoyed the 'silence deck'. ... And a word to the reserve of the chairs: we go every morning before breakfast for swimming into the sea. After a long and heartful breakfast let us then again to the beach/pool back. Of course we take the morgenschwimmen our bathing suits and the towels and these then to return to dry on the loungers. We have no bad conscience. It's not our problem, if not from the springs and then to see, where you stay. No, it was not all great, but some criticism must one then nevertheless be surprised. We have never a hotel twice now, but we at least thought! read more
