Super nice holiday in a beautiful hotel with super delicious food and nice staff! The staff was always at work and still always nice! The only thing that we missed, is a x information map in the room over for example, opening hours of the restaurants, which restaurants you should visit, which one has actually constantly in other resorts food and drink, etc.)! The hotel is very well kept and has large rooms. The king size beds have a sleep as the sky. The condition of the hotel is very good, it was cleaned every day, and very on a harmonious picture taken care of. Generally are in the hotel very many americans, canadians and russians. In some evaluations it was from bellow etc. Spoken. We can't confirm this, rather the contrary. Whoever could speak english, is very fast with the americans and canadians in contact.     The rooms are very nicely decorated and the daily filled minibar is anyone thirsty. With the room cleaning we weren't really pleased, despite tips and chocolate the rooms were not properly cleaned and the mini bar never really filled as offered. We were very disappointed and didn't fit a 5 star hotel.

    The pool is just 1 minute and walked to the chair at the beach about 2 minutes. The hotel is very well laid out and at the pool, as well as at the beach bar, and a restaurant where you daily at scheduled times food and drink. We were thrilled with this hotel! A hotel where everything is matching service 1 a cleanliness 1 a food super delicious and high quality steak. Roastbeef turkey lobster, etc. Beautiful large rooms and super comfortable beds with luxury bathroom is marble. (bed linen and towels are often changed could not have been better) Super well-kept garden is a real treat for the eyes. Beautiful and very clean beach. (the whole day unwearyingly kept clean) Even the beach chairs were with soap scrubbed! The staff is very attentive, and very friendly! There are 3 laptops in the lobby free of charge ... which completely pleasant i found. Luggage service is available upon request at check out promptly.     The hotel is right on the beach some with a partial ocean view. There was the typical sale houses on the hotel gelande. As it was only from 18 years is postable we enjoyed incredible 4 weeks' rest great! Who gladly sport makes there was a good fitness center, and at the pool there is water aerobics, and dance lessons, and Zumba.

    The rooms are large and spacious. You either a huge king-size bed or two 1.40 meters beds. To stand in the room, there were a table and two wicker chairs and a couch. Great hotel, very recommendable, however only the ambar! The rest is completely overcrowded. It was controlled that none of the exklusivbereich comes, but one or another switscht but by. It should from waiters and service staff no bar to the hotel guests of the other hotels give, the but with a Dollar bribed. So you get in the ambar area of actually only for ambar guests is. The hotel is very beautiful, we must not stop at the many canadians or americans in the happy hour drunk in the pool are worry. Important, lots of small dollars go, tip is ... gladly seen. The staff is very nice and friendly. What once again typical and really annoying are around six o'clock in the morning are occupied! Incredibly, i thought the people have vacation! The hotel but probably not here make, sad love people. If you go down around ten comfortable after the breakfast is all of the beach chairs with towels at the beach and at the pool taken.     The room was large and clean. We had in advance in writing a quiet room asked. The we got then also, directly at the lobby bar, therefore we could at any time every geschen in the lobby bar take karaoke etc. Our participation in the action was on the gesamdauer of the programme laid out! The furniture in the room was a bit dated, but apart from that - also from the content-the description in the catalog accordingly. At any time was a strict smell in the room, it had to place all parts be washed, the smell again. The artificial lighting in the room was a total catastrophe, you could for example in the room only during the day at the window read. The construction of the room doors was so, that a slamming not to prevent was, so was at 16 rooms on the hallway always something going on-and a strong-siesta none. The offer to the meals is, if one alone general buffet-style restaurant which includes, the (dominican) standard varied and tasty. The specialty restaurants are on its quality partly disappointing. The hotel has a main building with a very nice terrace. The hotel is mostly by americans and canadians booked, which on days partly problems with the unlimited alcoholic offer. Unfortunately this hotel not for a dream vacation suitably. The great hygiene. Noise without limits, rooms in barnähe, doors were day and night slammed. Lie had at the beach until spätentens 7 hours be reserved, otherwise it was empty. The dishes in the restaurant were plentiful, however the warm food mostly cold. Great facilities - however in any case the ambar choose (and not the 'normal' bahia principe). Great all inclusive-service, completely very neat and efficient eating and drinking - if you stay here to complain about must really consider, the 5-star in Karibik not comparable with Germany are. We were a week in the ambar and the time passed way too quickly. Gladly we would have stayed longer. The rooms are big, modern, clean and peaceful. A hair dryer, toiletries, coffee maker and minibar is everything available. The hotel is nice green and quiet. Only the helicopter flights over the beach are temporarily somewhat annoying. However, these almost everywhere in Punta Cana. The beach section was great. There was even enough shady spots in the high season, without liegenreservierkrieg - very pleasant ☺ particularly positive was noticeable to us, that one at the beach bar soft drinks from ... vending machines could, without directly at the bar on. The loungers were also okay. Even if i have already in better location have. The beach is wonderful. You can hour to the left or the right. Direction Riu and Iberostar a few stands, where you can buy souvenirs (about 1 hour walk). From the rooms it is in the cut no more than 5 minutes to the beach. The clientele of the guests was very pleasant, very international and all age groups were represented. Quite rare drunk guests noticed. On our arrival there was a great theme nights at the beach with campfire and very tasty cocktails. The dishes in the main restaurant were varied and good. Only the lunch buffet in the restaurant at the beach in our experience of the quality not completely convinced. It is open (so only with a roof) and strong heat suspended. Some dishes were then nevertheless too long on the flame or too few chilled. Particularly positive we noticed, that our room requests had considered and us on a question by e-mail case quickly responded - great service. Tip is gladly seen. However, we didn't notice, that the service wsj, if one none had. This the tip - US Dollar in small notes carry forward. We had unfortunately only pesos locally in/out privileges and this could only be difficult to change.
