I am now on the bed in this hotel wacht, annoyed, because I can sleep very bad. At 4:00 A. M.!
The room is carpeted, and he smells like a wet dog, in the hall, as well as in the room, probably the whole hotel. You can the window not open, because of noise, not only from traffic, but also from chomischen people, the at night on the street next to the hotel are. I even have a little fear out here.
I am in a Lux-room, smaller than my office. No sofa, no bath tub like in ... the description. I have the old -dog-odor mentioned? \u263a you can hardly breathe. That is why I have problems to sleep. Headache!
I travel at least once a month and have stayed in many hotel stayed in, and this hotel isn't recommendable! read more

If the staff service-oriented and friendly would have been, would be three stars oK, but 4 never
Complaint to nocturnal noisy maintenance was never challenged.
To open window only in the bathroom and there was a noisy pub beneath. read more

The Best Western international is directly opposite the main station, sights and restaurants are easily accessible on foot, otherwise is a stop the hop-on-hop-off bus directly opposite. Room and bathroom are enough large and clean, the only and tiny lift (6 floors) leaves however sometimes waited. Double bed consisted of 2 single beds, the at night again and again auseinanderschoben. Furnished this was' shoe box ' with 1 (!) Armchair. From the bathroom you fell right on the bed. The bathroom door had a glass pane, so that with each beach holiday the bed brightly lit was.

The Best Western in Luxembourg city is a city hotel-with all pros and cons. It is in the middle of town, everything you can reach the lovely, the rooms are good isolated, while having the windows open you could hardly sleep, the car a bit further to 3 corners in a garage parked, the breakfast is good. read more

The hotel is located directly across the street from the train station. As loading and unloading in front of the hotel is very bad, since only one room available and a bus stop right in front of the hotel. About 250m the parking garage is located away from the hotel. On foot you can reach the old town in about 15 minutes to 10. There are also directly opposite buses from. A ride cost 1.50 euro we had a non-smoking room on the sixth floor, which had a beautiful size. The bathroom is a bit small, especially the shower. ...

Was on a business trip to Luxembourg and had selected this very centrally located hotel. The advantage of the central location meant unfortunately the a parking only 500m away in about possible parking garage.
The room was very clean. The bathroom to small but, as well as the bed consisted of two single beds. This always slid apart again.

Current construction in the adjoining building we felt bothered us in our first room and have asked at the reception for a alternative. The response was very down to earth, helpful and pleasant-we moved in to the top floor, with no construction noise-and could enjoy our remaining stay.
The combination of a concert visit to the Rockhal renaissance in Esch-sur-Alzette Alzette and a stay in this hotel (it is right next to the train station Luxembourg) us has fallen-we would make good again. Price/performance ratio was OK and, in particular, are the very service-oriented, friendly staff, and the cleanliness of ... the room to be highlighted. read more

Problem is the parking in the city center or at the hotel. Hotel Park-day pass for parking garage cost 10, - and is not the hotel directly.
In January had unfortunately (without having to) the restaurant is closed. The breakfast has not the star rating. read more

Easily accessible and centrally located. In the new room air-conditioned and bright. On complaint concerning defect in the bathroom was reacted swiftly and unconventionally.
Breakfast was good and ** ** level. Harm only, the hotel restaurant math Saturday closed. But open hotel-bistro is no substitute for this, however.
Staff was exceptionally friendly and competent.

Situated in the immediate proximity of the central station and from the most important busses station. Within walking range of the city center and the old town. Very pleased with everything in the hotel; not so pleased though by the fact that after evening dropped, in the streets nearby there are plenty of hookers (almost agressive type) and I will not recommend walking over there... read more
