The hotel is all in all a good hotel with nice large rooms and comfortable beds. The bathroom was sufficiently large. Breakfast is served in the hotel, there on the first floor in a 'meeting room' for guests, which the room including breakfast, in the restaurant there was breakfast only against payment. The breakfast room was very 'bland' equipped with a couple of Round Tables and around seven chairs, no table cloth, etc. in the space a few tables as 'buffet ' was set up. The choice and quality of breakfast was kept within limits. The location of the hotel ... is great right on the main road, about 1 kilometer from the centre in Banff. However it is easy to get to by foot. read more

Hotel is located on the edge of Banff. We are always with a car drove into the Zentrtum. Hotel-own parking garage, which was extremely dirty. In the room there are many (small) drawback: no mosquito lattices, although other rooms had, missing tiles in the bathroom, faucet in the shower broken (temperature is not really set in the so many holes and the mattress was very worn out. Annoying was also, that the doors all slam door closers have a loop and extremely loud. As soon as the first guests leave the room in the morning there is little more to ... sleep. The breakfast was absolutely impossible. We had in the neighboring hotel in a conference be aingenommen. There could have been more space for 100 people, sitting on a table since then. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Although nothing was the matter, the two waiters not managed to clear the tables and sweep. Also the selection was very limited. The fruit salad was frozen! read more

Good hotel for two days, not as a hotel for a skiing holiday (too little space, no board, no fridge in the room). Breakfast and front desk at the hotel next door, the much older monogerm a low standard. About ten minutes walk from the center of the village. read more

Except for the American Express breakfast the hotel was totally fine. Price/performance ratio, free parking garage - great; staff at the Front Desk very hard and competent. Large spacious room, service was great and fast. Would stay here again. read more

Although the hotel with 2.5 -star rating, i would because of our room rate it with 4 stars in Germany. The hotel is located on the main road at the entrance close to the center, the city center is reachable in 15 minutes on foot. Parking in the hotel's garage. suitable for disabled people, because the EC about half the rooms. read more
