Actually nice hotel not well maintained. It is at all possible and impossible Authorities built (noise). The music speaker sounds in the hotel and at the beach is an impertinence. Only through the flight in the beautiful red sea is a stay bearable. Never more Concorde El Salam read more

The hotel is not new anymore, but it is constantly renewed, renovated and advanced/improved. The staff are very friendly. The only drawback is the huge number of Russian guests, which often behave recklessly and vulgar, and this concerns all areas of the hotel. This is however a common problem in Egypt, it must be aware, at least if you the beaches visited this country. read more

Unfortunately you can book this hotel only with maximum three stars. Was an absolute let down. Are already on the second day in a different Hotel. Dirt as far as you can see. In the dining room the sparrows flew around on the tables just a disaster! read more

The German leader of the team (manager, housekeeper and the Chef went very well together) to help in all situations. At the beginning the entertainment on the beach loud music on. After the conversation with the chef and his team clarification in the whole holiday was very relaxing. In and around Sharm El Sheikh 60% Russians are noticed one in the hotel. But they are compared to other years vertäglicher, civilized in our eyes. The women are very trendy, modern dressed. read more

Almost only Eastern Europeans (Russian), the room 8129 dirty, had vomit on the bed, mold in the bathroom, dirty dishes and glasses, aircraft noise. Not recommendable, unfortunately.
Positive: the staff was on the ball and the food was good.
Otherwise I can only agree with the previous report, see it in exactly the same way. If you book it, then only front area, there is better. read more

An unforgettable holiday for us. The pool view, directly over the sea was unique. The food is varied and there is something for every taste. The rooms, the one directly over the pool to the ocean showed up are of course the Grönung. Thank you once again to the manager, organized very well for us, and our room change. Friendly staff, perfect English-speaking are also in the entire hotel. Our daughter found huge fun in the riding school, the guaranteed price adjusted, REIT pass on clean, healthy horses. The fitness center is well equipped and perseverance and equipment find what ... you're looking for. An indoor ice-skating rink, disco, bars and restaurants and a nightclub, this hotel also. For entertainment is provided whether aerobics, beach volleyball, yoga etc. and if it in the evening at the pool bar or in the outdoor pool is too cold of the heated indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a steam-room and a Jacuzzi are. read more

The hotel area was very nice, the room was extremely worn and not well maintained. 80% the tourists come from Eastern Europe and downgrade the hotel down to two stars. The management is unable to comply with order, hot East Europeans with bad Eßmanieren muscle shirt and shorts at dinner, against which one has no chance to get a table. Sauna times have been completely ignored by Russian men and the supervisory staff not enforce. The hotel is divided into resort and sport, the Sporthotel is right by the airport (cross the road after about 50 meters on the runway) ... and also in the resort the noise is (with the exception of rooms directly on the sea) unbearable. The catalog said four kilometer to the airport relate to the route, the distance the taxi around the airport. There is no real beach, but from the rock bays lapidary, dispersed in the sand. The seating area is very limited. The hotels are clearly demarcated and so no walk possible. Although all inclusive, you need to constantly money to enjoy the all inclusive deals to come. Tips for friendly staff I generally agree with everything and everyone here you had to offer in order to benefit from a normal service to come. Of course, we have probably the own fault, I do not to buy. five star people has however, the horse riding center. Exceptionally clean, warm with the horses, plenty of space and good stables and great horses. The staff here differed genially from the general staff and I have spent a lot of time in the riding school. The remaining sport looked good. We knew the sea due to the sharks unfortunately not. read more

Unfortunately they were drilling all day long on the building works in a neighbouring hotel. The beach was otherwise very beautiful but the noise became unbearable after 14h and we went back to the Sports Area. Apart from that the hotel is really to be recommended- the personnel were always very obliging. I wouldn't, however, go back in August because it's just too hot (43 degrees). read more
