The hotel has about 400 rooms. It is in a u-shape around the pool built. This had the disadvantage, that half of the pool (at least in the winter ) in the shade is. One is compensated by a very nice rooftop ratanliegemöbeln, artificial turf and bar. A separate naturist terrace is available. All in all the complex is in good condition. The hotel pays attention to for cleanliness in all areas. Free wi-fi is unfortunately only in the lobby possible. There is the noise level are high. We had for our 6-week stay booked half board, which was sufficient ... for us. Guest structure: mainly british (65%), german and russian, and scandinavian. Average age seasonal in rentnerbereich. read more

No 4 stars! Room was worn but clean. Interior with a pool has 70. charm.

There are better 4 star hotels. Hotel to 90% by english. Bad all-inclusive services.
No international orientation of the hotel. Entertainment, shows and staff-communication possible only in english. Public, mostly 60 plus. Wireless internet only at the front desk possible.
Beautiful fkk terrace on top of the hotels. Boring food without any taste. read more

We liked it in january 2013 really enjoyed.
Our first impression al we from the bus stayed: a coat of paint would the hotel good. In the hotel arrived was everything great and very clean. Our family room big and with a balcony. However were our neighbors very noisy and the children played repeatedly in the hallway.
Breakfast room /restaurant large and attractive. For breakfast be careful - the staff are very speedy and fast is cleared the table, although you only coffee will pick you up. The offer very varied and something for everyone. Evenings there was' cooking ' ... everyone could be piece meat/fish pick and so prepared as requested. Afterwards, one could at the bar cocktails and live music or later in the disco dance.
To the black sandy beach it was about 10 minutes. You all possibilities: cheap or expensive loungers; restaurants or bistro, McDonald's or Burger King- everything the heart and the budget could desire. We were not so often at the beach. The roof terrace of the hotel also offered a very good possibility to relax and to sunbathe. Below by the pool you had to early are, the lie is to get.
The wellness offer is good. We had a massage retreat and were very satisfied.
What we didn't like, so we on the day of departure no breakfast or no coffee received. We were at 4:20 o'clock picked up. On request we were told, that the kitchen staff first at 4:30 o'clock comes. We could yes coffee from the vending machine drag. read more

Clean, good hotel, nice, helpful staff, good and large food variety,
Change of towels every day, daily thorough cleaning of the room,
Many english guests and little german speaking staff,
Top tip : really beautiful roof terrace on the 5. floor, beautiful rattan furniture, bar, 2 small pools.
Evenings always different solo entertainer, peaceful atomsphere.
Hotel has lots of regular guests, that is positive. read more

We were for the first time in this hotel. We had all-inclusive check-in was ok. The staff were very friendly and it was understood also german. The food was to us more than enough and delicious.
Hotel mach a good impression even if it already somewhat older is. We had a room on the 4 floor, nice view of the mountains. On top of the hotel there is a nice sun terrace the room was zeckmäsig furnished. Only the bathroom is small. It was very quiet at night, it is about 500 meters to the beach there are a lot ... of shops nearby. The bus stop is just a few meters away.
Would the hotel book here again. read more

From seen from the construction a soeit good hotel the you can recommend. Had a room the entrance around the time when we were there had not disturb, but i can imagine if it warms up it in front of the hotel louder as the terrace the bar area await and then also music is made. read more

I never in a hotel so uncomfortable! I justify you why.
In advance the romos and the bathroom are very nicely furnished, corresponds to the standard the gf -hotel chain and are very clean. The view of balcony is so terrible, that we always closed the curtains had!
To the hotel:
Terrible south platte in u-form. It offers a room with a pool view, you will see on the large, loud parking, on the thursday and saturday a market took place. Each marktbesucher, naturally has insight on the pool. Receive a room without pool view, you will see onto the ... street, on terrace fronts or the logistics of the trash collection. In low entrance hall features pool tables, slot machines and walkways. The pool has no lighting, he is with large baustrahlern from the roof of the hotel illuminated, the inner courtyard resembles a prison. There are several liegensorten with different pool chair mats by the pool, that means no matches the other. The same goes for the towels. Dead palm trees or plants are not renewed, but just sawed off or away.
The gastronomy:
The dining room is old and poorly maintained. Carelessly the table cloths on the tables thrown, if later to eat come, they must set, almost none the waiter greets. The salads are good, the meat and the fish always angebrannt, pizzas and pasta cold.
To the guests:

Definitely again, can with a clear conscience be recommended. The hotel is centrally located, good bus connection. The food was always varied and there was something there for every taste. Besides one was endeavored again and again something else as vorspeiese, or salads and meat/fish dishes to offer. Our first room lay over the bar, or at the hotel entrance. We wanted to a different room, direction pool, what also two days later work. Although the hotel very busy, we got every day a quiet berth on the roof. read more

We ( family with two children) were already for the 2. time in this hotel Fanabe Costa Sur and were once again very satisfied! At the check-in a staff member was from Germany at the front desk, the already short drain again simplified! The staff are very friendly with children and also very accommodating! The building itself is not the newest but is very well maintained! The meals are not extremely varied but it was big enough, also tasted very good and above all is lots of fresh prepared. As we have been very early arrived at 9:00 o'clock ... we have the week before an e-mail to the hotel written, whether it would be possible that early into the room to may. To 2 days the answer in german and it wasn't a problem. We can only recommend the hotel! read more

We liked it in this hotel at almost nothing was missing. Even the purchase of a postage stamp and the planning a bus ride, all with helpful staff not a problem. You can take to the one or another older furniture (couch, furniture in the restaurant) optically disturb, which however the utility not into question represents. The staff can so very hard, are the guests and their behavior. We had luck, that only a few büfettbagger at work were, all jumbled have. Meat- and culinary preparation fresh at the buffet ( very dangerous for the body weight). Check-in and check-out ... wasn't a problem. According to the motto 'friendliness pays aus' is 100% hospitality. It was missing only the fresh fruit salad, but you could from the frischobstangebot be of much use. Drink prices appropriate (1/2l of water 1,90 Euro, 0,75 liter Tenerife-wine about 11 €). Internet, gym, everything for offer. Great. read more

There were mostly older people in the hotel about 50 +, due to the season. The tourists came mainly from Spain itself or from England. read more
