The room was big enough, good double bed, desk, closet, 2 chairs, luggage rack, mini bar, flat screen, telephone, terrace to the pool with private chairs.
The cleanliness was not so good, it was with round corners deseamed. The bathroom was clean enough, had a bath tub with shower cabin, the somewhat low.

The staff at the reception is very nice and speaks English, french and a little German.
The cleaning of the rooms takes place daily, but not very thorough. Towels (very thin) and bed sheets are every 2 days changed. Complaints on the poor tv reception (only English news station) has an excuse shrugged it off.
- Sport & Entertainment
There was free internet access and also a computer for free use. The small but beautiful pool was unfortunately not heated, the water was very cold. Loungers and chairs sufficiently available, shower by the pool there was not. Our room was however directly at the pool, was the not a problem.
- Hotel
Our room was big enough, the mattresses pleasant. The cleanliness in the corners left nothing to the imagination ( cobwebs and dust bunnies), bathroom was clean, was little shelf space. There was only breakfast, the selection was not big, rather Italian. The types of people were very mixed, from 20 to over 80.
- Location
The next town fiesole is 1 kilometer away, to Florence there are about 9 kilometer. A rental car is recommendable, since all shops in the place are.
From fiesole drive regularly buses to Florence.
The view from the hotel on Florence and the area is great.
