The hotel is rather a design hotel and fairly new, so everything was still in top shot. Breakfast is up until the coffee so far really good. read more

The architect would have more soundproofing would be allowed to invest, than in the largest freestanding wall Germany. Soundproofing very poor, the go from persons in the room it was very noisy.
Carpet was worn.

We have stayed in other inside hotels, this was the 'worst'. In the large and overall we were with the accommodation satisfied, only in relation to the other inside hotels is this already getting old and the service not True in relation to a hotel with four star superior award. The room was big and attractive, the cleaning however bad. Dust and cobwebs in the corners without afterwards expliezit looking for. Beds were OK. Hygiene in the wet area and toilet also. The mini bar was during our stay not refilled, the ventilation in the room worked nowhere ( also ... not on the windowless toilet) when I complained, I got the answer that this does not function correctly and planned is this in the entire hotel to Renew. The breakfast buffet was OK. And sufficient, the selection and taste good but not four star superior. Here again I am much better from other inside hotels used. Empty plates with sausage and cheese were only slowly refilled, fruit was on the second day carelessly on the bowls geschmissen. I nobody from the kitchen see the breakfast buffet cared could have been. Only the service staff looks from and to the right. The walls in the area of the dedicated are partly slightly dirty from food/ drinks the fallen or spilled. There would be a painter asked. The spa area is nothing special. However absolutely sufficient. The jacuzzi basins in the sauna area is beautiful. For the return trip I have the flaws at the front desk raised. It was promised to improve things. We will see, whether it is. At the moment I can the hotel not recommend. read more

Very nice hotel with not really so good connection to the public transport.
The fastest connection ( designed to fair) the taxi and that will cost money.
The area not really inviting for a stroll, for Morgensportler is however a run along the Rhine possible.
The staff were very nice and competent. Would stay there again. read more

Since I had in any case expected more. The hotel works in the public area quite modern, new and innovative. The me assigned rooms could however a renovation necessary. The furniture was already racked. The bed is now rather standard and you could also in the two star hotel cannot find. The bathroom-concept is rather marginal. The toilet is in a Einzelraum to find. There one could improve time can - in the corners and joints the whole saw no longer completely so dated from. For me never four stars standard, but rather mediocre three stars. Location is marginal-for people ... on business trip perhaps optimal, for tourists flop. read more

Hotel for people on business trip - no vacation hotel. Rooms are stylish but relatively small. Air conditioning in the rooms is insufficient. Breakfast is excellent with fresh squeezed orange juice and individual omelets. read more

This time the inside brand unfortunately not what it promises- sad, poor service at the check-in, to the room, there was a naked concrete wall along, very clairaudient rooms without enough options to counter and cabinet space, unloving simple.
the breakfast was sufficient, unfortunately the service' felt' Hours to refill empty plates, so that there was no breakfast treat possible-more frustration.
the location and the promised 'good' access to city center be patient -2 lanes in the hour until 19 o'clock-then-I/we also nothing more- sad simple.
not really highly recommended, if you not only business in the city.

at home felt any time again were unfortunately only a night. The room was very clean, as well as bathroom and toilet what I think is important. The breakfast was sufficient and delicious, it wasn't missing anything. read more

The sauna is very small, for two/three people. Unfortunately, during my stay, the whirlpool was broken. The fitness or Worlout -devices are not worth mentioning. The area is nicely furnished and clean. Bar and restaurant are cozy equipped and clean. I found the prices a bit high (0.40 for over 5,60 euros)! The breakfast buffet was nice, offering a clear view arranged and the food was delicious. On request, freshly prepared eggs specialties. Concrete/glass architecture if you like a little modern Desgign magm, has been very well cared for. Despite the central location it was very quiet in ... the hotel. read more

Primarily people on business trip visited, with breakfast buffet, was always clean. The corridor resembles a Gefängnisflur in a row from below upward look directly on a concrete wall. Lots of glass concrete metal, clear line not personally. read more

The hotel is highly recommended-the rooms are large and the bathroom with bathtub opened was very nice and something different from the normal Hotel standard. Also a water digester and a stove was available. Furniture was partly a bit worn, but everything in the appropriate area. The check-in worked fine, receptionist was very friendly, explained everything. Welcome-drink and city-Atlas (in the coupon rate) we only after a request. Because there was no more parking was available (not in front of the hotel, a parking garage), we were allowed to use the staff car park, but we were on the second ... day of a different Hotel-lady out, now that we have to remove this place, because it would be definitely somewhere else available. Was not so friendly. Check-out rather cool and silent, but easy. Hot tub was out of service, since this seemingly removed, had already looking forward to them and actually also be paid. The breakfast buffet was, as expected, very, very good. A huge selection of different types of bread, cereal, fruit, juices (also to press), cheese/sausage and so on and so forth staff here was friendly, but was filled up first after request the buffet again, it was 9.30 o 'clock and officially there was breakfast till 10,30 o' clock, you should expect, that was filled up until the end. It was then also, but first after request. But otherwise really great room cleaning also everything was okay, apart from the friendliness of the staff! On the departure day early morning knock at the door and several times I have been asked, that we must leave the room, 'now that must be cleaned'. If we do not want, that someone comes into the room, we had the 'please do not disturb' sign to hang. The hotel is about 15-20 minutes away from Düsseldorf's city center (by train). The metro runs regularly, late at night you have to get off one stop before, is however not far. All in all the hotel is really great, I had only now and then expected more. read more

Very good hotel am seestern. The traffic connections is impeccable with public transport. Hotel is a bit outside of the city, but it is easy to reach. Inside-the Hotel have the special mark in the design. If the hotel was exactly right here. Bath is located in the middle of the room, so to speak, while just like in an aquarium. A real different hotel am seestern in Düsseldorf, from the outside was much concrete packed with charm, from the inside super modern with everything a guest might need, is a special highlight of the the shower in the room, great! The really great and rich breakfast buffet has a good start for the day, leave.

in June 2011 we are as a group to a concert to Dusseldorf and have (unfortunately) only one night spent in the hotel. Nevertheless it was a stay the US remained. Still today swarm we with our fellow from this extraordinary hotel. My husband and I had for all the hotel selected, so we have pictures from the hotel knew and knew which US expected inside. From a distance one sees only a right 'massive' effective Cuboid, so that the enthusiasm of our group within limits, but already the beautiful designed Entrance area the outside, and inside, the mood significantly ...-) What some as' jail 'and' cold ' call, Call other stylish and that was it for all.
