Very beautiful hotel, great location

The hotel is in a nice location in a small mountain village of the Giant mountains. The furnishings was more than reasonable. Really a bit outdated, nevertheless everything clean and tidy. The rooms were probably in the last few years renovated. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and the bathroom is with a great shower equipped. The breakfast room was somewhat older. For our taste too much Wallpaper and wood, but everything OK. The breakfast more than enough. In the basement is a great pool, the good with the lift reach can. Bathrobes are in the room. From the hotel it ... is approximately 15 to 20 minutes to the chairlift. We went upstairs and are down hiking. Definitely good, feast Shoes, as the path is very rocky. On the way to below there were still possibility to get away. Especially the hut from wood, in which you even the bought grill property presents, we found it great. Everything very comfortable. In the village there are a lot of small shops with souvenirs, for example Furs, Hats, carved etc. For our next trip to the krkonoöe we will the hotel definitely book it again. At the front desk one speaks also English. read more

we stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks in summer of 2012 the rooms where very comfy and clean the staff are very friendly and try to go out of there way to help you we had breakfast every day and some evening meals where the food was great and very tasty prices where very reasonable aswell this hotel caters for the very young to the very old and welcome families read more

    staff are very friendly english is spoken by a lot of the staff rooms very clean with tea coffee making services in room we did have a complaint about not enough milk in room for making tea and it was sorted straight away and we always had enough milk after that

    this hotel is in the mountain region of Poland where in the Winter they have good skiing during the summer there is lots of walks to do and the town has some very interesting shops even though the hotel do not do trips they can arrange these via a travel agent

The hotel is like a house, almost uninhabited. The former restaurant was empty and the shelves cleared. Otherwise there was only 1 person with the front desk. The rooms are for a pension okay, but not more. They make you feel very strange. The bowling alley is leased out and the hotel empty. The general condition of the hotel is not well kept up, both inside, as well as outside. The check-in process was easy. read more
