Bulgaria is a lovely country, but unfortunately most Bulgarians we met very, very unfriendly. The toilets outside the hotel leave something to be desired, why there were toilets for women if you not clean? read more

Our room was very small and also possibilities to put things there was unfortunately no pool, and there was only one exit and no balcony on the first night the air conditioning did not work, but was repaired immediately, after we front desk well-known given have. The staff was always friendly and very attentive. The room was clean and there were fresh towels every day. We had half board, the buffet was offering a clear view and not varied, but always well stocked. As German we were with half board Outsider. Mostly French and Russian guests with all-inclusive. But it ... didn't matter all of the guests were friendly. The hotel is located in a quiet area, after the noise the whole place was very pleasant. The hotel was in a rather quiet location-ideal for people, who want to relax, because the Hotel had no activities took place there. The hotel is clean and nice equipped. The beach could be reached via stairs-is not far.
the rooms are large and clean-good room service and the towels were changed every day.
The pool is small, but adequate. The people at the front desk nice.
A big minus point goes to the pool. Little choice of food, some fruit was moldy (for example, apples-the grounds the third day still there; the bananas were brown). The service already cleared ... the plates, although you with the food was still not ready!

The stay was very pleasant. We stayed here for the second time in this hotel.
Complaint would be, that the manager of the hotel frequent in the dining room and in the hotel anyway, but the guest never said hello.
The buffet was very offering a clear view, but it was constantly refilled. There was something for every taste.
about the cleanliness there nothing to complain about. Towels were changed every day, but was not necessary.

About 400 meters from the beach, the hotel made a good impression. The Bulgarian food (food wasn't't hot, so it is in Bulgaria) is available in the hotel

According to its description, this hotel has 95 rooms. But the hotel was not yet quite finish - the second half of the building was totally empty. The complex is not that big - you can easily walk from one side to the other. According to its description, the hotel should have been finished some time last year. However there was already a great crack in the wall (see photo). The hotel was generally clean. We booked half board. Probably best to book this hotel just for an overnight stay. The majority of the guests were Russians, natives and Germans ... of various ages. read more

4 star? The hotel is actually not bad. Unfortunately not all things so, in a four stars Hotel should be. First of all, the positives: the room room was large and good equipped. The room cleaning was good. The front desk was clean. Now the negative: the food was one of the worst I had in a hotel. Warm meals were cold, were often not ausreischender available. Fruit was always cut in pieces and not chilled, corresponding it looked. It to one in such a way, that meat or cheese (always the same, a sort of cheese 2 types of ... sausage), which in the evening not consumed, at breakfast nor times dalag. Salads were each day, early in the morning or in the evening always the same. The pool is a bit larger plantschbecken but okay. Couch was about 45 units, but only between ten and 14 sunshades. For sun-hungry probably okay. The pool is in the sun without shade. The staff is very different, of total indifference to very friendly and helpful.3 examples: at the check-in was the room not yet finished. It is 14:00 o'clock be (3 hour wait). This was said in a relatively good German one. Then the receptionist didn't understand German anymore and spoke only English/Bulgarian me in mixture with us. In the dining room is often not managed to clear the tables (totally dirty table remained more than 30 minutes as), the staff cleaned the dishes with a cloth and Sean Address with this cloth you dropped leftovers from the floor swept. By the pool a few glasses were to break out, staff came very quickly, but only the larger string. Then glass lift not very much. Small glass remained only once. Many children by the pool, just great.

We were very satisfied. The room was huge and was cleaned every day spotless. The staff was always nice and no matter what time we arrived at the hotel, the front desk was occupied, it was nicely greeted and brought a smile. The only downside: the pool closes at five o'clock, but as we heard from friends from other hotels in this region is relatively normal. Why we don't know. The food was like everywhere in Bulgaria bad, that is, no matter what hotel you visited in any case so little food as possible book! At the huge large promenade ... about 400 meters away are numerous restaurants, bars, discos and stores the door latch. The Nightlife is definitely upper awesome! The prices are great. I was for the first time with my friend in Bulgaria and the hotel room was pretty good. It was large and clean, with balcony, air conditioning and tv (with many German channels).
The location was very pleasant, because in the area many supermarkets, restaurants and discos. The beach is about 10 minutes away, on some days to us busy (many stairs on the way!) and we put to the pool, to refresh after the sun the was completely enough.
The staff was generally friendly and very accommodating, although the dining room was more above a stressed and more negative ... mood came through. There have also often dishes, cold milk or like, but mostly provided quickly.
I can only recommend the hotel. It is perfect for families, the most of them were there, but my girlfriend and I loved it! ☺ read more

because the Hotel is new, it is technically on the newest. Room, bathroom and balcony were very large. Was great, every room has a small fridge. The towels were changed every day, even though we didn't put them on the floor (as a sign to change). Most of the staff spoke English, some German very well. They are total nice and helpful, if you have any questions. The pool is our opinion not really a pool, but rather a larger plantschbecken, with a separated part for infants. Beach chairs and umbrellas were sufficiently available and free of charge. Since we ... abroad holiday made, it was clear to us, that the food tastes differently and perhaps not meet our taste. The only difference being that it is almost always cold, in a four stars Hotel. Furthermore, we had frequent the feeling, that the leftovers from the previous night on the next day again as variation has been produced, for example, inter alia Monday farmer salad, Tuesday the farmer as' Luke Warm vegetables-'. We also had often, the food, the at the beginning of the meal time (18:00 o'clock) were available (for example, baked potatoes or really delicious chicken), after some time not were available anymore, but also were not replenished. Then came as something quite different. If we were lucky, we have the time, in which three great pizza plate with pizza for five minutes at the buffet stood (at 19. 30 o'clockFood was offered until 20:00= o'clock). Lucky we had a time. In the morning and in the evening there was fruit in the form of apples, bananas and oranges, which was already in a glass bowl and corresponding after some time was brown. The selection of cheese and sausage in the morning was limited to a cheese and two types of sausage and cheese. However, there was Quark, jam, cream cheese corners, scrambled eggs, Fried eggs, warm sausages, cereals and Kellogg's. activities were offered no, therefor a large wellness area, but we didn't used have.
on the stone steps away it was about five minutes to the clean beach.
on the whole it was a nice holiday, although the food was not our case. read more

A very nice and not too large hotel.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Our room (studio) was good equipped, spacious and clean.
What was missing was a awning in the room it was very hot during the day as it is to the south. To the beach it was about 15 minutes on foot along the road. (downhill). It is located on the ground floor, a small game room for the kids. Internet access is free (there is a computer in the basement available) or in the lobby the dial is possible by WLAN.
There was no entertainment ... but even liked it.
Tips: money in the bank at the beach (in front of the hotel Admiral) change and not in the hotel or in the changing offices.
