Really beautiful hotel. Staff and front desk was first class. Everything, totally hygienic, rooms, pool, perfect. Kitchen unique. With the room we were not so happy. But the travel agent fault and we ourselves. Would have another received. Hp's birthday in the week have a very nice present get. Thanks to the team las palmeras. Come definitely again read more

Actually it was very nice. The only negative was in the dining room the volume, and the masses of people.
When we were there, the hotel was excellent circa 1000 people. Annoying was the loud clearing of the tables. A massive noise with the dishes pile up. The only negative was, the eternal pack of food. The course to the beach were taken, although also there info on the tables were to omit to do this. This greed has disturbed me a lot. The staff (, although seen) it has ignored. The extremely full plates went back (mainly mood). I ... would then go. Any plates fully back comes 1, -€ but to collect, and the money at needy to donate.
When we arrived we were already a bit disappointed over the room, because (super plus) booked was quite small but 7 floor and view of the sea. Our complaint was also taken, and we were a different room shown, what newly renovated was. But half the size. We stayed in the old room. Absolutely annoying was the loungers in the morning (every morning) all with towels were occupied, and the people went once for breakfast. The staff did nothing against.
On our way back hung then finally information from, with the request to omit to do this. read more

Dining-hall with capacity of the hotel too small and the staff in certain places totally overwhelmed with clearing the tables and freshly setting of the tables. Food and selection were good. Front desk: staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and in good condition. With the balcony door open didn't bother the waves ( room view of the sea) already a little. The whole area was well maintained. read more

We are twice moved, because the rooms really brutally noisy. The first room with a view of a side street to various bars and night clubs. Break-down-pure at the metal frame the balcony door. Changed rooms. 2. rooms: directly above the function room of the evening entertainment. Sleep or only watch television before the end the same was absolutely impossible. The view of the 3. room went directly to a growing from the fans of the hotel especially the kitchen with ... plenty of noise the air exchanged. Sleep was, because from 23 o'clock the fans turned off were, but a balcony use was not possible. Room could only on the bottom level of be exchanged. Probably were the but only problemzimmer, in which the management always had complaints. It was then tried, these rooms market. Without the instruction the noise disturbances-see above as well-it is actually already was. read more

The hotel is situated right on the beach (gravel and rock-bath shoes recommendable). However, the neighbouring beaches not far (about 5 minutes and 10 minutes).
Disadvantage of the hotel is definitely not the size with way over 500 rooms (it's not loud), but there was no 2 meal times give or not each guest a capacity in the dining room is available. As a result, the one already times 10 minutes for a free table wait, which we as half board guests very unpleasant. The meal income was rather cafeteria character. The staff it had really hard the tables quickly ... tidying up so that the next guests place find.
Overall the hotel is very beautiful though. It is the spanish category 4 star. The offered food was rich.
The average age in december was 60 plus-german, spanish, english, french. read more

Always, always gladly!
The party atmosphere in the evening is a little noisy, other than one made itself or enjoy the idea.
The food is very diverse, who however always only fries adopted and then still take it is your own fault!

We were 7 persons, two couples, 3 boys, all between 28 and 37 from the ch, we were to kiten here, respectively in el medano, and Playa america because of the choice at four star hotels selected, as well as of the varied restaurants and bar -offer.
The hotel had while we were there unfortunately too many retired guests. The first room was loud, old, not at all a four-star hotel worthy. The new room on the other side was perfect. Have also the other 3 room the friends as a comparison seen!
The food was good, but we would ... not more half board select, local supplement 18. - Euro/D from the breakfast, because it is on the dinner was too crowded (700 to 900 people?), offer rich and good, but, we felt 30 years old.
The restaurant offer outside was great, as long as no tourist trap as the steakhouse right on the left hand corner below at the sea! Apart from that great food sushi, pizza ( alexia), tartar, etc. On filet, everything between 8 and 18 Euro.
In short; hotel was oK, but the next time we would all an apartment rent the mass tourism this larger hotel to escape! read more

The first impression on arrival was throughout positive. The staff was helpful and friendly. The food was good and varied. In the restaurant and at the buffet are the staff in clearing away again and again knives and the like on the floor closed, which was disturbing. The room was on the 8 floor on the street side and wanted the night noise out of the way go. But the nights in the room were nevertheless noisy and not very relaxing, as around the corner several bars were-with ear plugs we could some masses sleep, if not noisy people a ... return from sleep have pulled. The balcony door didn't really close and furthermore could someone on the balcony lock out, if the balcony door closed. The temperature of the airconditioning one could not really rules and loud this was furthermore. read more

We were the 5. time in Las palmeras and recovered well. There were also in the meantime on some floors renovated. The staff are brilliant and they really made an effort, for us as comfortable as possible. All together in summary, it was a successful and great vacation. We will definitely come back again and this hotel also continue to recommend. read more

Who relaxation and relaxation in the form of laze searches, is in my opinion in the wrong place. Las americas was from hotels estahlished. Here until early in the morning in the bars and discos celebrated, so it usually somewhat louder. The hotel lies exactly at such a party.
Free parking is located right behind it. Unfortunately are the few places quickly occupied. Nearby but there is enough other free parking spaces.
But the hotel is very beautifully designed and the service is very friendly and helpful. Also good to very good knowledge of German are available.

The staff are very discreet but quick and always considered, that the table immediately clean. It is constantly greeted us in a friendly way. With complaints or wishes to the change, everything is possible tried, in order to satisfy the guest. However you could get by with English, except at the front desk not far. The staff in the restaurant or at the bar, almost only spanish. The possibility of excursions is extremely versatile and easy to recommend. Tenerife is simply worth seeing. The weather is absolutely terrific, not too hot and not too cold. For shopping there are enough ... possibilities. A step from the hotel and you'have got a long shopping street in front of you. Varied is also the sea and the beach. However are the prices for chairs and sunscreens not so cheap, but we could the beach section choose your own. Around 20 minutes away on foot south or north you have the possibility to on sandy beach. The Canary Islands are a very pleasant people. However I must say, that the immigrant dealers ( black eyeglasses vendor or black women are the highlights in the hair braid) quite annoying and rude are. This is one of the Canary Islands not say. One of the' restaurants- anheuerern' mentioned, you have however no interest, you will not be abused. read more

On the whole in our experience stay very good. The building itself had however already the best years behind itself and rating not in my opinion the paid price. ( high season, 2 children) the staff are very friendly, the cleanliness was given. The food try, despite buffet food, a good quality supply. Terrible I think always drivable, additionally single -beds, with, as unfortunately in a very lots of hotels, uncomfortable mattresses. read more
