Having just returned from (another) week in this hotel, my husband and I are still smiling. Everything is 100% as it should be. Very, very good food, perfect cleaning, nice rooms, good entertainment, very good staff, perfect ! My husband and I are ordinary people (with ordinary maners/clothing), so do not wonder if the 5 ½ stars is too …… glamourus for you – it isn’t. It’s classy in a down to earth way. read more

We can always on the internet while searching for a beautiful hotel and landing but again and again the villa del conde, as we here clearly the best like. The rooms are nice spacious, the service perfect, the food very delicious. Whoever still which for the food to moan has, could probably not be helped, there is really something for everyone, rich choice.
The location ... of the hotel is also top, although a few meters to the beach, but the one goes on a beautiful promenade with good shops. All together a very well maintained ambience. We will happily come again and again. read more

Great hotel with wonderful food. Unfortunately whole fish are not in portions, so that every guest even at the offered food is, also naughty children. The dessert buffet was not very varied, mostly moussen and creams, unfortunately also there from the guests and the children much defaced, because their greed großwar. Nobody is perfect, but the lopesan is very close. We were there at the beginning of february 9 days and have the time and the mild temperatures (20 degrees) enjoyed. The hotel is huge, but it was only to around 20 to 30% taken. We had a standard room with a partial view of the sea to the east.
The positive sides are: good structural and well maintained condition the entire area, cleanliness in all areas,
Nice location and environment on the edge of the development, good gastronomy (only breakfast booked) and amazing service (also rooms), several nicely designed swimming ... pools with comfortable beach chairs, palm trees and parasols. Big room with all comfort, prices for food and drinks for hotel this category reasonable and not overpriced. Wi-fi at the central spot.
Not so good: rooms very badly soundproofed and side street, water in the room outside of the mini bar must be paid separately will, as well as wireless internet access and safe. Did not use the spa, as also fee required. Check-out was very impersonal.
Conclusion: hotel is definitely recommendable, especially in the off season, when fully booked it can be tight. read more

The hotel is in the form of a village laid out. Thus not at all, that this hotel over 500 rooms. The whole facilitities are very tidy and clean. It is only with breakfast as well as with half board offered. While we were there, there were mostly german guests in the hotel.
There is free wireless internet only in the Plaza in the middle of the hotel. Would be nice if the free the hotel would have been. read more

We have already been in october 2010 the villa del conde and a 2 time we traveled. We have made it our lieblungshotel chosen, as it just amazing and we felt good have! Already on entering the hotel the hotel you feel the indescribable 'lopesan holiday feeling'! We stayed in baobab, but here liked it better. The complex is like a village laid out, focus is the 'Plaza', where in the evenings always a band plays. Here centraly you also times gladly longer, as it really is very comfortable is. read more

Great hotel! Particularly praiseworthy the architectural style, the cleanliness and the location right next to the promenade. Also the buffet was very good. The only problem in our opinion: the regular evening 'seniors '-entertainment-program on the Plaza, which rather a star hotel was. Unfortunately in the hotel there was no alternative, like for instance a bar with spanish or at least current music or even rock. read more

My husband and i were for christmas and new year's for 3 weeks, for the 1. time in this hotel. The hotel is very nice and clean, however very badly soundproofed. We had the bad luck, the 5. (!) Room next to a very loud family with 2 children to have. You almost every word!
The food was good, but not more! Although the ingredients fresh and of good quality, however altogether tasted boring and nothing special. No 5 stars.
New year's eve: we had booked this hotel to beautiful christmas and new year's eve to partying. The gala menu ... in these days there was also not better than the other evenings. No delight! For new year's eve one could above in the bar-after the dinner a table reserve. There was only with a bottle of champagne to 100, -€ (we had 150 €per person extra for new year's eve with the provider paid, what? ) Since we hardly alcohol drink, times a glass of wine to eat, we should just in the other bars or on the plazza (inner courtyard) sit, with windy 16 degrees! We did, as about 700! Other guests at new year's eve. At new year's eve there was no only heizpilz! Alternative: much alcohol( to the warm up) or dancing. We have danced. A 1 man band and a bad, lackluster singer, na ja. Afterwards there were fireworks (nice) warning! We are talking about new year's eve in a star hotel on the Canary Islands, where there is at this time of the year very expensive is! Our summary: unfortunately for the money! As we had at half price more beautiful hotels with better food and really great new year parties had. With proper gala menu, mit flair, great band, shows and so on

Madly beautiful hotel to great value for money!
I have stayed in many resorts-also luxury hotel, but what was offered here is really phenomenal. There was nothing to complain about!
Most of the staff speaks german, english, spanish and partly up to 7 languages (on a name placard as flag state).
The complex seizes according to an employee about 1500 guests, but absolutely not noticed as a small village laid out and with numerous restaurants, bars and swimming pools is well spent. Thus runs the besucherkontingend nice on the Areal.
The complex is strollers and wheelchair accessible. One sees also ... relatively many wheelchair users, or electrical accessories drive.
The prices in the hotel are also not overpriced and the numerous restaurants around the hotel complex adjusted.
The rooms are really nicely appointed and stylishly furnished.
Unfortunately must for the use of wi-fi, as well as safe be paid extra.
The wifi was for one week approximately €.
For the geniesser under you:
The 'buffet' is a huge restaurant with about 12 tables to ever about 6 times 2 meters on which every evening, after another motto various dishes. All the very best and always fresh!
In the morning the same, with a champagne breakfast, salmon, caviar, eggs, scrambled eggs, pancakes, crepes, waffles, cereal. And so on and so on
The spa is very recommendable and absolutely worth a visit!
In summary i can only say, even if i otherwise the slogan i 'the world is too large for 2 times the same hotel' -this resort i definitely see again \u263a
Conclusion very recommendable!
