In all in all we were with the hotel satisfied. Unfortunately, there was in the brochure not mentioned, the the beach only over stairs or steep paths to reach is. Also there one without a car is lost, because there is no bus service anywhere. The evening entertainment left also to be desired. read more

Front desk was not so good as to the hauptankunftszeiten always understaffed so the guests up to 30 minutes and longer had to wait until they could check in. Otherwise the staff is friendly and stands at any time with questions available. The food was very diverse mostly 2 different sorts of fish and meat. The hotel complex is also very clean, quite noisy. The hotel has rather lots of german guests amongst others also regular guests and the vacation time mostly a couple more spanish. The rooms are pretty huge except the bathroom, however the cleaning maids rather irregular ... so it could happen that the room first at 16:00 o'clock deseamed is. Quite thoroughly! Our room was every day imaculate! read more

Us the hotel has as already in october loved it.
It became in the meantime some areas (lobby, restaurant...) Beautified or renovated.
It is everything much brighter and from the hotel is good.
The size of the rooms are adequate and about the cleaning there is nothing to moan about. We had booked all inclusive and were with the offer very satisfied. Everyone should actually find something he likes.
The average age to our booked time +-50th mostly german guests. read more

Neuanreisende be in our opinion tricked.
We had a double room with a sea view. (everything beautiful)
Only our room was directly under the outdoor restaurant. Mornings at 7 o'clock 30 the movement going on.
We got of course a different room, but also only on the following day.
We had the feeling this medhode wanted, these rooms at the holiday-makers to bring.

A succesful vacation in a very good and quiet hotel. Very friendly and always helpful staff. For the pool/beach very suitable. The location for long beach walks ideal. The renovation works in the lobby/bar were at the end of february complete. read more

Hotel is at a stage of the renovation or transformation in the interior area. If this this is the large number of regular guests destination is questionable, because previous atmosphere fit the architecture, was heat radiating, had just a little. We will see!

Quiet hotel, our room was below on the 1. floor with a great view on sea and beach, restaurant were lots of stairs to climb.
Stayed in the pool area always free beach chairs, water in the pool very cold. In the whirlpool and the indoor pool water was warm.
In the restaurant we only on the terrace breakfast (7:30 until 10:30 o'clock) or the dinner (18:00 until 21:00 o'clock) enjoyed, there were almost always free seats. Selection of food and quality of the food were good.
Wireless internet by the pool and in the reception ... area for free to register at reception. read more

Location at the edge of Costa Calma directly at the beach with a great view of the sea, ideal starting point for long walks on the beach, relatively quiet hotel by size, too many german speaking guests all ages, staff for years in the same composition, which also contains statements, especially in the area of gastronomy very friendly staff. We had prior to in writing a room ordered which is not on the ground floor should be. We got then a room in the first floor-but with a view of a dump and a fuel tank on the doorstep! Worse is way! (next time is there going to be 8., that we a room with seaview order, although a pool view for us totally sufficient!)
After twice move we then a room received with a pool view, the room was very spacious and very tastefully equipped. The bathroom is very big and was in an immaculate condition (everything really ... clean!) The pool area was for us brilliant! It were enough loungers available and there were also no chairs arranged.
The food was delicious and for all inclusive quite good. You have to say it is reasonable value for money. If you want a 4 star hotel bay, you can just no 5 stars expect! The beach is on the doorstep and was also very clean, however one should be good on foot because of the cliffs! Little things that we did not find so good were: The 2 klassengesallschaft in the lobby bar the drinks were not included in the price-why? -and the not available barstühle in the disco. In the chair to sit and only on the stage look, until the programme begins was very boring. Since no previous dance music was played.
Our summary: for this price a great hotel with completely, very small 'blemishes ' \u263a also the staff were very friendly and accommodating! I would definitely recommend this hotel. read more
