Unfortunately i can this hotel not recommend. We were for the 3. time in the hotel and unfortunately it will every year bad. The rooms are superficially cleaned however really satisfying or, at least, that you are reasonably be comfortable -is it really not. Also the food is more than disappointing. No variety. Every evening the same buffet and most of the dishes were not really good. I can unfortunately nothing good to the hotel tell. It was a very disappointing vacation, although the location is actually very good. Unfortunately the hotel is very run down and the swimming pool ... very neglected. Be comfortable you can really not. read more

The hotel isn't so bad, how many describe it here. Of course it is one of the older hotels in monastir and is the furniture and general state of the hotel subject, not 'dated'. Despite everything it has everything you need. What the cleanliness subject, i would say it is in the eye of the beholder. Our room was always clean, we also had every day fresh towels. The all-inclusive service in the hotel could be better, just what the beverages is concerned. The food is for one week holiday totally okay. To our travel time was the guest structure ... mixed.     We had a room on the seaside. By the size more than adequate. It was always clean, equipped with a fridge, tv, telephone. Safe can one below at the front desk rent. As mentioned above the hotel is in ' the years' old, because you have to here and there drawbacks.

    The food in the hotel was not outstanding, but nevertheless always adequate and also good. There was something there for every taste. There were local dishes but also european cuisine. The restaurant was always clean. The staff were always friendly and accommodating. The restaurant itself could be depending on number of guests, a little bit bigger. If the hotel is booked, it is there in the meantime already a bit cramped.

    The staff were continuous very friendly. Many could speak german. With english but also very good. The room was cleaned every day. There were no complaints at all.

    The entertainment you couldn't say much. Would say that it for young people is rather unsuitable. For children there were not any animation. There is a disco in the hotel but only fr, sa and evening is opened and you the beverages must be paid. The pool was ok. You always had a beach chair and also a place in the shade found. ( hotel was however also not fully booked) The beach is with departures the cleanliness also okay.

    The hotel is in a very good location. In monastir city, you can go almost everywhere on foot. The beach is 5 minutes on foot. But it is a public beach, with own hotel section. There are many possibilities for shopping because the hotel very centrally located is. In the medina, as well as to the cap Marina you can walk. The airport enfidha is about 80 kilometers away. The transfer to the hotel takes about 2 hours.

The hotel has already gotten very old. Many things the in the hotel description stood we could not found (Midget Golf, snack bar, late riser breakfast...) Everywhere in the hotel you see, that in the last years not much was done. The cleanliness was okay, the cleaning crew have tried really hard. read more

    The rooms are in terms of size okay. Our room was however on the road, so it was very loud. Also the disco you could at the weekend hear clearly. One has also seen here, that the rooms already somewhat older are, otherwise they were but ok. On a functioning air conditioning but you should better not there.

    The food was ok. The breakfast rather bad. A sort sausage and a sort cheese, the not very appealing was one of the few things those there were. The lunch and dinner was monotonous, but ok. Unfortunately we had at the end of the vacation all stomach problems after eating, what it was, we do not know until today. Drinks there were hardly any, mineral water only with the lunch and dinner. And the really good drinks (good coffee, cocktails.) Only at the bar the you had to pay.

    The staff were mostly very friendly and tried very hard. Services there were hardly any. , the kids club was too and the physician practice had during our stay anyway not really open. The small hotel has, is, as such, only not at all to recognize and then also only no more than one hour a day.

    The animation was every day the same (Boccia, water aerobics and water polo, darts), but not pushy. The pool was reasonable, for the size of the hotel however too small. The beach was totally trashy, so we often to, Golden Beach' drove.

    If you have a lot of the life of the locals heard want, the hotel is good. For a beach vacation however less. To the beach about 5-10 minutes walk, but would to stay reverse. The whole area to the hotel is very garbage. Into town do you need only a few minutes, much to see there are there however also not. A few small sites, and many pushy salesmen.

Were to early November at the monastir center. Can't complain. The rooms were cleaned daily and the cleanliness was more than ok. The food, wether breakfast lunch or dinner had a good selection of known dishes as well as arabic kitchen. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The all inclusive-bar offered for a relaxing evening a small selection various non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. The swimming pool was always clean and well maintained. There are no 10 minutes to the beach, at the weekend you can hardly stop since only locals were there, as every afternoon, until afternoon you can hang out there. Bathing shoes are recommendable as a lot of rocks in the 'bay' My partner has the tunesiern sea urchins and fish with plastic bottles captured ^^ The hotel isn't than 4 stars to judge, but also many three stars hotels much better, much more remains not.     Leisure time offers from us 1 minus. It is a calmer hotel for the older generation. Deals as good as zero. Evening entertainment we could only beschmunzeln. Unimaginative and childish Only good that we a funny groups and our own had entertainment-thanks - Penny - Walther - Beach: water was very clear and clean. Hotel beach was cleaned, only the rest of the beach like a dump. ( i would here flaschenpfand import) Chairs and umbrellas were sufficiently available

The hotel is since 26. March 1994 with 132 rooms. The state of the hotel is a three stars hotels to German standard. The hotel together with hotel and pool is in general clean and tidy. Bookable is all inclusive it is reasonable value for money completely agree. For 710 Euro per per person = 3 weeks could no comparable vacation in the north or Baltic sea make. The nationalities of the guests consists of a pleasant mix ( German, french, belgian, dutch, less Italian, English and tunisians). The age structure of the guests is at an average of 35 ... to 40 years. And again diving also for one night or a few nights some groups move on. Congress/ seminary- or participants of the meeting apply for, so it might even temporary in the restaurant somewhat be crowded. read more

    Usually each guest a fixed table for the duration of stay through a place card (name, tischnr. , length of the stay), usually at a four table. In general make sure, that you as a couple a couple more with the same language and age group in addition to get. But we had the luck, that we in the total 3 weeks for us at the table. Please just ignore it, if a stain from the day before on the tablecloth is available, can happen, that the table during your absence or other used. The dishes ( breakfast/ lunch/ dinner) in buffet-form and again at any time refilled. Temporary bottlenecks, it can even give, but are only of short duration. The choice of dishes, both breakfast, lunch or dinner is nothing to complain about. Special wishes ( except natural way pork) will gladly received and if possible subsequently occurs. The warm dishes with fine local oil prepared. Healthy and lowcalorie food! Is excellent amongst others the lachssteak, as well as the prawns!

    The staff are very friendly, true to the motto ' pour me a smile and will give you a smile back'. With a few Dinar shows its satisfaction. The majority of of the staff can German language understand or at least indicate. Some employee even spoke excellent German ( especially at the front desk, in the restaurant and in the all inclusive bar). Ask immediately after arrival immediately after nader, salah, a.( hotel manager) or Kerim ( restaurant manager), this speak really good German! Possibly complaints are immediately received and removed as fast as possible, cared for. Complaints on the travel guide there might be a bit longer, since the travel guide not constantly in the hotel is present. The rooms are every day carefully cleaned. Towels every day fresh made available, it is the bed linen every day freshly changed. Laundry service, doctor and child care are also in the hotel offered.

The local disco is located in the basement of the hotel ( access only on the hammah / respectively indoor pool available. The disco opens every friday, saturday and sunday at o'clock. Drinks must then but be paid separately. The style of music for dancing is however only for young people (very electrical/ houselastig ). The dj plays every evening the same program down, he could also once at the' older' audience thinking, this would perhaps even dance!

    Please the location of the hotel, as city hotel, not with the pure beachhotels comparisons! The hotel's own beach is around 5 to 10 walk in a bay separated by loungers - editions cost 2 tdn= 1 euros - and sun screens from the rest of the beach away. The section is by a lifeguard (salam) guarded. The beverages ( Cola, Fanta, Sprite and water) are for the hotel guests he published. The well-kept beach section is every day at the time from to o'clock supervised. The shuttle from the airport ( enfidha ) to the hotel takes about one and a half hour perhaps from 2013 again the airport in monastir right flying, then the transfer only one half an hour. Various excursions are in general from the local travel guide offered or in the hotel itself from Ali. You can also book without thinking!

Definitely again! Who in this country German standard expected of course disappointed. You are not allowed at this hotel confront and expect, that everything so meticulously clean and correct, as one of German hotels knows. The people in the hotel are all very friendly! The room is also okay. ( one wants not the whole day in the room spend, or?), furniture not the newest, but functions! Complaints ( air conditioning broken) takes quite long and you have to ask several times. Just travel guide Notice and you'have got a new room. The playing ground for kids is a real ... joke. There is a scaffolding without swing and a small Plastikhaus. More not. This is annoying! The pool was always very clean, was also cleaned every morning. You can't say. Everything OK! Food really delicious and massive selection! The selection of drinks unfortunately no that great. No Cola Light, no different juices, partly was the white wine ran out. We have ourselves then with the necessary drinks self-catering, which in Tunisia not as expensive is (load around the corner). Animation: perfect! Not annoying, very pleasant. You want a activity not participate, it will immediately accepted and not further beredet. What was annoying, are the loud entertainment by the pool. The volume is pretty extremely, especially if you with a child in the hotel is. But it was the only thing, that disturbed us. In short: We fly next year to this hotel again, simply because the friendliness more than nice. Food is very good, wide choice and really delicious! I can really recommend the hotel! But travel please do not with the idea to Tunisia, that all like in Germany will/must-because it is not. And on smaller faults should be overlooked, (cracked tile in the bathroom). read more

The hotel was the purest impertinence. The akunft two hours to the room wait. Elevator large enough for a suitcase more not. Everything was totally dirty, the busshuttlefahrer said every hotel could have a charm. Perhaps that says it all. The 'bar' is from to o'clock open, before and afterwards one gets nothing to drink, even for breakfast only tea or kaffeeplörre from the thermos flask or überzuckerte juices. No water, no soft drinks, the it otherwise. Pool is oK, but way too small given, that the beach is not to use, which is why everyone hotel guest, not with ... the taxi the 12 kilometer away golden beach drives, on or in the pool is. read more

    Size was more than adequate. Large is different but for the sleep right anyway. Cleanliness and condition were the last. Mold in the bathroom and in of the airconditioning. During our stay were on almost all hallways ungezieferprobleme thank god not for us but fleas, ants and cockroaches on the floors above us felt every day tremble leave, which then with us.

    There was a massive buffet - everything not to eat thought. Meat raw. Eggs rancid and old. Verschimmelt bread. Rice totally zerkocht and with water mixed. Spinach was only green soup. Potatoes also still raw. And much more hab's also not. Salad quite naturally also however as already the cooked appeared we wanted to not even the germs from the vegetables village. 90% have fries with ketchup eaten. Oh and the fetränkespender in buffet hall was regularly empty. A bottle of water with soft drinks, there was on demand but only in french, on everything else was not at all response. And only one bottle per table understands. And only during dinner.

    Just under all sow. Where do I start? For everyone that we three days no air conditioning had, the technician five times since and the first three times said we were just too stupid the right to adjust. Or that we only every third day towels had. Apparently there was in the hotel too few or what... In any case we arrived regularly evenings from the beach to the hotel back without towels in the bathroom. What really makes good if one was full of sand and only in the shower want. Or should I of the pushy waiters reports, with us coffee wanted to drink and we angrabschten.

However I also impolite remarks opposite beleibteren guests belongs, the of the entertainment on the ships have been taken... Is just is not. Pool bar as mentioned above too small.     The location catastrophic. As in the catalog described 400 meters to the beach, however linear distance! Horror I can only say! We are evenings arrived our all inclusive Wristband and then they told us, that it a problem there, the no rooms more! So what would not be easy if one booked and paid must room be free! We were then brought to a different hotel where it has been said, that we a beautiful room and there was mold in the curtains, the bathroom full lime and in bed hairs. On the next day we are then again in our hotel gone where we booked, then we had to until 14 o'clock wait until the ... room was available, but not the 4 stars it was. The closet in the fridge was broken, in the bathroom there was the bathtub full of lime, even the water tap was full, as well as the water tap from the washbasin. For the food the staff were although it is very friendly, but on each table cloth were stains. As we have said that the change should, the a new mood made, the exactly so dirty appeared. Food was not so good, I think that the food from the day before on the next day once again offered. Once there was spaghetti bolognese and on the next day there was lasagna where the sauce exactly tasted as the Bolognese sauce on the day before. By the pool there were too few loungers and in the pool swam some animals. At the beach it was dirty, there was garbage rum but you could into the water and also at the beach set if you not picky was. I advise not to fly there it is simply only disgustingly! read more

In the semester break decided my flatmate and I hotel Monastir center in Tunisia to book. Here on Holidaycheck. De had the hotel beginning July 2012 87% recommendation. It was for 2 weeks still available so we booked, last minute. The flight was all right, the bus from the airport to the hotel lasted about one and a half hour. In the hotel arrived (about 08:00 A. M. in the morning) we had to about 2 hours on our room in a lobby, in the apparently nobody knew as you an airco starts up. Our room was on the ... 3rd floor a building. In the room arrived was on the first glance everything relative reasonable but if you have a closer look everything we were bitterly disappointed. The beds were rock-hard and the bed sheet and pillows were full stains and smelled as if they were already several weeks not more changed. Exactly the same with towels. In the morning one was around half 8 of a jackhammer waked the for the whole day in use was. Three times was at night from 10:00 P. M. a wedding up far after midnight was so loud which one not sleep could not. A total letdown! read more

    The room was big enough. At closer look you noticed however many impurities in the room. The toilet is only poorly in the wall, the shower is rusting in some places. From the mold on the closet I do not want more describe. Although there a balcony, on the one with 2 persons however not cozy sit. The air conditioning did not work properly, so you with small attitude already at night nearly froze would be. A safe there were only at the front desk against an extra charge.

    The restaurant in the hotel was, without to understate, not enjoyable. There was always plenty of food available but the taste was not quality draughted. Stomach problems could not long in coming. We ate ourselves mainly of stale bread, pasta and watermelon. To drink Cola, Fanta and water, whereby I under all inclusive a bit more thought. Every guest should with the help of a place card a specified place, so that you not always a new place had. However was our card after shortest time gone and we were other tables out. This became clear, that the waiters no good communication had, since we from one to a table were seated and in the middle of for the food of another were invited to the table to vacate. Not very pleasant if you degrees water and bread sits. In addition there was still a à la carte restaurant, in which we however were not.

    If you in the hotel times staff everywhere they were either not able a guest to help or they spoke no understandable language, like for instance the maids. This made only after an explicit demands clean and forgot also fresh towels to spread out. If towels be changed, folded the dirty simple and hung them on. Disgusting! The travel guide of its ( Elke Z.) wanted the complaints the vacationer simply not hear and has in my opinion the wrong profession. It was only on the side of the hotel and showed no sympathy.

    In the hotel there was wi-fi, however only in the lobby. In the restaurant, in the rooms and at the pool there was no internet. The animation was in principle reasonable however it was every day from the same offered (water aerobics, water polo, darts and table tennis), the always same time took place. Water aerobics we once participated and prematurely when it came to the common dancing outside of the pool came. Every day came the same songs in the same order. It was quite annoying! If you have a beach chair (made of hard plastic without cushions) wanted you had to early get up. At: o'clock in the morning were already all chairs and sunscreens occupied and we had a air mattress buy let us somewhere could nap. The pool was the first days from the quality of the water reasonable however became from day to day everything worse until the water after a week totally milky was, so that one only still reluctant to go into wanted.

    The hotel was right in monastir, which is very dirty and it is not worth to go out, as the people, very pushy and rude women opposite are. A larger supermarket is approximately 10 minutes out and one can acquire everything which one for the vacation need. The beach is the biggest dump I have ever seen. Garbage in the sea disposed of and glass make it almost impossible baarfuß walk around.

We travelled as a 6 -headed group young students, the actually not high expectations have. But this vacation at the monastir center was the horror! We arrived at o'clock in the morning, after we from the airport about 1 hour in air-conditioned bus were transported. In the hotel then we had to first 2 hours in the air-conditioned foyer wait. On demand there were at the bar drinks ( Cola, Fanta, Sprite) and dried croissants. A employee brought us then our rooms. The rooms were on the 3rd floor without lift. The women had their suitcase itself up stairs. Arrived ... in the rooms we found on the bed sheet hair and undefinable yellow stains. In the room the girls smell from the bathroom to the flooding. Highlight on second day there was a wedding the monastir center was arranged! It began about 22 hours with loud oriental music and went until o'clock mornings! ( even the walls of the room, the next to the speakers were located actually vibrated! Who believed had, that would be unique, should sunday the same theater experience! The corridors were apparently never cleaned. Large wurststückchen were 3 days long on the floor and were greeted by ants eaten up. Massive cockroaches in the bathroom and hallway there was also all inclusive. read more

There was no day in which the fries through were! And the pasta tasted like nothing at all! You could have everything salt must. For vegetarians there was nothing at all, as all salads with meat were. The meat was not enjoyable, because you always on cartilage bitten or meat was tough. The ambiance in the restaurant was absolutely not inviting. The tables were often dirty and for a group of 6 people it was difficult at all seating possibility to find.

The cleaning ladies in our rooms stolen. 20 Dinar the missing were, as well as make up the stolen.     The entertainment team was tried, but the hotel offer the most ridiculous thing animation which one can only introduce oneself. There were the whole day about 6 songs played audition. Nossa nossa and Waka Waka were apparently the best, as these several times daily the ears storm. The disco is in a back in the basement, which only through a long hallway detectable is. On approximately 30 meters² is entering only once from a cloud of smoke pushed back, to one then -year-old small children the dance looks. The pool was very dirty and was never cleaned!

    The monastir center in the city. The 'city' is 400 meters away, but the way there already a only impertinence. Piles everywhere and verkehrsordnungen are an unknown there. The beach is garbage. As already in the description is the beach with 'locals'. There is only locals and no tourists. In the sea you will find pretty much everything you need for a -course menu. Everywhere are traders, the a necessary to buy anything. Excursions offers a gentleman named Ali at. He marched constantly through the hotel and tries the people around his excursions sell. The kamelausflug is worthwhile. The ' inseltrip ' however for 50 dinars or about 25 €is a bust. The totally overcrowded boat takes over an hour. At the 'island' or sandbank arrived, you will find then a few umbrella for from which one then 3 hours on the 'delicious bbq' can wait. As' delicious' was it then unfortunately not out, since the meat cold with dry bread and a little bit salad was served.

Very worn down, dirty hotel, without enough big pool area! Hotel nearby beach is littered and dirty (layered with local), as well as the whole town Monastir! The rooms are only superficially cleaned. New bed sheets and you could get towels only after asking! The food is everyday the same and often not enjoyable (3 of us have stomach intestine illnesses had) it was never salted and often overcooked! The melons was good.-) the service from the staff is not writable, because there is no! On 2 evenings there was in the hotel tunisian weddings, up at 3 o'clock ... loudly were celebrated! Entertainment was the horror. Every evening there was the same songs dancing! The travel guide of its notes complaints not serious and shifts the blame to the hotel guests! Insolence!
