We were very impersonal, almost unfriendly at the front desk processed. A welcome was not, only one key issue. The room was not so nicely appointed, the pictures with fireplace advertised. The bathroom was tiny small but ok! For breakfast there were cheapest pale looking sausage and cheese. Good sausage and ham from the region was nothing to see. The service staff was very friendly but the dishes not tasty made. The dinner was absolutely geschmackfrei and gave us the last night in another restaurant flee leave. Internet not working in the room. The area is very nice, but this ... house we will never enter! read more

Breakfast is not diverse and quite boring. Always the same. To scrambled egg you had to questions! The cleaning staff attention not for cleanliness! ( in the corners hanging cobwebs, behind covers wasn't wiped, the deckenlampe hung from the anchorage, the bathroom was only time per week mopped, the dust encamped disgusting from) was sucked 1a 2 times at the time. The only positive is the dinner, was perfect and very tasty. From the outside the hotel is very presentable, but on the inside and the room the opposite is. Unfortunately the carpets in the corridor and in the room ... very, very tired. To mention is the good location. Short distances to the lake and jennerbahn, to start for hiking and bus station. Parking is a catastrophe. With us the hotel was booked and first came by car, had luck, a parking space to find. Who came too late had bad luck. Most left the vehicle then just is possible. Reasonable value for money absolutely not. It isn't worth 3 stars. read more

As already several times mentioned here, is the breakfast nothing special varied. The cleaning staff is rather a bit blowzy ( in the corners hanging cobwebs, behind covers wasn't wiped, the ashtray on the balcony was in 8 days only once emptied. The balcony was never swept. The deckenlampe hung from the anchorage, holes in the walls from which cable arrived (you could however only see, if you in bed lAG, which nevertheless no beautiful sight was). Vacuumed 3 Times at the time. Our room was just about of the kitchen, so there was the smell of the dinner time ... on the balcony into the room - not very pleasant to life. Otherwise was the air ventilation of the bathroom in the next room very noisy. The dinner was delicious ( we had however not additionally booked, so we had a la carte dinner). From the outside the hotel is very presentable. Unfortunately the carpets in the corridor and in the room very worn. It's also worth mentioning the good location. Short distances to the lake and Jennerbahn, to start for hiking and bus station. So all in all it was more than adequate. Reasonable value for money only not. read more

We had once again relaxing as well as pleasant vacation in berchtesgarden country on Königssee. We are thankful on the way to the warmest in the management and all staff staff the bergheimat for this great time. read more

Staff at the reception rather unfriendly. Dealing with complaints very bad. Everything under the motto :' the guests comes anyway '. It lacks the will a shovel to do more than necessary. Only exception: the service staff of the restaurant! The breakfast is OK. read more

Location of the hotel directly by the Jenner and Königssee is ideal for walks and excursions of all kinds. By bus, close to of the hotel stops, one comes also everywhere back. In the hotel itself we have felt completely comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were plentiful and of good quality. Very friendly staff. We were already more often in this hotel and will gladly come again. Thanks for this great vacation! read more

A great hotel in alpine style. Very great location. Depending on, where you are or where you on the terrace sit, you will have a look either the Jenner or the watzmann. Ideal starting point for walks and excursions. To Jennerbahn you go about 2 minutes and the Königssee about 5 minutes. The kitchen I really liked, tasted very good, the menu is not overly cramped. I was already twice and I every time immediately felt at ease. I can only recommend this hotel! read more

We were on arrival in a tiny, dark room with a view of a glorious parking assigned. Only after solid Protest was prepared, the possibility to another room to check... One was fully booked. Only our direct Announcement helped: down with the room price ( per person e 48,50 and kt 2.10) half, Other room or check out. We were givern a room, that about its price was worth it. Breakfast was always the same boring: Touristenwurst and cheese, cheap juices All together: no daily €100. Value. read more

Very nice hiking vacation. Unfortunately the very ideenlose breakfast not promised. No fresh - daily the same packaged foodstuffs. Here are three stars completely lack of space. read more

Lovely hotel in a good location to the königsee lake and the mountain railway. Enough hiking nearby. A pool would be recommendable nonetheless. Sun loungers in front of the hotel store, and not to sunbathe. It is on the 'display' read more

The hotel you can with a clear conscience recommend to anyone. I was already very often in this hotel. The location I super. In a few minutes one is at the Jennerbahn and the Königssee. Nearby are otherwise nice Lokalitäte. read more

This hotel is from the location for for hiking ideal, the kitchen is very varied and from the taste very good, you can tell it is nicely prepared. To the königsee lake and the mountain railway it is only a few steps. read more

Are many a time the bergheimat to guest and we always felt at ease. We will come again. One can already in the hotel tickets for the Jennerbahn and Sciffahrt on the königsee buy and save the queue on site. Courtesy is important here. read more

We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation in the Hotel Bergheimat. Especially good in our experience the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and really delicious food liked it. The hotel we can unreservedly recommend. read more

Good starting point for all activities around Berchtesgaden. Evenings and in the morning no touristy. We stayed here during a family reunion very felt at ease and with three generations of very much. read more
