Room was fine for the price. Didnt make any requests so wasnt let down in any way. TV would be nice with a couple of english channels, but beds were comfy, clean and practical and had no concerns with security.

Food was better than expected. A tiny bit repetitive, but there was always something you can have, deserts were basic but tasty. Only one restaurant but this was clean and tidy with a fast turnover. Drinks were free flowing, and you end up with a few more than intended on the table. Which isnt a bad thing. There is no rush in getting you to drink up, as in the pool side bar you are simply left to it which is nice. In the Hotel bar, Gabriela is always helpful, smiley, and ready to get the drinks on the go, never a rush to close up and stays up late if you are. Learnt a lot of greek from her and she is a credit to the hotel. Prices in the hotel bar are far more reasonable than in town, and the drinks are delicious.

Staff were all unbelievably friendly, happy to help and do whatever it takes to improve your stay. As many different nationalities, there were a lot of languages flying about, but everyone manages to get along fine, no problems at all. rooms were kept clean and tidy, by very friendly hotel staff. Had no complaints but from those who did, things were dealt with efficiently.

Pool side entertainment is amazing, yoga, darts, aqua gym, water polo, aerobics and table tennis. Then more in the night. The staff are easy to get along with, helpful and encourage anyone to join which is nice. Pool are is nice, plenty of sunbeds about as well which makes a nice change.

Really good hotel for the money! Rooms come with hair dryer, tv, shower, balcony. Cleaned 6 days a week which is great, staff all pleasant and helpful as can be! Guests varied in range 19 - 50, everyone gets along and has a really good laugh! Real mix of nationalities, and everyone does their best to mix which is fantastic.

26 euro in a taxi from the airport, which if you split works out cheaper than a coach transfer and usually way more convenient and quicker. Beach about 10 mins walk, and faliraki prob about the same distance. You can get anything you need in faliraki, but the shop has a very small shop for snacks and that which is handy, and reasonably priced. There are plenty of excursions available and you can hire a car from the hotel if you fancy it which is well handy.

Basic, but clean. Make sure Gardener refrains from watering the back area `at 7pm if you require a shower `as affects the water! Fridge free to use. Great for bottled water.

Varied dishes, well cooked and plenty of it.

Staff very friendly, rooms always cleaned. Handling of complaints prompt (only one - hairdryer not working, replaced immediately).

Special thanks go to all staff, particularly to MoMo, Petra, Fabio, Clare for there fantastic entertainment program and fun, always willing to stop and chat, not pushy, more encouraging guests to take part, which most did. Special thanks to all bar staff and Adele and Gabriella for being so kind, always a smile and making our stay fun.

Very clean rooms, free linen every two days, food good and plenty of it (not for guests who just like burgers and chips). Types of Guest mixed nationality and ages.

Beach and main town Faliraki 10 mins walk. Rhodes 25mins by bus, Lindos 45mins by bus, both an must see. Supermarkets 5mins walk.

Beautiful room unfortunately no nice view and well the showers are very small but for such vacation it was enough. :-)

Food was very good only I would like more greek specialties had. Otherwise there was just a restaurant 2 bars a by the pool and a in the lobby which are only evenings was open. Atmosphere was perfect.

Staff very friendly, knowledge of German and English were very good. The room was cleaned daily.

The bedspread was old and abgefleddert and air conditioning ran from to o'clock. There was a telephone, which one its neighbors could call and a small fridge. Every room has a balcony and in some rooms with a view of the sea. As well as every room with a tv equipped, the German channels as RTL, ProSieben, Kabel eins etc. Receives.

From the lobby from one comes immediately into the restaurant and from there to outside, where the pool bar is. The pool bar had from to o'clock open, which has led, briefly before 23 o'clock the people queue to drinks to get. You had the choice of apple-, orange juice, lemonade, beer, wine, vodka, Brandy, whiskey, Ouzo. Cocktails were not in the all inclusive package. In the lobby there is also a bar where you against an extra charge cocktails and German beer order can. The lemonade has only after syrups tasty, the wine was very sourish, the only thing which you reasonably drink, was the beer and vodka. Several times we unfortunately had also found hairs in the food.

The service was in the dining area, as well as front desk good. The staff were always friendly and us also understood in German. The cleaning ladies were a catastrophe. The water to sweep the room was black, it was even roughly by room mopped, so hair, dust and sand just in the next corner collected. Time we got 2 towels, then 3, no shower mat, then dirty towels/shower mat.

The animation was very friendly, have during the day unfortunately only not so a lot of variation in the program The pool was the first week milky through the whole suntan creams and had every time the swim long hair on hands or feet! The size was all right, about 20 times 8 meters.

The hotel is rather a small complex, made from the entrance area a good impression, but when we the rooms to have entered, we were slightly shocked. On the first glance everything looked neat, but if you look, you could dust and hair in the corners see and calcifications in the toilet. The breakfast was unfortunately not varied, every morning there was the same and the lunch and dinner there was variety, however as well as no greek food. During the 2 weeks we had twice greek specialties, the tsatsiki and Gyros limited. Initially were in the hotel yet many germans young people, and in the second week stock the hotel then mostly from italians and a few russians.

From the airport we are about 20 minutes drive, which was completely acceptable. To the beach you had to than however of the 12 minute walk and is strenuous in the heat, since it back slightly uphill. The 'party' is about a quarter of an hour away, where you can go shopping.

Have only a room in the main building get, with but we were not happy. To friendly ask we got a great room in the side building. Air conditioning from 19 hours until o'clock. If the air conditioning however already at o'clock on it would be better. Since one heated from the beach and there would be a cool room the ideal! The furniture was new. Beds ok. Bathroom big enough. Tv- many germans channels. Balcony large. Fridge gold worth :-) yes and the safe was at the front desk. Price perfectly okay!

I wonder what most people zuhaus' eat ' if the food bad should be!? Everyone was full, there was always plenty and nobody had to go hungry! The one or another in 2 weeks once repeated is clear. Would like a housewife see all two weeks constantly something else cooks!

The complete staff absolute excellent. Always quick, very industrious, always friendly. So one really must say, in spite of the long working days the men and women in the hot - very large praise!

Entertainment was always very funny. Much praise goes to all of the staff! Chairs on the beach 8 Euro per person / day. Lay however never by the pool, too many schauhasen!

This hotel consists of a main building and 2 buildings-the newly built are. The rooms in the neubauden are very nice. Large, spacious and with a fridge respectively kitchen facilities. I have to say, it was always clean. The all-inclusive offer was for three stars more than enough! There were actually all nationalities represented-in our period also very many germans.

Until the sandy beach it was no more than 10 minutes on foot ( schlenderschritt ). Faliraki center reached about minutes on foot ( also schlenderschritt ). Transfer from the airport to the hotel about 30 minutes by bus. ***beware! NO trip to Marmaris ( Turkey) make! Three stars 45 Euro per person but with us in Germany would such a trip promotianal trip say. Travel guide locally could not speak any German! Nothing as angepreist is really true-were all disappointed! As the first one in a restaurant where you can have breakfast (5 Euro per person) then it went into a leather factory with modenshow that followed the 'quality' -outrageously expensive! Then we were in a factory production where it turkish cuisine. Ultimately remained only 2 hours on your own shop to go. Angepreist were 7 hours! Finger away! Unfortunately about the money! Rodes city is however a must- exceptionally beautiful! 2,20 Euro per person a drive by bus!

Safe 10, -€ the week for hire, furniture was okay. Cleanliness a catastrophe.

The dining room has a marmorfliesenboden and this is very dirty! You can see the dirt directly on the floor and otherwise he is very fat.! -> dangerously slippery! Some plates at the buffet were dirty already before someone used. You can also nothing typical greek to eat expect. The food is a canteen with classic dishes such as Schnitzel, rice or spaghetti, bland and very tasteless. There were two days long hard rolls for breakfast and molded olives... As the cheese melt is, because the kühltecke probably not was okay... ppffuui! At fruit there were peaches from the can, watermelon the taste to be desired left and a day there were seedless weitrauben but ok wareflaschen water to you for the room take for the night... After: o'clock there were nothing at all to drink... You should die of thirst... Or täure drinks at the bar in the hotel buy, cocktails had to at any time of the day paid about 5, -€ per cocktail

The hotel is has two areas: some rooms are right at the hotel, the other in a building opposite. The rooms, the right at the hotel are, are down in the basement, next to the laundry and next to showers and toilets, the for the staff intended. Rat poison was also found. The rooms in the external area, so on the other side are located very small. The mattresses very hard and yellowed, the bed linen smells smoke and has stains. They are equipped with a air conditioning equipped, it works but only from 7:00 P. M. until about 07:00 in the morning, you could between 17 °C -24 °C set but egall what you have chosen and nothing has changed on the air conditioning. The air conditioning is so attached that will take you directly to the bed is addressed, can you during the night at freezes you butt and from you from sweated you to death. There were neighbors the air conditioning not at all use, because a fürterlicher gestank into the room sent was. Of cleanliness has this hotel still not heard! Toilets on the rooms were not cleaned, washbasin just as little, shower curtain was dirty. The staff were only as long as friendly as one itself not complained, as soon as a statemant of us has been made, you were treated differently. We were wrong information the objects of interest submitted.

The pool stanck only after chloor. The overlays on the sunbeds were filthy and dirty.

Before the toilets at the lobby it smelled of urine. The cushions for the chairs at the pool were totally filthy and dirty... The pool stanck only after chloor. We all have thick pustules in the face received... Right endzündungen... Guests from other hotels in the area didn't have this problem...

The beach the 500 meters far away from the hotel is, is a stony beach the full of fish which a peck in the water been, loungers 4, -€ per pool chair filthy. So one was forced on half an hour to the beach in Faliraki in the town to walk. Wondering why we didn't bus it? There was no bus.
