Hotel Melia Cayo Guillermo^{(4.5 stars)}

the room was satisfying, the working of the air-conditioning had to be repeated, else altoghether everything was ok - for me/us as honey-moon holidayer, however a little bit poorer service

But what then brought a satisfying feeling was the catering part of the hotel. It doesnt matter whether bar's or the restaurants's food was more than very good and satisfying, the choice was rich and always fresh, in this context the cleaniness left nothing to be desired, whereas one looks only at the facade.

tja and here it starts, the friendliness of the reception is missing every now and then, helpfullness (problem is taken into consideration pretty fast, but it lasts a lot till its settlement) the competence itself brings up the question, the Chef is the only person who takes care of the things/problems immediately and thoroughly, German is understood, but they dont want to speak. Room cleaniness is actually ok, but every now and then refreshment drink is missing - it was not provided, during Check in there was immediately the first problem, as the lady couldnt begin with the honeymoon, our actual room was also not ready and so we had to wait until we were finally accomodated into a appropriate room "alleged honey-moon room", in the first room the kitchen fans were so loud - that was simply impossible for wedding holiday!!! just like already mentioned the reception protracted with this complaint, so it didnt take place right, also with the decoration of the hotel room - it was suitable for honey moon only after 4 times of mentioning about that, the Sister or Doctor is something like "Sister Rabiata"

well good, it was not a high-level fitness place, but the equipments were really in need of renovation, boutiques (2) well yes - more so tourist-souvenier shop, the pool on the other hand was really good, also the hand towel service, the care through animation personnel was very very good

the location is pleasantly large, sufficient rooms available, 2-3 floors, in a normal landtypical condition, cleaniness is really good, All Inclusive is very recommendable, business lay out??? well it's missing, mixed nationalities but no mubby people, age structure approx. from 18-75

the hotel is far away from the airport or ulterior hotels, well pretty good to peg out. Prices for taxi or the bus are appropriate
