As sightseeing little time in the hotel spends, is the room size adequate. Shower tub with curtain is not quite 4 star. Curtains to darken and well soundproofed window. Unfortunately, there are rooms with a view of a narrow yard without fresh air. We have directly to a different room asked and it was outside the room on the fifth floor offered. Breakfast is enough for a start to the day and evenings restaurant with buffet or a la carte. English skills required.

The hotel is in the immediate proximity the Hagia Sophia, the blue Mosque, the Topkapi Palace and the cistern. Istanbul there is however only from hills, is therefore the way to it a bit cumbersome, but this is not the location of the hotel. Breakfast is really enough, evenings one can between buffet and menu. With the waiter stressed is, if you ordered from the menu. The view from the roof terrace is gorgeous. Istanbul itself is matter of taste. Noisy, crowded, partly quite dirty. Nevertheless it is worth a trip! read more

Good middle class hotel in the old town Istanbul. Rooms small and without a balcony. Comfortable beds. Bathroom with bath tub. Good cleanliness. Only two German tv-Transmitters, but free Wi-Fi.
Breakfast room in the top floor with a great view; however very poor quality sausage, mediocre cheese, awful artificial scrambled egg, no wholemeal bread, ultra -sweet cheap fruit juices, but you can for good 2 euro also freshly squeezed orange juice order.
Tip: on arrival for a room in the fifth or sixth floor questions, there has one a sea view and the Hagia Sophia, and it is quiet. The ... windows are so isolated and in front of the hotel is only a small street, what is not is extremely loud.
If you want a room for under 100 euro a night in Istanbul searches, is in the hotel Aziyade in good hands, since the location of the hotel really excellent. read more

Room amenities and breakfast were reasonable, but when we 3 girlfriends because two distorted nights ( once because Maschinenlärm a neighboring Schuhfabrikanten, secondly, because loud Zuknallens a reassuringly strong, the the hotel staff used) in manager of the hotel to weight wanted, he had on several occasions denied. When we a few Male at the front desk had asked, it ignored us at the end simple! We find a behavior impossible, cowardly and gästefeindlich! read more

We had a room on the third floor to the interior light well, but we didn't really bother us though, since one anyway hardly in the room resident. As we arrived early, we were immediately a damp towel and tea. The room we could very quickly refer. It was also good so, because we have a red eye flight had. We have the room not complained and still no contact with the front desk had. Therefore no review. The bathroom was small, but more than adequate. Not a problem with temperature or pressure. Everything okay. Shower gel and shampoo were ... always refilled and every day new towels. Also always a bedtime sweet. The breakfast was good and adequate and the view from the breakfast area was super. Evenings there was still a raki and beer in the bar. The staff there was friendly and helpful. However until today our postcards not arrived, we in the hotel have delivered. read more

the hotel is in toplage 4-minute walk from Sulahmet and blue Mosque where the tram is to grand bazaar (super options for shopping ) is also only 10 minutes away, breakfast was perfect delicious and plenty of choice and a dreamlike view of Istanbul, service was very nice to us straight at the front desk no matter what we asked we were immediately super further helped. Only problem for us were the rooms very small and right inhabited, the best the rooms 403.404
503.504 or 603.604, reserve;- ) they were big and great view
tip: panorama ... in Topkabi visit and Taksim is just great, and the Asian side of eminonu direction from 10 minutes the boat costs about 1 euro, because as you can delicious and cheap food and shopping, close to the hotel was sufficient restaurants but really expensive the SOEs restaurant in beyzit not recommendable
weather was dreamlike we were lucky but from April is more recommendable. Istanbul must be seen read more

The location of the hotel is ideal and the main sights also good on foot reach. The hotel is well maintained and the staff (except for some exceptions) very friendly. The rooms are very clean, the bed comfortable and the shower great. Rooms are small, but for a week perfectly adequate. On the highest floor is located the restaurant/ breakfast buffet with great view of the sea. The breakfast buffet offers everything; different cheese/ types of sausage, marmelade, Yoghurts, croissants etc. Everything very tasty and diverse!
Food in the restaurant ( menu, not buffet) is OK, but not outstanding, choice ... of the food was rather sparse.
Generally one could say, that we with the hotel and the value for money very satisfied were and our next Istanbul trip like to come again! read more

In my opinion not 4 *, our room was very worn-but because we are in favour of city route anyway only need a clean bed and bath (and it was definitely there), it was OK. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant was unexpectedly unfriendly and slow. In the breakfast area one had everything (cups, silverware, inter alia) together-had to get used to. But the location of the hotel cannot be beat: four minute walk to the tram and 5 minutes walking distance from the main attractions. Many things are good 'distance'. In the side streets near the ... park in front of the Blue Mosque was extremely delicious food. read more
