    Decor simple and functional with a fridge no mini-bar. Furniture from strohgeflechtsdeko. Air conditioning/heating functioned in the winter. Shopping, night life, desk (except through the travel agency) and restaurants nearby = none (next village = sangho-about 2 kilometer) Hotel lies rather apart; zarzis (next larger city) is about 12 kilometers away. Taxi price there per route 6 td. There is worth more than the friday market. All in all a super vacation. Entertainment was great and there was everything! Who looks for and wanted to find something, finds also something to complain about! For example the hallway carpets, sleep there? No! For a little tip are all friendly and helpful. My son was in the bathroom and the door was not on, at the front desk gesagt, came directly someone, the castle constructed and a new installed and after 10 minutes it was outside again. It was a great swimming vacation with a high motivated animation and very pleasant staff, however the hotel is altogether in need of renovation. The food was very good, varied and lovingly arranged. The beach and the pool were clean, would have been good beach chair mattresses. read more

Short & about: the beach is/ was under all sow! We did not want pool, but beach vacation make, that means I expect a clean beach with reasonably good, move-friendly loungers. The exact opposite was the case! The seaweed lag as a 'wall' with the amount of£ 1 meter about 2/3 of the entire beach. Fom the rocks and cliffs along the so-called beach-> will entspr. Pictures upload, I want not at all begin! Crazy! You deserve the feet lacerate, as well as for children very questionable! For this reason was of course the pool feast in kinderhand, which basically ... nothing bad is, because the bore themselves of course to death, as with jet skiing, banana boat and so on of course was also nothing-> end of the season! In all-inclusive I expect definitely more! Food has no taste, always the same, unpleasant arranged, essaal is dark and uncomfortable and the staff are either very friendly. read more

It is for sure that this outdated hotel and you should and that time reasonable bring or replace. With the sandy beach we should on this or that rock set. We have also always a place and sun loungers, and the in spite of the, from our northern neighbors thereto, loungers-reserve group! For us was the child friendliness of the staff and of the animation team crucial. If the expectations so the paid price are, I can this hotel recommend. read more

A small, beautiful hotel. Beautiful wellness area and pool. Evening entertainment no large level. Little quiet Office spaces in the open in the evening. Tables and chairs the outside plastic, inappropriate to a four-star hotel. Good food, but few peppered. Recommendable, to a week on the beach to relax. Very friendly staff. A well an ageing hotel with really good characteristics. A great team, a delicious kitchen, very close at the sandy beach ( with some rocks), entertainers with very good will, with dedication and great ideas, friendly nice, helpful staff, good foreign languages skills in french, German, English. We would go straight back to this hotel! The room was good, the food was great and the beach was also very nice even if in the water some large rock were! The only we want to critize are the sunbeds at the pool and the beach! The boys and girls of the entertainment were correct top but never obtrusive! My conclusion: I respectively we had a beautiful equipped hotel and would come back any time there travel! read more

The Safira Palms promises from the outside the usual iberostarstandard. The cleanliness in the field of lobby, the außenteil of the restaurant, as well as to the swimming pool were ok. Beach area in the transition to the water by horse and camel dung partly contaminated. All course to the rooms were in the middle with carpet, whose condition one in Germany only at the check garbage removal nor does. Especially if you know the Safira Palms only 2007/2008 opened. The all-inclusive offer is overall ok, however filling the mini bar with water is for the guest and at request ... of other drinks is a contribution of 10 to 20 Euro applicable. While we were there, there were mostly french and German, isolated also swiss and English in the hotel. read more

    We had a junior suite booked, were however over the size of the room disappointed. The furniture is very simple held, air conditioning works, but partly odors. To our room had a very small balcony. Safe is offered, costs however per day 3.5 do. Dinar. Bathroom ok, bath tub partially with stains and only with a handheld showers. The existing hair dryer should not be used, since he totally dirty.

    In the main restaurant was the quality and quantity of the dishes good. Only the organization of the whole drain leaves much to be desired. Cleaning and hygiene in the restaurant were good. Offered are local, German and Italian dishes. On the terrace it can be wonderful sit, however the existing tables quickly taken. The inside area is air-conditioned, however the flair of a train station concourse.

    The staff are friendly, but a bit more friendly, if the tips is true. We always got along with German, however are knowledge of french an advantage. There the rooms are tiled, wet mopped, the dirt (hairs etc.) but only from a corner to the other transported. Additional services for example doctor, laundry were we didn't use it.

This hotel is in my opinion a good three stars hotel. We had a nice stay. Would stay here again i perhaps in a couple of years again. What is particularly worth noting is the friendliness, with the one every day welcomed warmly was, Mainly from the animation team, that very qualified and the in my opinion a Whole star mind.     The quality of the dishes especially the breakfast leaves to be desired. Breakfast was very monotonous. 2 weeks long omelet food, you can't. The coffee for breakfast was poor, only instandt coffee, which was very, very cheap and terrible tastes. First from o'clock you can at the lobby bar drink a espresso, the actually a stretched mocha is. Lunch is enough as bad as the breakfast. Again and again the same! The arabic cuisine, especially the tunisian kitchen offers but much, much more! Only the evening food was all 3 nights enjoyable.

We were already in September 2010 and 2011 there (see also my very detailed description from September 2010) and were once again very satisfied. There is now a new chef and a new bar manager. Both are positive Enrichments for the hotel. Someone here amongst others writes, he only terrible instant coffee drank, blind must have been. There are 3 coffee machines (2 in the restaurant and an automat on the terrace) for breakfast. There one gets coffee, Latte, choco, Cappuccino eTC. Such machines in many big cantina in German undertake and not bad! We would gladly anytime again go ... there! read more
