Transfer with about 1 hour ok., the hotel is really top! With ideal conditions to the beach vacation the hotel is middle October about half full, offers but all animation and kindem entertainment which one can only introduce oneself.
Would be the pool around 2a 3 degrees would the hotel 10 of 10 points-)
We had an apartment without catering. In the spar supermarket ( less than 100 meters away) one gets however everything for a good price! The prices in the hotel restaurant are also fine the Italian you can pizzas for under 10 €to go have-) ...
The staff were really especially nice and friendly.
Young families can hardly great vacation make.

The hotel was in the winter 2011/2012 partly renovated and is in a good state. Lots of guests from Germany and Spain, but also from the Switzerland and Austria. Really important, since, when crowds serotoninergic unbearable, no english. Of room only until all-inclusive everything offered, whereby all-inclusive only on site can book. Huge and weitläfiges hotel, with which one all the same where one is never the feeling has being in a large concrete hotel. Attractive arcitektur with buildings of 3 floors. read more

Great location! Very pleasant hotel for the whole family! From our apartment we had a spectacular view on the Cala Mesquida. The only thing which really not great was: the ice-cold pool - unfortunately! Restaurant has a very nice terrace. Shows we had a few great %blank%. Our son was from bufo, the mascot loved it. read more

We had unfortunately bad luck with the weather but thanks to rental car we were mobile, the 2 days hot weather we used on the (very cold) pirate pool - for children numerous playgrounds, great beach, pools as mentioned actually too cold (outside 26° - pool estimated 13-15° ) - room absolutely okay. - clean kitchenette with toaster, coffee machine, kettle and notwendigstem utensils, pots, pan, washing up liquid. The often mentioned loudness respectively 'noise' we could not find (despite evening entertainment), had a room in block 9 with a view of the garden ( view of the sea was ... unfortunately all occupied). Shops: the coerced you get in the 2 supermarkets opposite included fresh pastry, but mostly we have next Lidl set (were self provider) - price-performance in my opinion top paid for 3 people flat without catering 850 Euro. read more

The distance to the airport is relatively large, we as a last from the bus and first ( in our case around 4:10 H ) on the day of departure picked up.
The hotel is very large and shares in various spaces. Everyone should choose, whether he/they much animation and entertainment or a quiet beach/ pool- vacation to spend. The hotel lies in an urbanization, the place is not naturally grown. There are 2 very expensive supermarkets. A simple car-rental is on site. By bus you can on the only to Arta and daily to Cala Radjada go. read more

The hotel complex is completely very suitable for children decorated and offers some possibilities for playing. This was very helpful for us, as the entertainment for kids unfortunately 1. Either spanish/English took place, or 2. this was the children before the wii or a movie ( right in the middle of the day! Not evenings!) to sit. Because we another view of employment for our kids have, we were here very disappointed and only the offer the T-shirt bemalens notice. Maybe this at the time of our trip, shortly before end of the season. The staff themselves was furthermore very ... suitable for children and tried hard. Great hotel for families! We were on the 4. time with our son there and would again and again go. The hotel is clean and for families great. As a couple without children not recommendable, since the level of lots of children is enormous. The location right by the sea is dreamlike, for a small extra charge you can a room with sea view recommend. Highlight is the restaurant I took view of the sea ( italiano). read more

Our 3 children in the kids Club felt really good - thanks to Marco, Sofie and Marie! The complex is in perfect condition, our room in block 11 was well maintained. The three smaller restaurants ( Italian, Tex-Mex, beach bar) offer good variety. With the rental car you are evenings quick in Arta and Capdepera ( CAFE Orient!). We had only room, without (the fairly expensive) pensions booked. Spar -supermarket clearly reasonably priced, as the 2. larger and better assorted market. Breakfast so on the terrace with fresh rolls, is thanks to the good kitchen easily. read more

We went out any food and a lot. The apartment the resort was for this type vacation very suitable. Dishes, room, bathroom-everything was spotlessly clean on arrival. Was pleasant also the finery service 5 times a week. Very good we found the large flat screen tv and above all the selection ( ARD, ZDF and so on so not only private stations).
Rather bad the beds. Mattress and tick were nothing special, also made a lot of noise when the turn.
All together: the complex we will saveforlater, since you to the beautiful area is and nature surrounding not built ... up. In October for hikers, the also briefly into the sea jump want, great!
Rental car is then however required, because but a little out of the way. read more

Family-friendly hotel in a great location, especially recommendable the extra charge-variant 'select club', with a separate grounds/ pool with direct location on the cliff. In all-inclusive in the select Club the breakfast direct on the terrace at the sea to be enjoyed with the view is simple grandios. We really enjoyed it. read more

The whole area is more than just run-down. The cleanliness leaves something to be desired. In terms of taste, the food was not very good, the selection of in comparison to other 4-star houses rather bad.
Merely as a guest in the selection-club (with extreme extra charge) you can enjoy a pleasant atmosphere, whereby however urgently note, that the rooms - depending on location in the selection club-are not better than the 'conventional'. You will enjoy merely the 'service' a pools ( very quiet and with a beautiful view over the bay) and daily patrons breakfast (limited selection!) on the ... beautiful terrace the 'Italian' read more

Ideal for one week vacation, where you could relax& spoil want. The Cala Mesquida is very nice, however very secluded (which one however when booking aware). In the hotel there is everything, what one for one week relaxing need, only the noise level is quite high. 95% of the hotel guests are families with (small ) children, what us-a couple without children - a bit lonely at looks leave.-) since we however already the advance aware, us this not continued to disturb. With the option 'selection club', which we had booked, we could the whole commotion pretty good out ... of the way go. The additional area, which are only the selection Club guests is available, as well as the possibility the use the 3 à la carte restaurant felt very convenient. The three restaurants by the way very recommendable, the kitchen & the service perfect! Overall the hotel is for one week recommendable, if you a or other daytrip with the hired car adequate and is, that the Cala Mesquida a of the Viva hotels erschaffener artificial place is. read more

Very big complex with several pools and a pirate ship with many slides for children. Very noisy complex, but generally in southern regions is located at the construction materials. The hotel is definitely in great shape and also the rooms very clean. Evenings every day mini disco and evening agenda. It was also really worth seeing. We are, to the state of the rooms, completely contented with the hotel. Very well suited for families! The rooms are clean, but with old furniture and smell a bit musty. We were in the selection club and from the rooms expected more. The staff are super friendly and also the complex itself leaves nothing to the imagination. Great beach and good food. The rooms should probably in the immediate future be renovated. It would be this hotel perfect for families and hard to beat. We recommend the complex and there are even also have another vacation. read more

This was our 3. Mallorca vacation and 3 time in a hotel the Viva- chain.
The first two times we were in the Viva Mallorca when can Picafort.
The hotel Cala Mesquida Resort is perfect for vacationers, the a beach vacation prefer. This is, in fact, really exceptionally beautiful. The pool is however not great. The pool above are very deep, I can with 1.68 meters body not is possible. The edge is very high and roughly, that means you can not good at the edge of the pool to sit. The loungers to the pool are very close ... together, as it is easy to access the sardines in oil feeling. I liked the pool didn't like, but we are also very pampered.
This is the biggest difference between the two hotels: the space: the Viva Mallorca is very spacious, with a huge space and a wonderful pool, but here is the beach forever far away, so a perfect vacation by the pool and as excursion base. read more

I found the hotel good however it is a pure resort of hotel, if you evenings in the villages eat out should be mobile. But there is very good hotel's own restaurants. The hotel is in a very good condition. We had the 'selection club' choosen; I would also all other recommend, since the rooms go is better ( for example Senseo -coffee machine in the room, also two Flatscree -TV, DVD Player...) you can free DVDs! Daily cleaning of the rooms and change of towels- if desired. Otherwise there is a separate pool area for the 'selection club' -Bucher! The was very quiet compared to the remaining hotel pool! Only drawback of the pool: as he not heated was, he was in September really cold. read more
