A really beautiful stay in a great apartment! We were great loved it and the first day felt like at home. Very nice furnished, modern, furniture good and comfortable, great terrace with chairs and lounge chairs. The killer-free admission to the kaprun thermal bath with 13 saunas, believe 6 pools, childcare etc. Admission for family would be 50 Euro on the day. Absolutely great! Great view, peaceful location and center 10 minutes on foot. Ski bus 5-minute walk from the house. Cross-country skiing right behind the house and great hiking trails. We are definitely coming again! read more

Our stay in Exclusive Apartments, Haus Barbara, was a great experience. The apartment in the overall very well kept house was large enough for 6 grown ups and 3 kids. There were 3 large, airy bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms and a large living room with convenient furniture (we could have used one more comfortable chair in the living room so that we all could have sit comfortably)The kitchen - open to the living room - was very well equipped with all kinds of cooking tools and machines. The bathrooms were equipped with lots of towels, no need to bring ... your own. Personally I find this a big plus! The ski room was accessible from the outside and equipped with boot heaters and a good quality washing and drying machine (at extra charge). And the floor heating was very nice for the kids to play on. read more

    Large, airy bedrooms with lots of wardrobe space (could use something to put used clothes on, e.g. a chair or footstool) The beds were very comfortable and overall the rooms were very clean!

    Well, this is the part where we were pleasantly surprised. The owners communicated very friendly before our arrival. Upon our arrival the cleaning lady was still working on our apartment, because we arrived early, but this was no problem to her and to us. The owner gave us a very warm welcome and made us feel at home immediately. Both the cleaning lady and the owner were very service minded, they were available to hear our extra requests and act upon it as soon as was possible.

    In the surroundings is also a large Spa, with free access via this apartment, but we did not use the opportunity. We also did the MaisiFlitzer alpin coaster experience, an adrenaline rush throughout. The kids loved it! (so did mum, dad and grandpa... ). There is a nice children's play area near the Maiskogel ski lift, was great for the small kids. And skiing the Glacier, with its wide slopes, especially in cold and sunny weather is the ultimate feeling!

    The apartments are well located near the bus stop. Unfortunately, in Kaprun the buses only pick you up once per 30 minutes. However there was sufficient parking in front of the apartment and near the ski slopes. There was even a parking shuttle between parking places and ski lifts. Kaprun is not shopping heaven if you are interested other than ski or ski fashion. There is a well assorted super market nearby and there are 2 bakeries that open in the early morning and sell delicious bread.

A perfect destination for people what in ferienwohnungen holidays. One is fast at the bus stop for the ski bus and a nice view on the castle. Access to restaurants and shops on foot is super. read more

The ' gletscherblick ' vacation apartment, the augasse is, is very relevant and comfortable with 2 bedroom and a huge living room. The balcony with a view of the mountains also makes a positive impression. The location is wonderful (3 minutes walk to the maiskogel cable car) and the cross-country skiing distance is also nearby, so for the winter sports fans can very recommendable. The in the price of the stay the tickets for the badehalle make the total cost of the vacation low. read more

New, modern and good equipped vacation apartment in a good location in kaprun. For two adults with small child great. A baby crib and high chair were provided. The private garden there is a beautiful children's playground. To the lifts take the ski bus or the car, like mostly in Austria. Altogether very reasonable value for money and fully recommendable. read more

Very nice accommodation, we would be happy to recommend. Only drawback the ski bus, the even in the peak season and in the high season only every half hour and then crowded. We then decided by car to the lifts to drive. These worked also very well, since enough parking spaces are available. read more

We are as a couple in November 2012 for a wellness -short break in the house kitzsteinhorn mountain in the comfortable apartment ' wiesbachhorn klein' and were wholeheartedly satisfied! Very friendly front desk and good recommendations for activities on site. Nice, very clean and good equipped apartment, which for our stay was optimal. Very peaceful location and nevertheless everything in the immediate area and easy to reach. Already in the November were some slopes open, and we could wonderful glacier skiing on kitzsteinhorn also and can the gletscherplateau and also the inspection of the panoramatunnels recommend. A especially highlight for ... us was, that the visit in the nearby located Tauern spa world with vip -entry included was! We felt very relaxed and will be like to come again. read more

The location of the place is very quiet on the edge of town, nevertheless are shops to reach on foot. The view from the window is fantastic, you can the whole mountain world admire. The cuisine is good equipped, the living area is modern furnished. The apartment Nina in the bathroom with a bath tub in addition to the shower equipped, which with small child is very convenient. The Zell-see-Kaprun -Sommercard is very recommendable, we had a very lots of offers used. The free entry in the Tauern spa was a beautiful conclusion of each day of vacation. We will ... come again. read more

This was a lovely self catering apartment on the ground floor of a purpose built block. It is well equipped and furnished. We found the beds very comfortable. There is a large screen TV/ DvD system and a Gas BBQ. The agent was very helpful both prior to our trip and whilst there. We are provided with a Zell Kaprun Card and full access to the Tauern Spa which was amazing. We would definitiely like to return. read more

Very good holiday home with many possibilities for recreation in the area, special plus point the Kaprun card and the Tauern SPA Card, both very (!) save a lot of money and 2 weeks vacation with a lot of variation guarantee. Great place to stay. With the sommercard you can all sights ( Kitzsteinhorn, Krimml Waterfalls...) free of charge. The entry in the thermal spring ( Tauern Spa) is free and a daily visit ( for example evenings after a long hike) worth. The landlord Peter Sobietzki worried throughout the stay excellent for us. Super apartment, very nice and helpful landlord. Rooms in pristine condition. Big plus there are for the Tauern spa card, with which one free of charge to the probably cleanest swimming pool ( in which I was) can visit. Key collection and check-out smooth and uncomplicated. Very very nice apartment in Kaprun, clean, very well equipped, simply to be comfortable, nice landlord. We stayed over Easter 2012 with a friendly family in the house Barbara in the apartments Robin and Nina. Both apartments are excellently equipped and very clean. The apartments can together as a large family or individually be booked. Efficient free Wi-Fi. Heated ski cellar. Ski bus stop to Schmitten and the kitzsteinhorn Glacier in the immediate area. Delicious restaurants ( Taferen or dorfkrug) in Kaprun. Supermarket, pharmacy and other shops to reach on foot. Safe available. The size and allocation of the apartments ... are very good. With much Skigepack enough Capacity-) We and very comfortable and have already again for next year booked. Can only be recommended. read more

I came to Austria for skiing in first time and fell in love forever. And the important role played Exklusive apartements, where we stayed during our vacation. Apartements were wonderfull and very conveniently located to ski areas. It was nice that the price includes visit of Tauren spa, which allows you to get complete relaxation and restoration of power for conquering the mountain for the next day again. I recommend! The entfang was very warm, the apartment was luxueus and HATTA everything we needed. The location the ski lift was good, and the garage was a surprise. We would gladly come again! H. Vos read more
