Nice hotel directly at the longest lift of the winter sports region Kitzbühel/ Kirchberg. Spacious and hot room, friendly, speedy staff in the successful effort, the guest very soon to follow. Excellent cuisine, also here nothing to complain about. The pool is rather for children to splash around.
We were satisfied and recommend the hotel further. read more

Hotel is located right on the main street to Kitzbühel, therefore traffic noise to hear clearly. Location is great for walks and bike tours, top info about tours the hotel management ( Maps and suggestions). Very attractive wellness area, clean pool, Infrared cabin and sauna, always enough towels available, chairs and sunscreens in the beautiful outside area. Food is very delicious, great breakfast buffet with cereal corner, with the dinner menu choice of three main courses with appetizer, soup dessert and always a great salad buffet from fresh ingredients. Great bar-B-queue in the outdoor area during our stay.
Very friendly ... competent staff. A completely beautiful successful week of vacation. We are already looking forward to next year. read more

Our room was direct to the street, if the windows are closed, we didn't find disturbing. Everyday the rooms were from the cleaning lady visited, beds made, fresh towels were not a topic, unfortunately but the floor in the bathroom not the hair away, that was the only fault. Bathrobe and extra towels for the swimming area were provided free of charge, strong praise. The hotel is very recommendable, nice people, friendly staff. read more

We felt in the hotel Klausen felt really good. The Betreiberfamilie, as well as the staff were very nice and helpful. Our room was for 3 people absolutely sufficient. The food (4-course menu), as well as the breakfast was excellent. On special requests were always received. Our son time has enjoyed in the adjacent bike Academy and its downhill bike trail,.

Very good half board-food ( menu and buffet alternate ), very nice and clean ( not worn) hotel and room, extremely friendly staff ( service dining room), a bit out of the Kirchberg ( directly at the Fleckalmbahn located ), bus station for hotel, room to the street while having the windows open very loud (night lelativ quiet), view wonderful, great bikers Paradise, all round great vacation with good value for money read more

Not very clean
The balconies are not separately, thus share with the neighbor.
We are nevertheless two days left rather, because we just too loud was. It was admittedly unfortunately also very warm in this week so that the windows evenings on had to be. The noise but it was intolerable and we have little sleep.

A hotel, in the bikers especially good are accommodated. But also all other guests can fantastic have a vacation. We had an e-bike with. Simply super. The bikes are well maintained and of a very good quality. We booked half board and weren't disappointed, but downright spoiled. During our vacation warenalle guests German or austrian. You can feel very comfortable. There are numerous excursions ( with good weather). Great we also found the free internet-station in the entrance hall of the hotel. The spa area was also very pleasant, however is the pool quite small. read more

Sper hotel, over discount store quite favorably from us, service and food leaves nothing to be desired, very clean pool and sauna and enough towels, only( perhaps ) shortcoming: the hotel lies at the through road to Kitzbühel, there is lot of traffic, but you are right on the place to go his election, anytime again! Small bath for 4 people, for this toilet extra! read more

Altogether great hotel, great food and very friendly staff. The rooms are in my opinion not more 4-star standard and may a renovation use. The road in front of the hotel is nevertheless very easy to hear, we can therefore only with the window closed sleep. However the location is ideal as a starting point for hikes and bike tours. The hotel is perfect for this also in the best way equipped with CCTV bike garage, tool, and so on
The sauna complex and the spa area but very nice. However there is a passage in the side building in ... the resting room. Therefore run times a few people what I personally but didn't bother us.
The food is very tasty and there are always three main courses for the dinner to choose from, one of them always without meat. It is therefore also for vegetarians there was always something for everybody. There breakfast consists of a buffet where everything is. In the afternoon there is always cakes and muesli, fruit etc. The dining room is however now completely smoke-free. The service staff is always very friendly and accommodating. The beverage prices are for 4 stars pleasant fair.
Since we on the 2. Tag no shower gel or similar in the bathroom had, I the next morning the maid said. The statement was' only on the first day'. The I in a three-star hotel have never experienced something like that.
But all in all very recommendable hotel. The smaller flaws by the good starting point, the great food and the staff more than made up for it. Furthermore in the hiking and bike vacation the room anyway only there for sleeping:-)
It is reasonable value for money for this hotel in any case! read more

Family-run hotel with very friendly staff -we( 15 persons) the stay in this hotel very enjoyed. A dream for skiers: the hotel lies directly at the Flecklalmbahn, you can see at the hotel leave. And then directly into the attached ' après- ski hut' the attached restaurant is really good and the very likeable staff ongoing patient from, until the last SKAT player finally bed goes. read more

An absolutely comfortable hotel like one it wishes itself in the skiing vacation. The reception super warm, friendly. Helpful and always a tip on inventory and a dear friendly word. Elspat, you were great. ( sledge lent) hotel bar perfect. Very nice attentive people there. Regards moni (the 2 splash drinker) and to the other love behind bar. Beautiful big room with balcony. Really clean. Beds in the 5 days again referred. Class. Everything lovingly folded, ordered. We had half board, could but also À-la-carte eat evenings. ( kaasspatzerl, hammer) breakfast class. Really friendly for breakfast all. No Russians in ... the hotel. Very nice! Too many German and Austrians. Also evenings at the bar mostly locals people. Speaks for the restaurant and bar a great treff no matter when, after skiing, after dinnerwe are always gladly. Usually until at the end ☺ read more

We spent already the third time skiing vacation in the hotel Klausen and were also this year loved it. You feel immediately welcome and at home. The food was from the rich breakfast buffet (different sausage-, hamand cheese, eggs, eierspeis, boiled eggs, sliced vegetables, various types of muesli and yoghurt, fresher fruit salad, lots of different Kinds of pastry and so on) to four course dinner was excellent. The room stayed here for two adults and a child large enough and comfortable and also, already a bit the old fashioned, bathroom with shower and toilet ours expectations quite was enough. ... One thing is for sure, we will be back! read more

The dinner the part of the smoky restaurant take place, and it is therefore a disgrace. Also the non-smokers the dining area is open and therefore also komptett smoky.
I thought, for a long time that this should be legally regulated, but there are still hotels for the obviously does not apply.
