Very friendly, informal house. Great breakfast - coffee the espresso machine. Simple but very clean rooms. New bathroom. Only drawback is the somewhat small wardrobe. In short: next time again! read more

New room, with everything that you need, comfortable beds, enough towels, hairdryer. The only thing which missing was a wardrobe, but we are also without good our own. Good choice for breakfast and very friendly and attentive hotelier, what always tried it guests goes well. We would definitely come again, it was very nice! read more

Small, very pleasant and informally run hotel with excellent and varied breakfast. In the vicinity of the hotel is the gulliverland, the aquasplash and the sport centre of lignano. The hotel itself is on the edge of lignano pineta, and to the beach it is about 1 kilometer. parking is available around the hotel and depending upon availability there is on-site free bicycles. Great value for money. read more

(Four girls) we have a wonderful short break hotel Irene spent. The two owners of the hotel are extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. At the Breakfast got my girlfriend on request, for example, four cups of cappuccino served. The free bicycles were a real benefit. So we could everything (beach, restaurants, discos) problem-free.
Certainly a four or five stars Hotel more comfort, but price-performance ratio absolutely right here!
Only the curtains should, in my view, be darker, as the room otherwise from half past seven bright illuminated is, which main risers like us to a very short nights led.
Apart ... from that, everything was spick-and-span. We would gladly return! read more

Never had such generous and helpfull staff in this area. This family run hotel might have only 2 ** stars, but the owners serve it like a 4 **** stars hotel. Perfect place for families and especially perfect for short stays.

Absolutely recommendable small family managed Hotel. The location is quiet, nearby from the aqua park. The friendliness of the family is hard to beat. We have stayed here several times for a short break in Lignano in this hotel. The stars are not always being meaningful, is clearly demonstrated. Never was missing, the breakfast is in a four stars Hotel, if not better, there are also all coffee variations to find.
In the rooms there is everything, what you need and, above all, everything was clean, which is very important to us. We will definitely go back there again! read more

We had a very nice time at the hotel Irene. To be highlighted is the friendliness of the owner couple. Everything had a solution. The breakfast buffet is second to none. The best, which we in Italy have received. The rooms are small, but very tidy. Air conditioning is available. A somewhat larger closet would have been better. To the beach it is a bit to walk (about 15 minutes). A beautiful large market is every Monday in the immediate vicinity of the hotel (the football stadium). We will certainly be back again. read more

Small but nice hotel. The hotel itself is run by the owner. Very nice people, but didn't speak any German but speak English. The rooms are for a 2 star choice well equipped and very clean. Air-conditioning and TV funktioníerten very good. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the beach, but you can get free bike! happy to stay there again! read more

Very nice, friendly run small hotel. We really felt very comfortable. We could borrow bikes free cycle and to the beach. Breakfast was very extensive. Staff very friendly and helpful. A great hotel!!! read more

The hotel is run by a family, has its own charm. The breakfast buffet is excellent for Italian standards. The rooms were recently renovated and are functional. The owners are very helpful and try your hotel from season to season to improve. There are bike rentals, because the hotel about 15 -20 minutes walk from the beach. There are free parking spaces directly at the hotel. The dinner we didn't use because it in Lignano enough good restaurants. One of them is just two minutes from the hotel. The father of the owner has an excellent restaurant with 10 % ... discount in Lignano Sabbiadoro upon showing at specified outlets. read more
