We would this hotel gladly again visit. Nearby at Meran/ Bolzano. The next larger municipality ( Lana) is located about 7 kilometers away from this location-and at the a very good infrastructure what the shop subject. read more

We have ourselves with the FA, m. Felt really good, everything was just right, the cleanliness of the rooms- and hotel complex, both the friendliness from the staff.
The design the hotel really impressed us, there was everywhere small Rückzugsoasen, the for reading or simply times take a break from everyday life invited, in short, the whole was with much attention to detail designed, that is everywhere noticeable.

We are now our 4. times on vacation here, had a great large room and in very well maintained state. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired.

Very nice, idyllic complex directly on the forest, excellent run hotel, great breakfast buffet with a rare seen versatile offer. The dinner with the salad buffet were very good. The attentive service left nothing to be desired. The extensive wine list corresponded to our desires. Swimming pool clean and tidy, water temperature for summer refreshing.
The lawn for sunbathing with the many sun screens and loungers generous not too cramped. Sauna area very clean
And on time usable. Family Matscher shows, that the guests king are. A very relaxing, quiet week.

In a quiet location, nevertheless traffic wise a good starting point for many hikes and tours in the surrounding mountain and Talregionen, the hotel offers a dreamlike ambience, in which you feel good all round and also as regards the services, the friendliness and excellent dining leaves nothing to be desired. You will feel in this informally run home, that in all, both in the designed complex with natural swimming pond, as well as in wellness area and not to forget in the food area Competence and a lot of ... heart of the family Matscher is. The garden area the family business is very nice and tidy, ditto the swimming pool. The hotel is surrounded of fruit plantations, which is nice, unfortunately but also many fly in all areas brought, in particular, because my room a week long never cleaned and the waste never disposed of was.
The written quote for my stay has not been observed. Instead of the reserved apartment in the neighboring house I have a double room in the neighboring house with simple cooking facilities. Trace-as normal in every vacation apartment - was missing. I lived a week long in the dirt ..., although the door to the hotel room clear the prices with breakfast and everything included officially were established (at the check out were implicitly 12. 50 Euro per day for my well-kept dog middle size extra folio, which I but not paid. That means as an individual I should the full price for 2 adults persons and extra for the dog pay - without cleaning! Shortly after my check out I returned briefly once again to the hotel back, since gossiped the hotelier sen. With guests of the hotel about me.
Altogether missing transparency in all services: Wi-Fi costs extra ( quite a lot of), despite repeated questions I was the price but said. Restaurant: you receive no receipt to control and for signing, only unreadable Fresszettel a on the next day the Zimmerfach -at the end, one got an invoice, where everything summed-zero about! Etc. Restaurant okay, but nothing special, no surprises, fixed map, no flexibility-I wanted to for example meat and salad order, this was not possible. The times are very limited: breakfast: 8 until 10 o'clock, Supper 18 until 20 o'clock, Closed on Wednesdays.
Saunas: extremely small, the showers are cramped, dark and were clogged. read more

Very peacefully located hotel with beautiful outdoor area, indoor pool and sauna area. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was plentiful, it was always everything available except orange juice.
We once in the restaurant eaten, the food has did not taste, it was not worth the money. We then outward ate. The area is very nice, there are many hiking trails, also directly from the hotel. read more

A guesthouse with very professional and kind leadership, where the staff nothing too much is. As a guest you can tell the good cooperation within the host-families and the staff. Also details are taken serious and the open and honest communication between guest and host creates a pleasant atmosphere. Not too overlooked is the magnificent area in the middle of orchards with a vast park, stay land to outside eating and drinking, a beautiful Ponds and green areas with sun loungers. The main building is somewhat older, however with perfect and clean rooms various sizes and therefore different sized bathrooms. ... The newer integrated annex has also beautiful and wohnenswerte room. The wellness area with relatively big pool, sauna, Turkish and infra-red cabin is at any time usable and pleasant.
Summarized: who interesting days relaxation and a nice location the village of Tisens over the valley between Bolzano and Meran estimates, this is the place in the right place. Also the hiking in the area or trips to the neighboring private beach Eppan, winepresses etc. Are possible. The value for money is in our opinion reasonable. To complain about we had really nothing. read more

Great hotel. The morning buffet is large and leaves nothing to be desired. The reception was very friendly and personally. The wellness area is very clean and well maintained. A wonderful in the middle of the nature, this already on arrival a pleasant holiday feeling mediated. At the latest after the greeting by the owners are we 'at home on vacation' arrived. Tastefully equipped rooms are absolutely clean and will certainly cleaned daily and addressed.
Breakfast is an experience-the richness leaves nothing to be desired.
Evenings the chef cooks personally. The large menu and the lovingly prepared salad buffet make the vacation the Burggraefler every time a culinary experience.
With its in-house wellness options I even rainy days make.
