Especially positive points: Our bathroom was very big and the room was general very comfortable. The tv has many Germans program. In the minibar there were welcome some cans Cola, Fanta and two bottles of water, you can the mini bar then for money again refill, but we have everything in the mini market concerned. The room was every day tiptop clean. In the hotel there is a mini market, in which you drinks, Cigarettes, souvenirs, snacks, magazines, suntan creams, airbeds, sunglasses and so on can buy, the prices are reasonable. In the pool- respectively bBQ -restaurant you sit outside ... and there is a very pleasant ambience, therefore, it was our favorite. In the restaurants are always many waiter, the fast all empty plates and glasses clearing. The staff were to us always very friendly and unobtrusive. At the main pool there is a crepe and Sandwichstation (from 10:00 until 18:00 open), where it very delicious crepes there. The staff in the bars are friendly and you can always get fast its drinks. At the front desk are the staff very friendly and all speak fluent English and partially German. Every evening there was a beautiful show of the entertainers. One must not worry, its key card by the pool on the couch and into the water to go, since on the menu no room is available. The entertainment at the main pool from 10:00 until about 12:00 and again from 15:00 until 16:30, so you can have enough time to to relax. It runs the whole time music, but in a pleasant volume. - Even if in the pool especially program is ( for example water polo or water aerobics) or 15:00 very lots of people in the pool are, you still always super lots of space, because the pool so is huge! Especially negative points: - the chairs at the beach are subject to a charge (2,50 Euro per couch for the whole day) and in no especially good state. The beach section belongs however also not officially to the hotel. - we had to unfortunately on the final day our room at 12 o'clock leave and the bus to the airport went only around 21:30. We were allowed the room unfortunately not keep and one was not ready we another indicated, but promised, that we evenings again showering. We have, therefore, with clean showers expected, but were unfortunately bitter disappointed. There are two showers at the Towelstation (there one its used towels for the pool evenings from, to the next morning new to receive), the in relation to cleanliness and a absolute insolence are and probably not even in a hotel without stars might be appropriate. Because the hotel apart from that but very well maintained, this downside bear. - there were 80% English in the hotel. Actually the did not bother us, but some have just misbehaved, especially in the animationszelt. It would be nice, if the staff not only on his own behavior eighth, but also around the behavior of the guests would be taken care of. Tips: you should for one day to Bodrum ( Turkey) drive. The city is definitely worth a visit and depending on the ferry, you Kos (city) from in 20 to 40 minutes there. On demand they quoted us 60 €as costs for two people for return and the in the high season probably even voices, but after a short time we have an offer discovered and altogether 24 €spent. So, price comparisons is worthwhile! In spite of the Cons the hotel we can highly recommend! We had a great vacation and we were not missing anything! read more

In our opinion is the blue lagoon resort a very nice hotel. We booked a best-price room and were very satisfied so that. Everything was clean and it was regularly thoroughly cleaned. The staff was also very friendly and the predominant number of guests from the uk arrived was not disturbing. Each of the a bit of english can could therefore communicate well, whereas some of the staff spoke german. All in all it was definitely a great vacation! read more

    We had the best-price room and were very satisfied. Not only the everything very clean was, it was by the size absolutely sufficient and we had a private terrace with a table to us. In the minibar were with information also several cans water, Cola and so on free of charge available. You want the valuables in the safe stowing away, so that costs again 20 Euro/7. days extra. What we also positive our room found was, that the room secluded from whole animationstrubel lag, so you had to good 10 minutes walk to the main reception area to go, but it was precisely because of of the entertainment. Whom the way on footh in addition to far, you could also a caddie call them, which through the complex goes.

    Next to a greek restaurant, a grill restaurant and an italian restaurant was also a main restaurant, which every evening another motto (for example oriental, indian, russian) after cooked available. A variety of the food is in any case given. What also was positive was, that in spite of the various themes every day an extra buffet for verfüung stood at the noodles, fries and pizza. And there was also for vegetarians every evening enough choice. So it was there is something for everybody. And also at breakfast and lunch there was something for everyone. One had also during the meals hunger, was by the pool the possibility fresh crepes to leave! The only thing which to criticize is, that the all-inclusive drinks especially the non-alcoholic as orange juice not particularly enjoyable are. Cola, Sprite, Fanta, beer etc. But were completely okay! For good cocktails, fresh orange juice had however to pay will.

    All in all the staff was very hard, friendly and also for fun. Partly was also time longer with a to converse what we found pleasant. Because the hotel however mostly by british was, also spoke most of the staff only english, which wasn't bad though if you a bit of english speaks or if you like we quickly discovered, the staff spoke german. In terms of amenities the hotel offers next to a physician also a hairdressing salon, but despite all inclusive of course pay are. For photos is possible also a few photographers available.

    Who activities searches, can always find something, we had from mornings different offers such as archery, soccer, water aerobics, Zumba etc. Available, the entertainers were accompanied. What we however, a little disturbed is, that the entertainers a aufwecke, n if you by the pool just sleep, to ask, whether one offer to join. Next to the beach there was also every evening a great entertainment as' musical night ', 'Abba' etc. Boring it was so thus also in the evening not. If this type of evening entertainment did not like, for the stock even the possibility at the piano bar 'live' -music to hear. Past was the whole animation but at the latest at 1 o'clock at night, but this didn't bother us, because it is not too noisy and on our room hardly was heard.

    The beach is only by a street away from the hotel. Partake of the umbrellas and beach chairs you can for 2,50 Euro/person the whole day rent. Since it was a natural beach is, is the cleanliness a few steps from the hotel beach section was not the best, but for us was not really disturbing. You want to go on excursions so is the also no problem as many or all would make a private area in the hotel is available, where trips to be planned. In addition is directly in front of the hotel a bus stop where commuted buses to for example Kos (city) go. In Kos (city) then next to many bars and restaurants also many ships available the cheap trips in Turkey or other destinations offer. There the airport from the hotel by a about 1-hour driving time by far away is, we also no aircraft noise during our stay disturbed.

A altogether really great vacation in this complex with massive pool area. There is not much to complain about except maybe not very nice beach ( many rock in the water) and the monotonous variety of the food. Nevertheless we would this hotel always book it again, there the pool really wonderful and otherwise lots of activities in the hotel be ordered. read more

For 5 stars simply too little. One must the criteria for 5 stars not only somehow fulfilled, but them in their quality justice. Drinks in the plastic cup by the pool oK, but in the restaurant.? But the main point is that the men wear long trousers, long tracksuit bottoms Flip-flops and ax shirt allowed, three-quarters pants and shirt unfortunately not;-) friendly staff, unfortunately too few run (1 head waiter for about 250 guests) accordingly flawed service regarding cleanliness the cutlery and glasses. The service regards, one must unfortunately say, poor. Very helpful and dedicated staff at the ... reception. Modern, attractive spa area in massages the expectations corresponds, but unfortunately unprofessional and unsanitary pedicure. Rooms are good and clean. Eingerissene towels and tattered towels are however also not 5 stars. read more

A very good elaborate complex, the really something for everyone offers. Particularly the staff deserves 5 stars - always friendly, helpful and in a good mood. The entertainers much variety offered. Children had their own area. There is also a pool only for adults - in case emphasis. The dishes were plentiful and diverse, very varied selection, however had, of course, to the various nationalities be taken into account, so that not every dish just made our taste. Reservation in the restaurants easy. Individualists are however in the pretty small Greek Familienhotes better off. read more

Well situated, nearby Kos city. With the bicycle about 15 minutes, with bus and taxi also. Gladly again at any time, wonderful well-maintained hotel, we had a week swim fun. What is missing? A disco/bar for evenings after the shows. read more

We stayed 5 days at the blue lagoon resort and can only good things to say. Really beautiful but extensive complex. Guests cIRCA 90% English the but overall didn't bother me. Entertainment in the evening was more for English aligned! Food was sharpened and it was something for every taste. Kos City is approximately 25 minutes on foot and very recommendable especially the port. The only thing which to complain about is the beach section the poorly presented and for 2 chairs and an umbrella 5 Euro per day must be paid for. All employees were very friendly. We 2 ... adults 2 children (13 and 14), the blue lagoon resort recommend. read more

View of the sea with noise from the street especially at night . Room at the back with a animation noise. Beach you could really not call Closed specialties restaurants on the complex. Main restaurant food dry, greasy, without any taste, no selection, no typical country dishes. Drinks without carbonic acid and mold taste. read more

In March 2012 we were, 28 days in the hotel. We are a couple and 78 years old. We were surprised by the friendliness of the staff. We had until 14 o'clock sun on the balcony. There were enough loungers by the pool and beach. From of the pool bar we were always with drinks supplied. Also in the evening we were greeted by the waiters in lobby always well supplied. The food was excellent for us, always something new. At 4 weeks somewhat repeated is normal. At the front desk mr R. And Mr meter always very helpful, Gentleman ... spoke very good German. The cleaning of the rooms, daily towels and bed sheets. In the evening was unfortunately in the lobby to loud music, one could converse not in November we will go back for 6 weeks to this hotel. So much friendliness we had never in any hotel experienced. We can recommend it anyone. We are in the hotel at 6 o'clock in the early and could immediately our room refer. read more

By a street from the hotel separated. beach from the hotel not bad, but in the sea very rocky with zerfurchten Betongplatten (for 5* too few Flair) Rest from the beach only Dump. Kos city 2 kilometer away( on foot or bus before hotel easy to get to). In Kos City lots of free time and options for shopping. in October Environment rather dull and monotonous (very disgusting). The hotel itself is the dream-pool with entertainment is very top is small and the beach in some places very littered deals for trips was okay-depends on the mostly with a sales-if Turkey (Bodrum) in the-be careful. The pool was a dream. The guests were mixed, German rather less. The food is of good quality, rich, varied. The theme restaurants (login required) are very good. The only drawback: the Internet connection is no longer acceptable for today's requirements-5 €the hour or for 20 €a day. WiFi only in the reception hall. read more

The hotel is really very, very nice. All were very friendly and nice. The complex is very large so there is a lot of restaurants where you can eat. Of weather it was still very warm, we stayed in September (beginning) beach is not that far away, it is however not right in front of our nose. We are, however, quite gladly walked so you but beweget and if you are over this beautiful area then you don't notice how quickly you get there. The beach is across the road crossings there was also clean, small and no other beaches ... nearby this means you really quiet. read more

Super awesome facility with a huge pool. The entertainment was very good. Not so good is the beach (bathing shoes!) because of the rocks in the sea. Furthermore, there are a lot of English, but were however very nice. The beach chairs by the pool are very quickly reserved. read more
