We stayed in a bungalow room. Room was old-fashioned however reasonable balcony was large and also fine The cleaning of the bathroom could have been a bit thorough can be. Was but apart from that ok.

Beach-/ pool bar was well equipped. Bar at the main building also. Especially worth mentioning is also here the staff, it was very attentive and quick. The food was varied and as a large selection available. From allen landesbereichen was something for everyone.

Staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. Especially georgos, the morning for delicious fried eggs and pancakes made, widespread always in a good mood.

Entertainers were very imaginative and also n I C h t pushy. Especially for the price and with children something was done.

Hotel was dreamlike. In the bar you could outside under a variety of shade-giving trees undisturbed stay. The benefits for all inclusive were very extensive. In spite of the age of the hotel (35 years) it was by repeated renovations on the latest, modern beach.

The beach is right on the hotel. L e I d e r was the banks of cliff ledges laced. When the motion is stronger wind was the swim out not allowed. ( it has us through a overbooking here devious). The beach is for water rats not recommendable. Unless, you go at the beach 500 meters towards the Heraklion and exiting a icy mountain river, the into the sea leads. Planes could be seen but not heard. The as in the brochure mentioned 300 meters away electricity station didn't bother us at all. If you at the beach is, it is not in the fore. Shops and dining were adequate and typical for tourists available. Bus stop in right in front of the hotel.

The service staff is very friendly, speedy and helpful. Cleaning of the rooms was not bad, however also not just good. Daily fresh towels. But the beach towels from the hotel are not of the best quality.

Access to the internet free and almost everywhere on the grounds. Entertainment was great Kids club also good Beach miserable, quality of the water good but surface rocky and difficult to walk to. Loungers and sun screens absolutely poor at the beach, by the pool ok. Showers are ok

The hotel ( main building) is in a good state, clean and relatively new. The bungalow whereas in a rather well state. In all-inclusive booking is plentiful eating and drinking available.

The hotel is rather in a left area. It is the beach directly at the hotel attached, but totally modest. Depending on the wind is the entry lane from the airport on the beach or it clouds of smoke from the electricity station, that right next to the hotel stands.

The rooms are nice and large and in particular very clean. We had a room with a balcony and a wonderful view of the sea. There is a tv with some German programs ( ARD/ ZDF and satellite. 1 ) a fridge is also available the same can be ( for example in the mini market in the hotel complex). There was also in every room a safe against a rent can be booked additionally.

The food is great. There is something for everyone. The dishes are always great presented and always refilled. Also there is a extra department where only the local kitchen presented is. Apart from that is the food international and above all delicious. You can in the restaurant also beautifully sit outside. The waiters rooms very quickly the used dishes and very friendly.

The staff in the hotel is just top. No matter where it is. All are extremely friendly and always helpful. Also here actually almost all languages spoken. The cleaning of the rooms was super and efficient. Every day there was fresh towels.

The pool area is clean and beautiful. There is enough chairs and umbrellas and otherwise enough possibilities to get some shade. The hotel beach also has its own free chairs and umbrellas and the hotel beach is very clean. In the hotel there is a great entertainment program with aqua fitness, Zumba, steps (by the way thank you Sandra!) and water polo, volleyball and many more evenings there is also always a program from the animation team entertainment. Wi-fi there are in the whole complex, free of charge.

The hotel is really just nice. The complex is a huge garden the super great well maintained. Here it is within the complex very for cleanliness respected. Several times daily walk employee by the complex and at the pool along around empty cups or plates or similar pots. The hotel guests consist of German, russians, french and many more thus everything quite a mix of cultures, but everything pleasant and pleasant people. Also the age everything is there, families with small children, young people exactly like the older audience.

The hotel is directly at the beach and only approximately 30 minutes out of airport. Direct shops or but also entertainment possibilities are unfortunately only after a walk of about 20 minutes to reach.. But you need it not at all there in the hotel enough entertainment is offered. However the hotel lies directly on the e-works, that doesn't bother but not at all. You actually nothing with.

The rooms are cleaned daily and on request all towels replaced.

We were just in the main restaurant, even if we in all-inclusive the possibility would have had, in the specialty restaurants to go. The food was very varied, sufficiently (it was again and again refilled ) and above all delicious!

The reception staff are very friendly and mostly german spoken and understood. Complaints are being heard and tried to solve. Tip for all parents, the projects, the offered baby monitors to use: the range is unfortunately just a few meters, that means during the nap of the child drink a coffee to go, is only conditionally possible (in other words: often you have to to the room go and look up). After possibility own baby phon bring your own!

The beach is very beautiful. Flip-flops are recommendable, as there are so many stones there. To complain about the sun loungers at the beach. This have the best times behind itself. To criticize i think also, that the water from the hotel at the pool bar is chlorinated. Tastes really delicious, we have 1.5 liter bottles of mineral water in the mini market bought. The available towels for the pool/beach depending upon need every morning by the pool be replaced.

The hotel/ the facilities are very clean. We had 2 adults and a toddler a double room with extra bed, which we between our double bed and the wall have, therefore, we had to 3 an really great, large lying area, but we were lucky, that our bed to move was (is not usual) Lots of guests from Eastern Europe. But most have 'civilized' behaved.

The proximity to airport Heraklion is especially with a small child very convenient, as you don't go go with the bus should. Despite proximity to airport no noise, was very interesting, the start watching. In the hotel there is a small mini market, where one could actually buy everything (from shower gel to beach shoes and small souvenirs, however, these slightly overpriced). By bus you are about minutes in the city centre from Heraklion. Get off at the best nearby the museum, there are also the pedestrian streets for shopping and you are not far away to the harbor.

The size of the room is adequate, modern and practically furnished. On tv one has only 4 German channels, but we also have the tv not used. We our room very pleased

We booked our trip with all inclusive, therefore we had everything. In the hotel located three à la carte restaurant. We were in all three. We personally liked the best greek, then Italian, and as the last asian. The dishes were always very tasty and something for everyone. We had every evening a show cooking which also very tasty was. For breakfast there was also always freshly made it pfannkuchem and D. sdazu more. Everything was always fresh and tasted great.

We were from simple to very friden with the friendliness of the staff. One was always very polite and with a smile welcomes. We are at: o'clock to the hotel arrived and after breakfast we immediately our room get, although check in is only from o'clock. I think a great value. The cleaning of the rooms was very thoroughly and every day you got fresh towels. Almost all of the staff speak really good German. Only in the spa area only speak less people German, which I a bit unfortunately think.

The proximity to the beach and three pools are great. You have enough loungers and sun screens, and you can always find space. We have never extra the liege reserwiren and we always had two by the pool got. The animation team is very nice and makes great work. They weren't pushy. Thank you very much for great vacation

The hotel is by the size optimal, and very stylish and modern. The staff is a great value for cleanliness, therefore it is everywhere very clean we were super to freden. The near electricity station uS personally didn't bother us. Just very nice hotel with wonderful garden and beach.

The proximity to the beach is just great, you can without a long paths from pool to the beach go, which was very convenient and was pleasant. Exactly the garden is very nice and well maintained, you can everywhere a quiet capacity for itself find. The proximity of the electricity station is optical drawback, but after one day you can tell the not more.

We stayed in a so-called bungalow, the rather with a family room had to do, accommodated. Decor was quite good. A somewhat narrow double bed, a normal bed (bedding not adjustable). Enough closets and storage space. A small fridge and a small flat screen tv (ARD, ZDF and Sat.1) Annoying was, that the safe despite all inclusive was not included. The when we other hotels already experienced differently. The bathroom was amongst others with a bathtub, a large mirror, a magnifying mirror, a hair dryer, a shower gel dispenser and a kosmetiktuchspender equipped. Towels and bedding were changed daily. A bit angry we were about the existing views (bung. Nr.617). Because we arrived late in the evening, we noticed the only on the next day on, as we had already unpacked everything had.

As i have already mentioned, about the food there was absolutely nothing to fault. Varied, wide choice and it tasted also. Lunch you could either in the main restaurant or in the snack bar at the beach. There is the choice not that big, and you feel a bit like a cafeteria, but one has a nice view over the beach until to Heraklion. Sanstags in the snack bar grill. There are 3 à la carte restaurants, which one each once per stay (in all-inclusive) can book. The asian restaurant and the italian we tried and were inspired. The greek was not our cup of tea. If even the chairs white shrouds are, i get beklemmungen. And in my opinion, with a typical greek tavern, then nothing more to do. Otherwise, it would have been nice, if one teaspoon (small spoons ) at the buffet not always search needs. It would be useful at place, where you need them (for example with the ice cream or joghurtschalen ).

The staff are very friendly and helpful. At the front desk is mostly german was understood. If not one comes as almost everywhere in Greece with english. It is a helped, if you plan a trip on own fist to make wants. Planning a trip with the regular bus, you can get a copy of a map into your hand pressed. A day before the trip you can order a lunch bag. This one gets then in a backpack filled with cold pack. (in all-inclusive inclusive) The rooms were daily and well cleaned. Internet access could be used for free.

Entertainment we didn't use. The dual large pool area made a clean impression. Sports one has some: 2 beach volleyball courts at the beach, wasserballtore in the pool, a space with basketball baskets, a tennis court and a miniature golf course. In all-inclusive you can pedal boats and canoes at the beach for daily 30 minutes of free use. Beach chairs and towels, you could change daily were included If you don't under the umbrella wanted, you could also under the trees in front of the sun protection.

If a hotel with 4 stars is rated and so close to a power station is located, it has to something special offer. So is it: service and especially the food are very good. You can absolutely recommend all-inclusive to book. Guests with half board i felt always a little sorry. Large well-kept garden area with beautiful plants. Next to many german guests amongst others also guests from Eastern Europe. Staff were always make an effort, the complex and the rooms in a clean state to hold.

Location by the nearby power station not so nice. Not only this holiday photos and, bad winds could wash algae ashore organicist also often a smell of fuel oil by the complex. The near airport didn't bother us (no aircraft noise). The place Amoudara with shopping possibilities you can on foot in 10 to 15 minutes reach. Bus stop directly opposite the hotel entrance. Busfahrscheine you get in the mini market. Hotel lies right on the sand/pebble beach. In the water are directly in front of the hotel stones and rocks in the water. Bathing shoes you get for 9 €in the mini market. One runs approximately 200 meters direction Heraklion, merges into a clear ice-cold river into the sea. Behind the waterfront there are also steinfreie sections in the water. Excursions to the nearby knossos are on offer. There you can get comfortable with the regular bus drove there. Linie 1 until Heraklion, then line 2a before the door. Respect Heraklion back to the hotel drives only the line 6. We took a day trip by speedboat to Santorini made. A wonderful island, can only be recommended. You can at the travel agent, but also for suppliers in Amoudara (it was somewhat cheaper, we have 119 €per person and)

The rooms ( bungalow) are absolutely sufficient. The beds should be better. The mattresses are sometimes not so pleasant. But I am convinced that the hotel in next time improve will, because yes lots of people say the same. Because the hotel is always very concerned it all guests right to make which partly is very difficult.

About the food you can not complain, there was something for every taste. But with so lots of different flavors it is also very with difficulty always the correct for each to make. On the cleanliness was always always respected. In 2010 was the beach bar from 10:00 o'clock open and this time only at: o'clock. With giannis at the beach bar it was always really great. After the volleyball play it always went directly to giannis there had a real crackerbarrel together, simply great. It would have been nice if the beach bar until: o'clock opened, because at: o'clock the snack bar and the main bar was open. However if you come from the beach full of sand you want is not in the very nice main bar planting.

A praise goes to the service, just great. The friendliness of the staff is very good, despite the stress, you have always an ear to lend. If you at the bars times a couple of minutes have to wait then it wasn't the end of the world, because we were there on vacation and have some time, that should be most people time to heart and not always the staff bad rate only, because one times a couple of minutes had to wait. The cleaning of the rooms was always really good. The entertainment on the day was very good, lots of possibilities. The child care was once again outstanding. The evening shows were partly 2010 better as this time. Once ran with us the water not more in the bathtub, so that I to the front desk went and told me have. It passed perhaps maximally 30 minutes and the problem was fixed, absolutely great.

The entertainment on the day was very good. There were shuffleboard, bocchia, water polo, völleyball, and so on the entertainment for kids was also excellent. In the entire hotel there is free wi-fi access. The loungers, what should I say, I know only the in the evening already before loungers by the pool reserved and the next morning at: o'clock in the early morning swimming no beach chair at the large pool finds, which I a great shame think on the one hand, on the other hand it concerns me less since we always at the beach and we after: o'clock still are found. Should perhaps the hotel it make the employees all towels before 8:00 o'clock remove so far no frühschwimmer is involved, several people the possibility get a lounger by the pool to find. However as mentioned at the beach you will always find a beach chair.

We are there for the second time and the hotel is still as good as 2010. Once again we had a bungalow type 2 with extra bed. Because we anyway only for sleeping us in the room anyway is the size enough. Perhaps it would be great if times better mattresses in the rooms would be, because the not so great were, you slept not so good. The room and the bathroom were always clean, as well as in general the hotel I find very clean. The all inclusive services in this hotel I think it absolutely great, just returned with children. The hotel has a beautiful garden, what I do not think so lots of hotels have. Also small attentions ( manager aperitif, bottle red wine, and so on) of the hotel, because we 2. were there I think a great idea. This shows that as a guest perceived.

The location is great, right on the sandy beach. Distance to Amoudara is also very good, you can a beautiful walk there, the stores look at oneself and then at the beach back. Excursions of the TUI and are in my opinion something too expensive, however therefor the hotel can nothing. Transfer time from the airport about 30 minutes depending on how lots of hotels were driven to.
