Luckily we are only for sleeping and breakfast in the hotel and the rest of the day in Wien on the way.
Breakfast is versatile and very good, different sausage, cheese, jams, yogurts. Enough choice!
Where this hotel 4 star i do not know, cleanliness is ok an absolute crazy!
Everywhere dust, dirt from the reception starting on the stairway and above all also in the room!
The carpet in the room is buzzing with dirt. Bottom bed centimeter Thick layers of dust, plastic and tissues from the previous guest!
In the bathroom /toilet the deduction before loud dirt so ... he has no function more as it is-is just terribly noisy!
After complaint was under bed swept, so remained still much dirt desired!
Bedlight broken - heating you can manually not adjustable, therefore also not exactly warm in the rooms!
Lift is ancient, maximum 2 persons or 120 kilogram.!
Price the mini bar. Well, if you consider that a bag tea is the €2.8 costs. Well.
All together we are glad that we did not booked longer! read more

This hotel has probably already seen better days. For a few days and little time in the hotel is a stay okay, for a longer period of time but nothing. If you expect luxury is in the wrong place. The quality of the breakfast left me rather to be desired, more fresh it would be have been nice. read more

Mainline belongs in my opinion to the older hotels, where the stuffy air quickly collects. An old fan was in the room. With an open window got one the traffic noise the main street with. A safe -despite announcement - was not in the room. The room it was missing also of comfort. The closet was narrow, you could its things so straight drop.
Bathroom and breakfast were reasonable.
Altogether so average! read more

The rooms on the homepage were for us very attractive, therefore we were this hotel recessed. Which we used however as room got was so underground, that we already after 1 night again have fled their homes. Our room with a view of the inner courtyard was quiet, but that was it already. Small, musty, hot as in a sauna. The bathroom was without air ventilation and you could after showering showering directly again, because the temperature in the room and in the bathroom was kostant 40 °C hot. At night we could not sleep, although we the window on ... had. The fan blasting the whole night, but no cool air into the room. In the courtyard met the smokers and the whole smoke moved in our room purely (we were on the 2nd floor). The windows were dirty and full of cobwebs, the cement crumbled from. The floor old and the walks before the bed gray dirty and musty. The bathroom functional and had before 10 years is. Spots on the tiles and hair (not us!) in shower and on the floor.
The breakfast was very lovelessly designed. Rich? Emergency provisions fit rather. The coffee with candles warm, the rolls from the day before? The bread and toast had already fresher times. The bread (there was only one type of) and the bread rolls, toast and a pigtail were apparently from the discount store. Dry and gummig at the same time. Champagne breakfast (is on the homepage) only glasses were there-no sparkling wine. Also no breakfast service available, because the coffee had to be collected yourself. The eggs hard and cold and the quark equal rather the magerstufe so feast he was in the bowl stuck. We chose to have it in the city center to have breakfast. read more

At the breakfast is something for everyone and the coffee is good. The staff at reception are very willing to help. The rooms may once vacuumed in a 3 days stay. read more

The hotel is a bit outdated, but clean and quite to be comfortable. The gloss the old Wien is tastefully well maintained. In our room there were no air conditioning, however an oscillating fan, otherwise could the windows the courtyard in night as well remain opened. The breakfast was hearty, the service friendly and accommodating. We had no reason to complaints and felt comfortable. read more

This hotel has not 4 star. Despite promised the 27-07-2012 no sparkling wine for breakfast given. The elevator to the rooms is ancient and not vertrauenerweckend. The shower stall was so small, that one could hardly move. Our room had no air conditioning. We have as a married couple a double room booked, but a room with two single beds received. The hotel can be recommended, but maximally than 3-star. read more

Very central location, directly at the Westbahnhof.
The room was a little in need of renovation, but clean overall.
The breakfast buffet was simply, but nicely decorated, even with sparkling wine.
There the room directly at a main street lAG, it was quite loud.
We slept with ear plugs, there was the noise to endure.
Without plugs and with the window open that is unacceptable! read more

A perfect hotel: location, service, hardware and dazupassende price.
in spite of the location in the immediate area the westbahnhof train station, it was very quiet.
the hotel lies in a side street.
the Highlights:
•a small fine hotel
•the boss was personally at the front desk
• the room is newly refurbished and was very clean and generous
•the bath tub was a pleasure
• the breakfast ( everything your heart desires); all my individual needs were fulfilled ( fried egg with bacon)

On the whole is the West train from the hotel is the ideal hotel for city break. In the hotel itself, everything is included, you need. Spacious room, tv (for relaxation in the evening), large bathroom with bathtub (if it is cold), minibar (in your drinks cool), kettle (if the drinks too cold), comfortable bed (with hard mattress. Luckily ☺ a good breakfast (there was everything the heart desired. Even sparkling wine) and a friendly word at the front desk. The location of the hotel is great (across from the West). We had a room at the back and could ... not complain about noise. But I must also say. The best times, the hotel already behind itself, which you can see in some spots. But there is also, that one is endeavored, this usage counter. Nevertheless, we would at a refuse Vienna-visit the hotel again in the Options ☺ read more

The breakfast buffet surprised at the first sight, since it quite varied strikes. The bread rolls are fresh.
This seems the Saftkaraffen not to be cleaned. In any case it is expected, with the juice also
A clod mold the glass lands. Simply only widerlich. The rooms are very shabby and not well maintained.
Especially the grimy bathroom is a nightmare. One has seriously overcome, the shower to enter.
The location is rather unpleasant, directly at the Westbahnhof. But one is however also relatively quickly in town center. read more

Central Location. Top for a city break. Shopping is just around the corner. (Maria help street). Best traffic connections and direct bus to the airport!
Unfortunately, the train station is across the street. Construction noise in the night! And the busy main road goes directly to the window. But the windows are well insulated. When closed, there were no problems. Please note, the hotel bar is overpriced total! Otherwise normal three star hotel standard.
The breakfast (bread) is not so great, but edible. The service is okay. The bottle of champagne was great, the beach.
Staff at the front desk ... was friendly and helpful, the service at the buffet was a little 'musty' -but that didn't bother us.
For younger children it is rather unsuitable-otherwise, there were a lot of young couples and students there. For the price definitely recommendable. read more

In contrast to other (negative) reviews, we found the hotel very clean, varied and tasty breakfast. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The room was clean and quiet (to the inner courtyard) and relatively large. Four stars are not okay, three stars are fully justified. Structurally great location, you can easily reach the Westbahnhoh within a few minutes all sights in Vienna. To the airport with the bus in right in front of the 25 minutes W.-BHF. read more
