Room:
For a four-bed room just big enough, if you the whole day on the way is. It is cleaned daily, daily change of towels, if the used on the floor, bed sheets weekly. Bathroom are clean, but small (mirrored wardrobe available). Staff really made an effort.
Dining room:
Furnished nicely, but: tischtuchwechsel only after asking (should with little staff feasible ), chair covers should also be on stains controlled and be changed.
Food:
Buffet style, good, but without special variety. Pizza very delicious, some pasta dishes also, but remaining food was often lukewarm and not typically Italian. Fish dishes ... very rarely and not appealing. Great, that the drinks ( water, wine, soft drinks ) for the food included were.
Breakfast typically Italian, very spartan.
Staff:
Friendly, but too few. in the dining room maximum 3 people, only 1 waiter ( the great effort in spite of the large number of guests). Foreign languages almost no available ( we speak Italian, therefore not so tragic), but all tried very hard ( especially Mauro the bademaister respectively girl for everything). Downer: hotel owner should at least in the guests present and not only in the background acted, that is actually the 'good tone' a hotels. Recruitment of more staff in the dining room definitely necessary!
Pool: clean, but we preferred to to the beach.
Beach:
Super close, once street cross! Great complex, great beach with sports activities and children's entertainment, as well as excursions with excursion boat. Hotel centrally located to bars and small shops. read more

The hotel is in a so-so condition. The rooms are very small, for a family not so convenient. The bathroom is tiny small. The cleanliness left to be desired, on arrival very clean bed sheets, the pillows were tiny. The food is plentiful, only for breakfast leaves the service to be desired, we were given the Cappuccino mostly after we already had eaten, it should be worked. read more

Very family friendly by the beach, children's park and very friendly staff, especially in the restaurant.
But: reception without foreign languages skills ( any information tedious rausquetschen must )-that isn't on at all, very poor animation, mini disco at the beach way too loud for the small ears, small room, as the Adria as usual, balcony not usable, no German tv and cleaning so la la.
For this varied Italian 3-star food with drinks a great price, many excursions in the surrounding area (via free bicycle) and a great beach on your doorstep speak for the Massimo. read more

All in all a successful vacation in the Hotel Massimo. The immediate distance to the beach and the friendly and accommodating staff were top! The Italian food was of course delicious. read more

Nice hotel on the Adriatic coast with renovated rooms, delicious food, in a very good location close to the beach and a very friendly and courteous staff. We are avid Italy for many years and felt very comfortable there. If the Italian way of life, the atmosphere and the romagnolische food, this is the place to be. A typical Adria Hotel. read more

We had a very relaxing family holiday worn. The mentality of the Italian is very close to our family. You didn't have to constantly worry, that the kids were too loud or disturbing. To the beach we had not even three minutes two beach chairs and umbrellas were free of charge to the room. The many beach chairs at the beach didn't bother us, because all around were relaxed and discreet. The water was warm, the level of cleanliness in the restaurant, cafe's as many as one wanted (always with playgrounds), the weather was great (sun, about 30 °C with ... a bit of wind, so that it was pleasant). In the evening at the hotel and on the busy streets (many shops, shops and street children drive), so that one could super stroll. In the hotel you very hard, evenings there was Bingo, karaoke singing at the pool and a live band (sparkling wine and alcohol-free beverages there was usually free). The food in the hotel (we had booked half-board) was very good, typical Mediterranean. The breakfast was for us a bit hard to get used to, but it was very hard. In the evening there was buffet, something for everyone, very plentiful, with starters, 2-3 choices, desserts, fruit and drinks included
(Wine, water, soft drinks and beer as much as you wanted). The staff was always friendly, clean and courteous and always served with gloves.1 X, there was even a four course menu. In the evening we drank a drink at the hotel bar, which were mostly not on the bill came. The only complaint I had was the pool, which was a bit of renovation, but clean. Great was the Jacuzzi. To the disappointment of my men there was only Italian television. On departure we were even a bountiful
'Package' sweeper route.
All in all, a great, family friendly and very fine Hotel, where the price/performance ratio was right.

We can't understand, why this hotel better Reviews received so far. For seven years we always of the better places to stay on the Adriatic and were more or less all hotels well served.
The hotel Massimo, however, is not top. The price performance ratio absolutely right, the staff was always friendly and helpful, super view of the sea from our rooms and the food.! Each of us has grown at least four half kilogram. The only downside: directly in front of the hotel was a small until 23:30 amusement park o'clock it was pretty loud. Early sleeper ... should be on the view of the sea and the back Part of the hotels prefer.
We have decided, that we also next year vacation at the hotel Massimo were good. read more
