The staff at the reception was at check-in and check-out very friendly. We had a suite with small kitchen, as well as a comfortable couch and armchair and a fireplace. The bathroom had a bath tub, as well as adequate care implements and hair dryer. The bedroom was small but with a large, comfortable bed. Unfortunately we have only one night in jasper spent, but we would come back any time in the Best Western inn & suites hotel. read more

So well: they gave us a suite, therefore the best rating with the room. Nothing left nothing to the imagination. But also the hotel's own restaurant was perfect. Friendly service and great food! The we had not expected. read more

Were during our round trip 3 days in this hotel. Unfortunately the rates are (like all hotels in jasper and banff) quite over the top in. Have a 'suite' (with raised sleeping area) booked, and a small, stinky room received. Direct in the room reversed and after matters (, although hotel mariano cubi ) the booked room received. Friendly front desk and good dealing with complaints. General very helpful and fast check-in/check-out. The 2. room was than with a balcony, large living area with fireplace, included small kitchen and small dining table. Salt/pepper and dishes available. Kitchen utensils were all ... very clean and new-for a simple menu was everything available. The raised sleeping area is a beautiful idea, to the room even bigger work to let. Unfortunately is no air conditioning available, and until the warm air (for the hot days) from a small skylight is, is a considerable heat in the room - there is also the strong (and noisy) fan nothing. We have breakfast additionally booked, and here we have to say, the buffet is clearly on the Best Western standard. Various toast's, bread, muesli, eggs, Bacon, Sausages, Fruits, yoghurt etc., everything was delicious. Also the pool and hot tub (towels available), of the Best Western standard. General can be said, that the hotel very big, but nevertheless neat. Free Wi-Fi and parking spaces available. Hotel lies somewhat outside of jasper center, but one is by car about minutes in the center ( also there also lots of parking spaces available). Ausflugsmüglichkeiten in jasper and environment easy to reach, also shops and restaurants quickly reachable. Definitely a rafting tour on the fraser river book! The room prices are in the region stop general extremely high, if you're not prepared for the 'town' pay, can consider possibly somewhat outside (hinton) to stay overnight. For us however everything fit, and therefore the hotel we can fully recommend this hotel. If you noticed that this hotel in jasper was, the price-performance ratio is also okay, as it really a very good Best Western Hotel is! read more

Really nice hotel with indoor pool. You could go to walk into town. Hotel outside the room ski lockers and in a ski room awake. Staff is very nice. I would also like to anytime again now! read more

The Jasper Inn is located a little above the usual Best Western average. It has a nice pool and a Jacuzzi, which we used also excursions and hiking. The breakfast was buffet and delicious by, there was nothing to complain about. We had a upgrade room-was gallery over two floors-down like a large room (kitchen/living room with open fireplace) and bathroom/toilet (large), above the bedroom. Unfortunately, the bed was under the roof and rather warm. If we would have known that, we would have rejected the offered free upgrade rather, because at night it was a bit warm. We were ... in the Rockies, but in the summer after some very warm days. The location of the hotel is pretty on the outskirts of the city. Jasper is not that big, but it is a good 20 minutes from the city center. One can eat at the hotel, in the center but the variety of restaurants. If you have a car drive and didn't have to drink, in the center (for food) alcohol, or if you were good on foot, there's no problem. the location was not a problem for us. read more

Who in Jasper comfortable and at a price, the value for money, want to stay, was at the right place. The room was spotless. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. During the holiday season the staff is friendly and helpful. One feels here simply well. read more

On my next stay in Jasper, I will stay here again. Nice staff, clean Hotel, excellent breakfast buffet. Even if it wasn't in the center, you were soon in the throng of Jasper. It is fully priced in and is worth the money. read more

A classic 3 star hotel I have stayed in Canada already seen better hotel comparable prices. Breakfast the classical breakfast. Be careful if you want breakfast including has is egg. Bacon only after payment. Cleanliness was alright in my opinion. The one or the other rooms could use a renovation. Many teens and youth groups in the hotel as well as Kurzeitreisende, connected to the appropriate alarm in the night. read more

The hotel was only suitable for a short stay on passing. It had air conditioning and we had a good night sleep. The breakfast was good with fruits, which is not common for budget hotels. It had a small balcony. You have to use the car to the city center. read more
