The cleanliness and the food you shouldn't overrate. For families there are a lot of offers in the hotel, the children can without everywhere freely move. Beautiful, clean beach. Good value for money, price in the hotel I found overpriced. read more

Our family with two kids (13, 11 years) has the vacation at the balaton good. The children could a surf course evidence and the examination of the subsequent independent rental of to surfausrüstung drop. We had to despite booking several hour wait as our bungalow not finished yet was cleaned. We were very disappointed since it was our first collective vacation was. However nearby there were no possibilities partying to go we had to every time in the next village. SO NOTHING FOR A party holiday. And otherwise the complex was dirty and not recommendable read more

The hotel is a large coherent complex with very many rooms ( how much I know unfortunately not more). In every room were the windows/ balcony doors there were bednets in appropriate, so that you in the evening easy the window open, without the pesky mosquitoes in possession to be. read more

Hungary an adventure! Few Hinweißschilder many mosquitoes.
The hotel was ok, but 4 star it was in absolutely no way. Staff only understood little German. ( well will go back there not be so, there were also all nations available) room service cleaned once good once bad. And the food, early always the same. Evenings was more variety with the offer. Our room had no air conditioning a big stand-up fan, and the bathroom were small schwimmelflecken to the silicone seams at the bathtub.
It was sporting activities great varied, there is something for everyone there.
The sunbathing area was ... also great. There are for all the guests chairs available. The lawn is right in between hotel and the water.
The lake Balaton is great. No salt water;-), sandy underground and it takes forever before it was deep. Very flat the first 20 meters - 50 meters. Excellent for small children. read more

After 8 days left, since we were so disgusted, the beds had urine stains, the bathroom very dirty, it was even after complaints not cleaned. The whole complex needs to be renovated and the staff try on friendliness training. Otherwise we had a family room booked, but with 2 double rooms manage (and with 2 small children).
In short: unfriendly, dirty and partly rude. read more

We are in the price for a family with very low expectations gone and positively surprised. The hotel ( getting a bit old) and also the complexes are clean and tidy.
Every evening was alternately animation for children or adults, the kids club was always open and was also used. Sport was sufficiently available. The beach with sunbathing area was very well-kept, no dirt etc. The rooms are functional and enough for two people. It was daily cleaned properly. Only the outlets work not always, also with inserted card ( Verteilerdose carry forward). The food is great, both the quantity ..., as well as of the quality. For breakfast there were scrambled egg without sausage, with sausage or sausage on sweet until cold meats and cereal, cakes and yoghurt, as well as fresh juice. For dinner there were several warm dishes from fish to roast, cold meats, several soups, salads, fruit. For children often a alternative food. We now were to the third time in Tihany Club Hotel( bungalow). The complex is really nice. For children ideal, much shade, playgrounds water slide and very nice children's entertainment. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately leaves the cleanliness of the rooms and the wellness area much to be desired. Had also every time only them yourself and thorough cleaning for me to feel comfortable. The sanitary installations need to urgently be renovated. Nevertheless we had a nice holiday read more

The accommodation in the bungalow 'Squid' was for this vacation perfectly adequate. However would basic redevelopment benefit. The sofa bed was quite hard and the kitchen furniture hang kind of crooked, are a bit run down but nevertheless ok. For this price one should its German Pingelichkeit forget and a nice holiday enjoy. We will definitely come back again. read more

We had a really beautiful, very reasonable vacation (2 adults,2 children, 10 days half board 800 Euro)
Our expectations were because of the low price not too high and were thus not disappointed.
Lake Balaton is great, warm water and you can very far walk in, with smaller children excellent.
The hotel is in a in need of renovation condition, however reasonable.
Especially good the glazed part of the dining room with a view of the sea pleased. The rest of the dining room was rather replication moderate.
The staff were friendly.
Two things have really bothered us:
1. ... it was nowhere visible, that the beverages for dinner must be paid, in addition they were still ridiculously expensive ( water there were free)
2. from 1. September season was obviously stopped. From the children's pool was the water drop, the evening entertainment has been halted and the beautiful part of the dining room was not any more
Accessible. For us, the up to 4 September booked, really annoying.
Nevertheless you can all together not complain, since the value for money voted against.
We drive definitely again to Hungary, probably but rather to the southern coast.
PS: the TUI tour operator Tibor was very competent, definitely for questions ( for example tips for excursions) to him! read more

The hotel's location is fantastic, directly at the beach.
Traffic connection very cheap.
The arrival from Germany without traffic, the Brenner Pass and Karawankentunnel up to 3 h traffic.
The complex is very clean.
Annoying are the hotel guests the already in the morning the loungers with a towel reserve and then the whole day not appear .
We usually after longer search 4 chairs can get, even without this already then in the morning at 8 o'clock with the towel to occupy-).
The food was very, very good and plentiful mostly typical of the country, the buffet was ... constantly refilled.
With the cleaning the room we were not so satisfied, it was not vacuumed.
However were the beds always with fantasy made (pajamas as shelves arranged and so on)
Sports facilities are sufficiently available, the spa area was OK.
Entertainment program is good. read more

Even for traveling alone an ideal hotel. You can go to the varied animation or only at the beach and clean lake relax. Chairs are always sufficiently available, so no objective for people, the 'towel war' need. I myself need without gluten fare. This was always diverse available and the staff helped me also always advise, which food for me is suitable. I will definitely come again next year. read more
