A beautiful hotel, in which we one night were. Because it on this weekend was very hot, we were very happy the air conditioning. Clean and modern held, with friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast we have in the garden taken, the buffet was more than enough. Since we in the harburg and not in hamburg port a event had, the hotel was to us just perfect. We stayed over Christmas at the hotel and unfortunately the restaurant had closed every four days, there was only breakfast and a brunch. So we had to seek out a restaurant in Hamburg, as the front desk uS was. A restaurant, which is open zuz Christmas, but was not easy to find after a long search still successfully. With the breakfast the hotel could not, no variation, the cheese was on the edge a hard (every morning) and the plates were cleared to go under the nose (which one was still eating not intersted). A shame because otherwise, a nice ... house, for example, the sauna. But five stars I am the service before. read more

We stayed at this hotel totally satisfied. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. We were helped quickly everywhere (check-in, bags were brought to the room, breakfast service, information). The breakfast buffet has fulfilled all our requests, the food was fresh, good and plentiful. The room was large and nice, the beds pushed together, but very wide and comfortable. The only drawback was a funky smell in the room, the air through a great deal couldn't be removed. Since I first tried it with fresh air, it was then too late for a complaint, so I don't know, how to ... resolve the problem. Next time I would complain about the smell immediately, but we on our next stay in Hamburg-trip this hotel, because everything else was perfect.

I was on business in this hotel. After a long drive was very friendly at check-in were welcomed. The food was very tasty. I felt very comfortable! The breakfast was more than enough (18 €). Especially impressive was the view in the beautiful garden, in the beautiful days sicherlichlich very good. Very interesting for me also the work of the artist Kamendy, the hotel information in this hotel was sometimes lives and works. Conclusion: very nice hotel with feel-good atmosphere. We had expected a lot more from a five star hotel!
To the center with bus and train it took about 40 minutes and Sunday night you had to wait for longer on the bus. It was the distance from all the sights somewhat limited.
The beds were Enzelbetten zusaamengeschoben and two bedside table 1 was available. Also the rest of the furniture corresponded to the standard of 1980.
Promised improvements and even after complaining, for example, on the quality of the tv's was unfortunately not concerned.
All the staff were very friendly to us.

On the Silvesterwochenende my girlfriend and I have booked a junior suite in the private hotel lindtner.
The front desk was very friendly and it seemed in such a way, that a successful weekend in hamburg is nothing.
As we then in our 'suite' in the hotel lindtner were heard the fun but very quickly on.
It was our opinion to a normal double room. These have we a staff also directly told us and it was our assumption.
He then went to the reception to ask to back up and show us subsequently to a similar double room, with ... the we were not in agreement of course.
After the first two rooms we went to reception to itself at last from the us room to get posted.
Now we were greeted by a lady in room number three. Unfortunately again with the same result. The room was 40 sqm in size and was never in many respects, not the description of the Web site.
In room number four it was actually to a larger room, which came closer to the description. However, this room had a balcony and was not also in further details not the Web site description. Furthermore, our anger was now so large, that we put out from hamburg left.
