Had an extended weekend getaway from the fr-mo in the short term another few booked. It was the 3. time, as we have very satisfied were. The arrival with about 1,5 hours completed quickly. Our focus:
Relaxation, use of the sauna and swimming pool, good food, in the evening dancing, during the day the location/attractions on foot erwandern.
Everything is very clean, the staff very competent and friendly, everything worked perfect. The guests at this time were predominantly 40-70-years-old, some groups. There are still large groups of conference guests, the separately to eat.

We are with our two children to Oberhof dangers, because our travel agency from the kids club FTI romanticized has. We wanted to our kids deliver for skiing to go. We arrived at the friday and through the roadshow of the hotel on the kids club information and the promised benefits of this event looking forward to it. We wanted to our kids this kids club and the 3 animators saw this club is very similar. The odor in this room was not good, so we decided on our skiing to do.
Evenings at the children's disco it seemed, as if the entertainers a load was, is with the children to keep you occupied. Evenings when the shows were other people (animators?) On the stage and shows. They were quite entertaining and nice. They came very personable over even if or 'other probably didn't work.

The hotel is very old and in need of renovation. The reception area should more tan. The two meal times were very useful excogitated, but also since failed the implementation. Super winter vacation.
We liked it again really enjoyed. Fastest check-in ever, has no 2 minutes.
Very friendly bed-eggs for the child.
Very family-friendly hotel, very a lot of variation, the whole day actin.
It also appealed to us very much, that so many children are, you otherwise rather rare.
The children should children, disturb nobody there.
Play barn (boards super for children until about 11 years. Food was great, we had the half board, always regional dishes, many salads and an extra kids buffet for children.
You worked really hard, there are two meal times the first is busy. ... But it was never crowded or the like. Meals were always refilled. For children there was extra rewards. The room was very good, we had a family room with new nice carpets. The tv was older, but i think it is right, that not everything thrown away while it still worked.

The hotel we liked on the first view, practically equipped room, bath spacious, tv very small and outdated, picture some channels bad.

As a part of our reservation request, we expressed for two double rooms and a few wishes - which one from the hotel took, then however all (!) Comment not to fulfill. We had a family celebration which is very good from the hotel was cared. We ( 24 persons) found the value for money very good. All of the staff were absolutely accommodating, friendly and competent. Another review is right, it may some areas needed to be replaced. If we come again times to Oberhof come, we will book this hotel again. Very nice stay.
The staff in the hotel were very friendly. The service in the restaurant very friendly and the staff at reception were also very helpful. The hotel information had always a good tip for an excursion. Because of of the beautiful skunked the hotel was well visited. The stay was as far as nice, but the waiters in the restaurant was evenings easy overburdened. About the food but there is nothing to moan about.
Despite good furnishing of the rooms was the showers not so easy, if you don't all over the bathroom underwater want to. Here should shower cabin be extended.
All in all it was but a pleasant stay. The location is nice, ski rental right at the house, evenings there are good entertainment. The hotel we would definitely book again. read more
