Very beautiful hotel on a small busy road. To the nicer beach to go you need about 15 minutes. Supermarket, small restaurant and laundry service are 2 minutes away. The center patong is 10-minute walk away. We would this hotel gladly book again, there the staff also very helpful was. read more

Good hotel, friendly staff, no free internet ( they charge 200 Bath per hour or 1000 Bath for 5 days!). Room, breakfast and service is good. Near by beach. Quiet. Good air conditionning. Very good pool. All inclusive all a good place to stay. read more

Room was damp and musty, there the rooms by the air conditioning very chilled be - even if not inhabited. Unfortunate-as the rooms otherwise very nice and tidy are. Beach is actually very nice, in the rainy season will however very much trash washed ashore, the unfortunately not cleared. read more

This hotel is definitely no four star hotel. It is a shabby age musty box, the is already getting a bit old. The whole application the room could also exactly a jail be. We have this hotel truthfully booked, since it was the cheapest. It is definitely worth it, since we just once Thailand wanted to get to know.
The hotel is large and you have to walk far, if you have a room on the edge of the building has. But it was always everything clean, the room size was sufficient and the employees very pleasant. The pools are very nice and we always found a free beach chair. read more

We spent a great beach vacation the sea view of patong. Value for money during peak season reasonable
Location:
Quiet and nevertheless centrally located, since we mostly through a borrowed motorcycle were, was the seclusion of center Patong for us not a problem.
Walk Bangla road: 15 minutes
In a short distance: supermarket, restaurants and Buchungsbüros etc. For excursions.
Hotel directly at the beach, whereas we preferred a piece further in patong a place on the beach preferred (as beach broad)
Beach:
Very clean, sun lounger with umbrella costs 200 baht.
Many water sports possibilities and many beach dealers as ... happens in southern countries is to be expected.
Beach in Kata beach Surin beach (both beaches about 10 to 15 kilometer away) we liked however a piece better.
No showers at the beach available, except in the closed area for 20 Baht.
Pool:
Very well maintained and beautifully laid out, but was hardly used by us.

Most, but not all can more or less good English. There was always someone on the Communication. On the first day we got a room with side view of the sea in the direction 'Fishing village', where the fishermen out into the sea drove. This Auslick we didn't (odors) as we on the next day move to a room with direct view of the sea given.
Cleanliness in the room -more moderate but OK. Daily change of towels.
From the previous guests were still cigarettes in the room, in my opinion will never or only sometimes the floor wet mopped. Bathroom fittings in the washbasin the whole 2 weeks never really cleaned properly.
Apart from that nice vacation in friendly surrounding area.
Would nevertheless again, since the price we had booked this hotel level and stay, almost unbeatable is.

I am very satisfied with the hotel. For patong beach surprisingly quiet.
the room was beautiful furnished with lighting, a large double bed with a decent mattress and very clean kept from the cleaning staff. The bathroom was clean and large enough, the furnishings a little out-dated, they could do something, but it didn't bother us really.
My room was lateral from the hotel. From the balcony to the right you could see the sea and directly in front of the balcony a Wassekanal with direct access to the sea. On the opposite facing the river local fishermen in huts ... right on the water and each morning, at high tide, go with the messenger of the sea out. A dreamlike view.
the breakfast was good and also alternately enough. The staff the hotel was always very friendly and helpful.
it is also EIB small Fitness room, air-conditioned and equipped with usable devices equipped.
I didn't use the pool, but it looked clean and well maintained.
there is also a small Library in the Internet room, with a wide selection of books in several languages.

The hotel is located very close to the beach and all rooms have a sea view. The rooms are only separated from the beach by a street. This road is the main problem of the hotel, as this street is very busy traffic, although the hotel is located on the outskirts of. This means, it could be 2-3 hours until many scooter with a defective exhaust, Tuk-tuks or trucks a possibly sleep. The air conditioning is unfortunately not the quietest. Otherwise, the hotel is in very good condition, very clean and the staff was very accommodating. At breakfast it was ... very International, so that everyone can find something! The dinner I can't say anything about it, because I was always eat out. The rooms were enough from the size, they are equipped with a fridge and free coffee bar (with instant coffee) as well as a free safe was available and a tv. The beds have no sattled frame and therefore quite hard. Singles have to be careful that when they bring someone overnight and use the second bed, the hotel but requires 2000 Baht = about 50 Euro. But if you SIC in a bed and the night watchman it turns don't realize, it does not cost anything! read more

Nice hotel in a quiet location; beach unfortunately not so nice there are nicer beaches in the North East of Phuket. Nice breakfast buffet. Room was a little clairaudient, i.e. toilet from neighboring rooms. Advantage of this hotel is, that it is not far away from the nightclub and still relatively quiet. Two pools available. As the hotel is located on the edge of town, it was very quiet. The beach was dirty and rocky. But the direction of the city center (10 minutes) it was OK our room was small with very little storage space. Breakfast was excellent.
