Hotel is located directly opposite the railway station, but it is not noisy. To the beach and the Palais de Festival it is less than 5 minutes on foot and the old castle is about 10 minutes on foot. Rooms are small, but there is a nice covered roof terrace with view over the city, where breakfast is served. read more

Hotel is perfectly located just in front of the railway station and about 5 minutes on foot from the beach and Festival Palace. Despite its location in a busy area, I didn't have problems with noise. The hotel has a beautiful breakfast roof terrace with view towards the castle. read more

Hotel has 24 hours front desk what very ahngehm is if one around 23,30 arrives.
it is quite dated.
but has a lift.
the rooms so smelly that we only at the open window could sleep.
was clean definitely not!
bed was way too small, and no double bed, but two single bed together pushed, so with the romantic it was difficult ☺ read more

The hotel (non-smoking hotel) is situated in the heart of Cannes and just across the station ( hotel is sound-proofed! ). The beach and all attractions are within walking distance. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly and always tried hard. Our room was quite small, but very clean, we had an air conditioner, which we could self-regulated and you will get a safe that we no extra charge. It was vacuumed daily ( carpet), bathroom was clean and we got fresh towels every day. The breakfast buffet was always fresh, but unfortunately there was the same ... everyday: fruit, croissants, yogurt, jam, Nutella, honey, butter, cereal, cream cheese, eggs and baguette ( no meat or cheese! ). So if you like, the should not a cute breakfast outside food or take cold cuts/cheese for breakfast. But that's the only thing I ( my boyfriend loved the sweet breakfast) to criticize about this hotel. It was a really great holiday and we would not hesitate to come back to this hotel, it is definitely recommended and cheap to that!!! read more
