Our room (garden view) was newly renovated and very nice. Particularly the bathroom, the only by the bathtub and a partition was separated, was very elegant. In the room there was a coffee maker, a kettle, coffee/tea, and even an iron and ironing board. Only drawback were too few existing storage space for clothes, the design before practical utility. Allegedly, the TUI-travel agent, are more drawers from the hotel ordered. Who too few space, over the front desk mobile plastikschubladen come. We met guests, the in a non-renovated rooms were, they said, your room would be not so great, but for the age still okay. They were allowed however after a day in a new room to move.

Huge choice for breakfast, there is something for everybody. Much fresh fruits, also typical local fruit. Who wants (and the present asian wanted), can already in the morning, salad, curry, and fried noodles food. Next to the usual egg station there were also fresh pancakes and waffles at the buffet. Not only for children great: motivpfannkuchen, for example an elephant. Nearly too unfortunate to eat. The coffee for breakfast is good, but. You can also Cappuccino or Café Latte get, which we only after a few days to have found out. Recommendable is the daily happy hour from 18 to 19 hours in the martinis bar: all cocktails minus 50 percent, a nice aperitif. In the evening we were twice in the malati restaurant by the pool. The food was very good, both thai (recommended: the mixed appetizer plate, enough for two ), as well as indian. Always fresh Seafood, the made to order can. But not very reasonable (two people need with starter, main course, dessert, wine and water already times good 2500 thb). But the food was good value and good service we were already worth it.

All the staff were without exception very friendly. With english one comes through very well, even if the thai-english sometimes a bit is difficult to understand. Room always clean cleaned. There is each evening a orchid blossom on the bed and even extras like fresh flowers in the room, towel animals or small sachet with nice wishes from housekeeping. Relatively big hotel with a huge, beautiful garden. Constantly one saw the gardener, the any part of the garden care. Through the large garden get lost the guests during the day very good, you always found a nice spot at the beach or pool. Only for breakfast the peak sometimes full. Mixed guest structure, some german, but also asians, english, russian or as with our departure thai businessmen. In of the lobby free wi-fi, in the room for a fee. Many the room are now renovated. Per day are in the room four bottles of water to 0.5 liter included.

The hotel is quiet and a little bit out of town at a beautiful beach (the panorama is no the otherwise many existing vorgelagterten limestone outcrops, such shows here only very far away). At the beach you can especially in the direction the beyond-portfolios and the small island of nice walk. In the area surrounding the hotel, there is a seven-eleven supermarket and some restaurants, in which you could eat (main course around 120 to 180 thb). A taxi to ao nang costs (after negotiation) 400 thb one way. After the hustle and bustle of in ao nang observed had, we were very glad, only for a few evenings and not our hotel to have. In ao nang has hardly a hotel direct access to the beach and also to put constantly boats and from, so that only the two lateral beaches to swim released are. This is the Sheraton better: direct access to the beach. But you don't have so wide choice for the nightlife, to which we did not so much put.

We had a deluxe rooms with a view of the sea booked. The view on the sea was great, the room large enough. However little reservoir for the clothes and in the bathroom a shower curtain. Our friends stayed in a deluxe room with garden view and we had a freshly renovated rooms with a really great bath. My suggestion: the affordable rooms, they are beautiful.

The breakfast was really great, there was simply everything. Delicious fresh bread (also dark bread), sausage, cheese and jam. The staff in frühstücksrestaurent were always very friendly and hard-working. In the restaurants in the hotel we didn't eat there.

The staff in the hotel all were always very friendly, wether at the beach, pool, breakfast, or the front desk. Two things we had but often annoyed and, the the cleaning of the rooms on some days only zwischen16 and 17 hours was cleaned. One leaps after the strandgang under the shower and then the maids. The white towels should be on ugly stains monitored. Perhaps that is picky, but we are talking about a 5 star hotel.

It is in the hotel two pools, the well laid out. Chairs are enough available and you always find a place. The plastic chairs and conditions at the beach need to be renewed. Very nice the hammocks in the hotel.

The hotel is very well maintained, neat and well arranged. The complex is laid out and since we were already the 8 times in Thailand were, we had the dschungelflair missed, but this hotel also has its appeal. Everything is lovingly arranged.

It was wonderful, that the hotel a private beach. You could go swimming and walking, without the lots of people on the way were. Restaurants there were some right in front the hotel. Very recommendable le café, terrace and at the beach right next to the massage the restaurant (it is the only at the beach), which we a great shame found, what could be nicer, if one in the evening at the sea the sunset can enjoy your meal. After ao nang with the taxi only 20 minutes, where it lots of shops, bars and restaurants.

We had a deluxe room. The rooms are very spacious and modernly furnished. There is a flat screen tv and a dvd player with usb port. There is a coffee maker, kettle, ice cubes, coffee and tea, as well as 6 bottles of water which were free and refilled daily were. A large wardrobe with many handles, large bed, many sockets and lamps. The bathroom has a large shower and bathtub. The bathtub is freestanding with movable partition to the room. Everything is very tidy and very clean. The cleaning of the rooms ran smoothly. We had every day fresh towels, even if they do not lying on the floor. The bed linen was also very often changed. There were nice big beach towels which you could take as much as you wanted. In the evening were the rooms for the night made. The curtains were closed and the empty water bottles against full replaced and a flower on your pillow. Therefore got the hotel the full 6 suns for the service.

For breakfast they offer all you could ask for. Coffee, tea, Cappuccino, Latte Macciato, choco cold or warm and different juices. Right salad and vegetables with dips, sausage and smoked fish. Then the cereal corner with different cereals, candied fruits, cereals and milk. 2 refrigerators with different kinds of homemade yoghurts and yakult in different flavors. Gluten-free cake, warm thai food and suppenecke. We had different fresh breads and rolls, normal croissants, chocolate and marzipancroissants, cakes and thai desserts. Different sorts of jam, a selection of fruit z. example melon, jackfruit, pineapple, pitaya, watermelons, bananas and so on. Eggs in all variations were prepared according to desire. Waffle, crepes, pancakes with delicious fruchtsoßen. The staff was stand friendly and very fast in service. The restaurant was clean and neat. We always sat outside and were still the nature enjoy.

The service in the hotel was excellent. The check in went without a problem. After the formalities were we immediately our room can relate. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. With english you definitely got further. The transfer to the hotel has about 40 mins. 1 Euro were at the time about 37.00 the rate varied but always something. We had the best deal at the airport Krabi get. For 1 Euro 40 Bhat. A note of us: The staff of the Sheraton only thank, that we so a great enjoyable holiday. I would also thank mr l thanks, i shortly before the holiday via mail had asked a room in the upper floor to reserve, which also folded. We stayed in block a room 304 accommodated. With a view of the beautiful garden and to the beach. Also our maids wanaporn us fresh flowers to the room or towels as elephant, a swan or heart shaped. Thank you very much also once again. There is no animation in the hotel luckily no. Whoever is looking for peace and quiet is right at home here! However, there was a volleyball net at the beach and some tourists have then already times together and played and the beach boys were excited about the change and willing to cooperate. From time to time there was also times water aerobics by the pool. It didn't bother us. There are 2 pool areas and the loungers at the beach and on the lawn for sunbathing. The loungers have conditions and beach towels you could take as much as you need. For the young guests there was a kindergarten with a small children's playground.

The hotel is nestled in a beautiful garden directly at the most beautiful beach section of klong muang beach. In the hotel there is a great wildlife. Different species of birds, squirrels and warane in all sizes. Beautiful ponds in which fish and water turtles back yard. The beach is very quiet and fight there is not. Also spätaufsteher always get a beach chair. The loungers are at the beach or on a large lawn with trees so that there was always a shady spot is available. Furthermore 2 pool areas. The hotel has a small air-conditioned gym with good equipment. While we were there, there were lots of scandinavians, german, austrian and swiss in the hotel. Russians little. Internet access was at of the lobby free, computer ' s and trays available.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area, but one reached very fast a variety of restaurants. Bad we ate in any restaurant. Right next to the restaurant is a supermarket. Turn right down a few restaurants. Who times definitely not thai food would like should the la casa visit. There is delicious pizza and indian food. Very good and delicious! But also left the road high (take flashlight, so that you from the car and truck drivers quickly recognized) there were restaurants you should try out. The restaurant direct at the beach is not recommendable. The food/service was nothing special good.

The rooms were very spacious. Stylishly furnished and very clean. Absolutely nothing to criticize!

The breakfast buffet was very good. There was nothing, which did not give it. The prices for food and drinks apart from the breakfast, are exorbitant. For 2 balls vanilla ice cream and a beer we converted about 10 €paid. The prices in the hotel's three restaurants were not advertised, but after the experience with the ice cream and the fact, that good as never a hotel guest in the restaurants has (at least we have hardly seen any), suggests, that the prices accordingly high. Therefore, we always went out to eat.

The staff was very friendly and always make an effort, the wishes of the guests to fulfill.

There was enough chairs, so the annoying 'reserve chairs' here wasn't necessary. There were also the whole day over again and again beach chairs available. Of course, you could in the hotel here and there a few flowerbeds grow, which i personally but is not so important. Is the entire grounds are very well maintained. Sauna: According to the hotel description should the hotel over a sauna come. Yes i know, why should people in this heat in the evening in a sauna go? But if it in the description stands, should the hotel also have one.

In front away: at first we had a 3-day stay in Dubai, then we stayed for 4 nights in the Sheraton and then it went for 5 days to koh lanta and 3 days to Bangkok. The 4 nights in the Sheraton were great nice, i can only recommend the hotel. There are small drawbacks of course everywhere. The rooms are very spacious and stylishly furnished. Gym and tennis court also very well equipped. The breakfast buffet left no wishes open. The staff was very friendly and always make an effort, the wishes of the guests to fulfill. The two pools were stylish the hotel complex updated. Wi-fi in the lobby of the hotel free of charge, in the other areas of the hotel you could pay for it. Negative: - described in the brochure, but not existing sauna - the already much described high chair in the breakfast area: we were without child traveling, but this' chair ' is a right in the eye. So should you as hotelverantwortlicher times a few Euro take in the hand and a new high chair buy. In this i would my child at least not set. Conclusion: Room great, breakfast left no wishes open, the staff was always friendly and helpful, grounds were very well kept. Prices for beverages and food too expensive. Every time i would stay again this hotel check in! Relaxation and total relaxation!

You leave the hotel to the right, is in the immediate vicinity a 7-eleven convenience store. There is a Cola cost 25 cents. And the lead as well as everybody was. Directly adjacent or opposite the hotel there are numerous restaurants, in which you can eat very well.

The rooms were newly renovated. Optically very attractive, bright, good facilities, very clean.

Breakfast buffet very rich and varied, when fully booked are the premises a little tight. Other dining wasn't used

The pools and chairs at the beach are very well maintained. Despite the hotel being fully booked there is enough space. Enough shade/umbrellas available. The potential of the very good segelrevieres could by a larger the offer for catamarans (currently only 2 small hobie kats be better used

Total relaxation on a high level. The spacious, very well maintained plant in combination with the beautiful endless beach, even when fully booked enough personal space for uninterrupted tropical beach holiday.. The freshly renovated room, the good service and the prudent, attentive management under Urs lienhard left no wishes open. We have our vacation more enjoyed than two years, although the hotel was fully booked. Mixed, very many international guest structure: young and old, couples, families, singles.

Direct at the beach located with huge lawn with schattenspendendem trees, capital Krabi 35 minutes, airport 45 minutes, ao nang with good shopping and restaurants 10 minutes with the hotel shuttle. Directly next to the hotel several small, good restaurants and other infrastructure (hairdresser, launderettes, supermarket, atm, wechsestube, taxi and tuk tukstände )

The rooms are modern and tastefully decorated. There was the usual facilities such as a tv (flat screen), telephone, air conditioning, safe, hair dryer, minibar, and kettle. The modern bathroom there are amongst others a large shower cubicle and a bathtub. Next to the bathtub you can get a sliding door open, so that one with the bathing television can see. The hygiene is exemplary.

We had room with breakfast booked. The breakfast is extensive and diverse. All food was fresh and of the best quality. There are other restaurants in the hotel complex we only once the pizzeria used. Here you can good food but has also its price.

The staff is friendly however partly a bit aloof. Questions and wishes are immediately dealt with. Communication wasn't a problem, there the staff with whom we had to do, a good spoke english. A nice guests we found the small birthday cake and champagne on the first evening with the manager.

There are two nice pool with sunbathing area, bar and direct access to the beach. More beach chairs there are on a large lawn with shady trees. From here one comes directly to the beach. Any handtuchschlachten around, as you partly in the mediterranean experienced, are a stranger here. There were enough beach chairs and at any time. At the beach there was high and low tide so that swimming only in the morning have fun. Fresh towels are by the pool spent. Because we for new year's there were, have a great new year's eve party with thai dances, live band, feuerschluckern, a huge buffet and an impressive fireworks experienced. Unfortunately the evening disappointing, as we after the fireworks noticed, that all the tables were cleared and our previously paid drinks all were gone, although the party officially until at 2 o'clock and the band also played. We are then relatively frustrated in our room declined.

The Sheraton is a relatively large hotel which is set in extensive tropical gardens spread. The buildings had maximum 3 floors and lower than the surrounding trees. Building and garden area are in a top well maintained condition. You can all meals in different restaurants, however, compared to to the restaurants outside are quite expensive. There is free of charge wi-fi in the lobby and for a fee also in the room. The types of people are international.

The hotel is located at klong muang beach, close to the village of nong Thale. The transfer time of and to the airport took about an hour. In the immediate area there are several restaurants, bars and shopping possibilities. With the taxi or hotel bus one comes into the neighboring ao nang.

The furniture in the room i've to the entrance already described

We have only once in the hotel and that was the loi krathong firm. It was a great event! We were greeted with a welcome cocktail, then beautifully decorated tables led. The buffet gave it what your heart desires. Very tasty and authentic thai food first starters then fish, seafood, meat, vegetables and other side dishes and in conclusion fresh fruit, thai desserts and ice cream. The whole was a nice program live music and thaitänzen plays. In conclusion we brought all our krathong (small blumenschiffchen with candles and incense) to water and left the wunderschönnen himmelslaternen ascend. It was a wonderful evening. Many thanks again to the manager Urs and the complete staff!

The staff in the hotel is to be praised very much! Friendliness and willingness to help are the motto. There are some forces in the service area the speak german, or are to learn german. We were always very friendly and attentive served. A few friendly words are always honored. The cleaning of the rooms we found always tidy, if also not sterile. From and to you from towels great decorations on the bed, which was a forgotten towel or similar again made up for it. Small defects, like for instance broken coffee maker were taken care of immediately. Thanks to the entire staff!

In the large beautiful garden area there are two pools. One is the malati pool and located near the playground and malati restaurants. Nearby there is the kid's club, the water sports centre and the diving club. The 2. pool is the deck pool with swimmup bar. There very quiet to. Everywhere at the pools and in the garden you will find enough chairs and sunscreens and several hammocks. Everyone finds a spot on which he felt comfortable. Showers are present in sufficient quantity, only changing it is missing.

The hotel has approximately 250 rooms. We stayed in a spacious 50 meters ² large sea facing room with a magnificent view of the garden and the beach. The furniture had a good standard. Large double bed, separate couch with small table, desk, flat screen tv with dvd player, spacious closet, safe, minibar, coffee maker, kettle, daily, replenishment of coffee, tea and water. The bathroom was not in the newest condition, but it was clean and spacious! We only booked with breakfast, which was extensive. Starting with a variety of breads, cakes, freshly baked waffles, butter, cheese, sausage, jam, granola, yogurt, lots of fresh fruits, various thai food, eggs fish prepared. So something for everyone and always completely fresh!

The hotel lies directly at a dream beach. The tides determine the width of the beach, but you can at low tide into the water. However one must already some meters inside, but the water is wonderful! If you from the hotel to the right a few hundred meters at the beach walked along the beach, you will find a restaurant where you according to some guests really good food. We were there twice to have a drink and found the service staff very unfriendly and unmotivated, so we also didn't eat there. We can recommend the restaurants the terrace which is on the main street directly opposite the hotel and our favorite le café. It is located at the small klongmuong Plaza from the hotel approximately 200 meters right the main street down. There are also some small bars, a few shops and massagestuben. If you wanted it a bit umtriebiger like, can with the hotel shuttle for 200 Bhat there and back aonang drive. There, there are everything the tourist heart desires there. Various excursions by boat or car in the hotel or also outside again.
