We stayed last summer holidays (2012) to 3 in the altogether quite nice hotel with extremely friendly staff.
As well as at the reception, as well as in all other areas of the hotel, like for instance the restaurant, we met on very friendly, however not pushy staff. The concierge was around the hour distance and always helpful, knew all to solve problems and had good tipps for excursions and restaurants. The taxi to the airport was promptly ordered.
With the food we were all very satisfied, whereas you had to say, that the breakfast buffet but very expensive was. ...
On the non-binding and hitherto completely werbefreie participation on treueprogramm the hotel chain is per day a coupon for one hour of free wi-fi use.
With the room there were no problems. Everything was clean, the bathroom like also the remainder of the room very inviting and the windows offered direct view of the thames and Tower Bridge.
All in all a successful vacation, although a bit expensive, but this is probably taking place at the same time the paralympics will be payable read more

It is a from the outside ugly concrete block the inside but a lot of has to offer. Don't let them from the outside not put you off! We had our stay booked with breakfast included and I can only recommend to everyone, even if the Starbucks just round the corner is. The types of people are very international and very mixed. There were both typical tourists but also business services, because the hotel otherwise a seminar hotel is. read more

The tower guoman hotel is simply great located.
You could reach everything, whether the red double-decker buses, the tower or the dungeon and so on in a short time.
Only we have a supermarket only on the other side the Tower Bridge or at the Liverpool station found.
We had a room with a very of the Tower Bridge, which small but nevertheless was hard to beat.
The design of the rooms was not in the newest condition, but all important (for example iron for
Suit ) was available.
Cleanliness and service are ok for a 4 star hotel.
With ... questions always helped us out.
By the number of guests it was in brasserie a bit noisy. In the upper restaurant we found it comfortable.
Overall the tower hotel great value for money.
Would book this hotel again any time. read more

The hotel lies in the immediate area the tower station at Katharina dock. Of here you can all major sights London is within easy reach. Greenwich is equipped with a excursion boat quick reachable. Dock directly at the hotel. Practical is it ever. The hotel itself is from the outside an ugly box but you, if you get in the door pleasantly surprised. The female workforce at the front desk works leichr arrogant but outweighs the friendliness the male staff. The rooms are big, clean and the bathroom is small but nice. Make-up mirror and hair dryer, important for the ... women, are available. Coffee and tea you can in the room make yourself. And then the view directly on the Tower Bridge. After outstanding we slept in had we were greeted with a excellent breakfast buffet spoiled. We will stay here again, if we in London are. read more

In 2 minutes on foot bars and restaurant reachable. On the Tower Bridge and you're on the promenade of the river Thames. At the hotel itself> gnaws unfortunately the tooth the time read more

The location is perfect: centrally located at the tower can be reached here on foot many sights as St. Paul' s cathedral, the monument or Spitalfield 's market. Window facing the river Thames is very recommendable. Breakfast directly on the window and a view of the tower bridge, or a magnificent view in the St Katherines wharf with its harbor and the yachts. Service was perfect. For my birthday there was a bottle of very good chilean Merlot and a hand written congratulations card from the management to the room. What else could you want? read more

I was for a city break in London ( not for the first time) and I must say that I absolutely loved it was. The expectations were because of my experiences with London 'middle class' -hotels rather small, but they have been more than just exceeded. Clear the hotel is from the outside a Riesenbetonklotz in the eighties-style. But I was speechless when I entered. The staff were very helpful and has every request from the eyes. I had a double deluxe room, noisy description either with view on St. Kathrine 's dock, river Thames or Tower Bridge. When checking ... in we could even decide-of course we have the bridge chosen. The view was just breathtaking, I would have the whole evenings just to spend, from the window to see-just behind the Tower Bridge was just the current highest building Europe's, the shard, created - furthermore view of the city and St. Pauls. Especially at dusk very impressive! What we absolutely loved it the breakfast was - also here I was from London completely other things used. The selection was huge, daily fresh fruit, muesli, rolls, toast, pastry, very good tea or coffee, a selection of juices, sausage, cheese, different marmelade, baked beans ( delicious!). Only a few days before, a new breakfast room, the gallery, opened, again with absolute Spitzenausblick on the Tower Bridge, the river Thames and Butlers' Wharf. The tube station tower hill is only 10 minutes away. Bars and pubs on the dock with a view of the tower in the immediate area. Very clean rooms and bathrooms, daily fresh towels eTC. I the hotel can definitely with clear conscience recommend, the value for money is unbeatable, and such a view is for this price otherwise nowhere! read more

The hotel lies directly at of the river Thames beside the Tower Bridge and is only few minutes on foot from the subway away. The audience is international. We felt in the hotel very felt at ease and would at any time the hotel book here again. The outside no augenweise but inside everything was picobello. Rooms were clean and mattresses very good. At night it was very silent and you could sleep well. We had a breakfast booked, but at the docks or the subway (2 pound for coffee and a 6 inch) beside the tower breakfast. Furthermore is ... below in the hotel a Starbucks. Restaurants are right behind the hotel on the docks and in a few minutes walk to the river Thames along. Recommendable nonetheless is definitely the oystercard to in London to be mobile. All sights are easily reachable. read more
