A nice vacation overall... However one stood sometimes at the bar, had to walk about 10 minutes wait until a barkeeper arrived at a something to drink to give. The food was coldly lukewarm to maximally, always fries/ rice/Noodles/ potatoes and different types of meat. After two weeks I was glad, that I finally times something else food will see :-) read more

A very nice hotel. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. Our room was huge. Also the bathroom was large and in good condition. The room would be cleaned daily included balcony. We got daily fresh towels.
There was a large selection of food. But as on vacation usual, the food was little seasoned and lukewarm. To the warm up there were Microwaves available.
Drinks were at four bars all inclusive, only the lobby- bar and the sky bar were for a fee.
You had only a narrow street cross, was already one at the beach. ... There costs the loungers and edition and umbrella for 2 people approximately 15 Euro per day. We were in a are air mattresses for 7 Euro bought and then on it. Was more comfortable than with the towel in the sand at beach chairs.-)
Of the entertainment we didn't notice anything. You have the entertainers however now and then for the food seen, but not more.
The pool is large, and is not directly on the street, as at other hotels. There is also a indoor pool, but the we didn't use.
Directly in front of the hotel starts the party area. But if you have the balcony door had closed, was as good as you didn't even notice it. read more

At the pool bar are 4 all inclusive cocktails %BLANK%:-)
For party and the young at heart very suitable, from 3:00 P. M. noise until early in the morning.
In the basement of the hotel there is a Russian disco with very good music, however heard the music to the hotel room (2. the stick).
Animation team was very concerned but also annoying.
Damage in the hotel were within 24 hours repaired. It was cleaned all the time. read more

We were on ladies holliday 1week. A lot of workout with Miimi, Damyan and Rado who did a Great job with smiles and big knowleges. They gave a lot of inspirstions and we had fun.
There was good food for everyone and with all inklusive it was so easy the hole week.
We miss Bulgary and we wish we can come back soon to the same hotel. read more

Hotel was really great. Would anytime again then. In case of any problems was directly helped. We had problem with the air conditioning but very quickly from the caretaker fixed was. The whole hotel had Wi-Fi which one at the front desk buy (1 hour 4 leva or 5 days 50 leva). The hotel has a perfect location. To the beach it are just a few meters and also the party mile is right in front of the door. The beach is unfortunately full mussels and anyway not really clean. There were many broken glass in the sand. For a fee you can go beach chair, umbrella and edition rent (complete 19 leva per day). For a five star hotel we have expected more, especially something the food subject. We had booked all inclusive. The selection was scarce and the dishes mostly not tasty. At the snack bar by the pool I ... would nothing at all food. We had on the 1st day mold in the pastry. All inclusive is worthwhile therefore not at all. We have lunch mostly ate out. The drinks are okay. By the pool there are a small selection at cocktails, in all inclusive included are. Evenings in the Mezzanine bar alcoholic mixed drinks and of course not alcoholic. Cocktails there were also, but must extra be paid (about 8 leva) and they take quite long, if more than one ordered. Something positive are in any case the rooms. They are very big and you were cleaned daily. There is a mini bar and a safe for a fee. We had our room on the 7th floor and could only 3 German channels ( RTL, first, ZDF). About the area: there are many bars and restaurant and also the prices are okay. Furthermore there are a lot of Discotheques at the gold beach. The PR Club, arrogance Club ( directly next to it) and the Malibu club recommend. With TUI it is possible a club tour and one beachparty to book. So perfect for people, like partying go. I found the music however extremely noisy. A little entertainment there are also in the hotel. There is a entertainment team (4 people) evenings a small entertainment program carried out. They have given their best, but altogether was the evening program poor. In short: you have family vacation there to spend, I advise them from. Because peace there is neither the day nor at night. For example runs at the beach bar Mojito ( in front of the hotel) the whole day loud music. For partywütige people ( as we) the gold beach is a great vacation destination, but not in this hotel.
