    We stayed in a little larger room with view of Nordsee. The room and also the bathroom were very clean; the bathroom was large and everything seemed well maintained. There was a possibility tea and coffee facilities. On the balcony there was- jahrezeitlich limited-no chairs.

    The restaurant: Quality and quantity of the breakfast buffet were really good. The service was attentive, it was cleared, if necessary, everything was without any fuss. We ate there one night and were very pleased with the quality the menus. It was with consideration together, one was on our needs. The bistro: Twice evening we sat there and also something to eat. The quality the food was good, the employees seemed a little overwhelmed. The bill was not correct lssued-us! An apology was not-a shame. We give the restaurant 6 suns and bistro 3

    Large room on the 4. floor, balcony with a view of the sea, kettle, minibar (expensive i think), safety deposit box, very nice bathroom with plenty of shelf space, bathrobe, 2 armchair with a table, very little worn, but we didn't care. Everything was there which we to be comfortable needed!

    On holy evening there was a 5-course menu. I could without any problems two dishes replaced. Not from the menu as i only at the telephone it was said, but it was a good alternative offered. On 1st weihnachstag there was a buffet. We personally found very good, therefore we could everything Try ☺ the beverage prices are a bit high. Breakfast is excellent! Pot of coffee at the table, bread and rolls, cold cuts, sausage and jam as a large selection. Salmon, eggs, waffles, cereals, fresh fruits! And so on everything there! In the bistro we were not yet, next time!

    Very friendly staff! Friendly welcome, nice waiters and very nice cleaning ladies! Room cleaning was great! But no 6 suns, as the two are not completely folded, was however locally arranged and partly also taken care of.

Since a large intolerance to foods and also at the pharmaceutical form is available, i was very on the cooperation of the kitchen rely on. That worked brilliantly. Hello, Once to location of the hotel, it is located directly behind the dike and the ocean view rooms have full views of the Nordsee, beach, campsite and some spare time activities, so perfect. Our room was big enough for a rollaway bed and it was still lots of space in order to move freely A flat tv, safe, desk, coffee table, chairs, everything available, also class The bathroom is brilliant and one is a long search for to find something comparable, Very clean, sufficient space, a shower we in the fairytale, hair dryer, make-up mirror, and, space filling, so ... perfect. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, a whole pot of coffee at the table, rich cold cuts, cheese,8 varieties jams, scrambled egg, fried egg, hard boiled eggs, then fresh juice, sparkling wine, waffles, quark, fresh fruit, ( no from the can), and so forth, simply brilliant, ( could unfortunately no photos shoot ) is worthwhile but really. Lunch and dinner I could 't rate since we ate out. The sauna is functional and clean and pleasant. The resting room allows views over the Nordsee, also class, The fitness room I have not tested but the devices are reasonable. All in all it was a nice short break and really recommendable Who however on party out is, is here at the wrong place. read more

It was in the meantime already our umpteenth vacation in the hotel near to the beach and we have the next stay booked. Because of the renovation various spaces ( amongst others bathroom, front desk, dining room), the standard improved. The location directly at the beach is unique in wangerland and with our dogs there is no better hotel there at the coast. We are looking forward to December! read more

The hotel's location is unique. The rooms are very big and well furnished. The kindness and Competence of the staff- mostly very young staff- is second to none. The room ( we had with a view of the sea) has no wishes left left. We also had our small dog with, the also very pleasant was taken (it was in the room on arrival a own blanket and a feeding dish-filled with treats- for the duration of our stay provided). Food in the restaurant Windrose is great. All together a perfect relaxing vacation for all of us! read more

The hotel has a wonderful location right on the dike with the beach behind it. It was recently renovated, and probably some spaces (floor elevator, stairs Leading to the hotel) were forgotten. The rooms are huge, and we had a wonderful view to the sea. Our room could have been a bit be cleaner can (dust) and with the refilling coffee and tea also has not always folded. The beautiful wing chair was already quite worn. The service in the dining room we find a lot of space for improvement. The only very young serving staff acts not experienced, partly ... unprofessional-not a 4 star hotel. Also the spa area quite small. Nevertheless it has and above all because the location loved it, and we felt at ease. We would go there again. read more

The hotel is in horumersiel-district schillig. The hotel building look from the outside took some getting used to, however the constructional condition, good. In the main building are 70 hotel room, in the neighboring buildings are the vacation apartments. Parking spaces are sufficiently available. As for the parking area to get to, use the room key to open a closet - this borders the site. Which very good we find: the hotel addresses the issue of 'conservation'. We were in the early of swallows and strong woke us up. In the room were to explanations ' man and beast under ... one roof'. In the hotel the boiling birds not removed-you live with them. We personally found a really great thing! Finally life we are not alone in the world. read more

    We have a double room with megabyte and eac booked. The view was spectacular! The room was with mini bar, safe, tv ( flat screen), as well as with a kettle in addition, furnished. In the bathroom were hair dryer and shower/ toilet. The furnishing is sufficient and ok. However the cleanliness: everywhere dust from the armchair up in the corners of the room. On the tv-closet a thick straubschicht (was unfortunately always to see, if the sun at the room geschrien has). At the arrival day were the leftovers our predecessors still in the garbage bin and the toothpaste in the washbasin also find could. As well as the hairs of the predecessor in the shower. That is not really cleanliness in a four star hotel. Here I expect for the price by far more! Glasses and mugs we even rinsed off. Also here-no view for cleanliness. Toilet paper, tissues and soap were not regularly refilled. Here we have again and again again at the front desk calls have and the problems eliminate. Also were some days our towels were cleared away, however were no new there. About the area cleaning' we were very much annoyed! Here we have already much better hotels experienced.

    The breakfast buffet was good and varied. Different sausage-, as well as cheeses, salmon, fish and two salads were every day available. But also jams, nutella, honey, pancakes and different types of muesli the guest is offered. On a serve waffle station you could waffles itself. Best we found the tea offer. Lots of different types of tea (loose and in the bag ) - for any taste a sort of this :-) However there was in the organization the a or other problem. From o'clock prevailed at the weekend chaos. All tables occupied, guests have special requests, some guests wished also ' reservation of the tables', other guests were in the middle of in the breakfast room and waited on a table-a absolute mess. The three trainees totally overwhelmed. The breakfast buffet was not any longer refilled and if you get a free table had, waited one 30 minutes before the used table-ware of the predecessor. The begrimed tablecloths were not changed, as well as the mülleimerchen (which on the tables are) not emptied. That is not really cleanliness. We were just on one day 9 hours for breakfast - the remaining days we were before 8 o'clock to eat, since it was still quiet and ' offering a clear view'. Honestly: a four-star hotel can such a move cannot afford! Here we were unfortunately very disappointed. Also other guests from the hotel have strongly criticized. This was reflected in the reviews, every sunday instead of found, cons. The fact is: the apprentices are great work! You only have to learn, to set priorities and need a good teacher! Invest in their professionals and do not force them, a other employers to search, the better working conditions offers.

    The hotel staff members were always friendly and helpful. Especially accommodating mrs J. At the front desk. She was very good mood, about complaints immediately cared and made a very competent impression. The girls in the service ( breakfast area) were very friendly and attempted, under the circumstances, to perform their duties. In the field of cleaning of the rooms we could unfortunately no praise. The lady was very rude and you can tell you, that the job their no fun. This was reflected unfortunately also in the cleaning of the room against (see point room). We lived on the 4th floor

    On the attic storey is the sauna with relaxation area, an infrared cabin, the massage area, as well as a very small fitness room. From the resting room one has a very nice view of Nordsee as from fitness area. In the sauna area one had the feeling, it is not to the hotel complex belongs. Nobody was really responsible. The cleanliness left much to be desired. We found it to be dirty and way too small. Furthermore were many a time no towels more, so you at the front desk had to call. However brilliant was the outdoor terrace. From the sauna area from, you could at the roof'. Around the door open to may, was just a wooden bench in front of the door or a towel between the door stuck. In the outdoor area welcomed us' black teerpappe' and occupational safety for sure not authorised area. The time not at all! For a four-star hotel: no-go!     The hotel is in horumersiel-district schillig. The hotel building look from the outside took some getting used to, however the constructional condition, good. In the main building are 70 hotel room, in the neighboring buildings are the vacation apartments. Parking spaces are sufficiently available. As for the parking area to get to, use the room key to open a closet - this borders the site. Which very good we find: the hotel addresses the issue of 'conservation'. We were in the early of swallows and strong woke us up. In the room were to explanations ' man and beast under one roof'. In the hotel the boiling birds not removed-you live with them. We personally found a really great thing! Finally life we are not alone in the world.

    The hotel is directly at the long sandy beach. You have with a fantastic view on the jademündung and the Nordsee. Short: beach, sea and a fabulous view over the islands! To the city center horumersiel with thermal baths and spa facilities is about 2 kilometer the next larger places are Wilhelmshaven and Jever - these are about kilometers away. The district schillig has not lots to offer. A bakery and two Italian pub are next to the hotel available. As well as a bike rent, supermarket and souvenir shops. To eat one drives then rather after horumersiel. There are fish restaurant to eat and stay a.

We have a long weekend as a part of a family celebration spent in this hotel and we can altogether no complaints at all. The hotel has a exclusive location, because it the only haus its great here in schillig, so directly at the beach, is. This location you pay! Certainly the rooms are very good and really nice equipped and our room offered also a great view of a big balcony on the (Wade -) sea to the port of Wilhelmshaven on the horizon. Two restaurants are right in the house available, really good food offer. Particularly the typical ... dishes on the lake are recommendable. However are both restaurants the only good at the place and it pays you extra. Here we found the value for money and not very justified. Breakfast is really good and plentiful. Especially recommendable are to order custom-made omelets! Unfortunately suffers the breakfast extremely under a bad organized service - tables not cleared, ordered not come, used up not refilled. A great shame! The spa -treatments in the spa area were also good. But also a small drawback: it is with a jacuzzi -pool on the roof of the hotel advertised, but is not finished yet, but in planning! We were satisfied all around. Friendliness, service and cleanliness were excellent. Not to feel comfortable is a trick. We enjoyed also, that the hotel especially in the service area with so many young people working. And they are all really fit! We would gladly come again... Very gladly! read more

Stay the deichgraf can not beat. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, coupled with natural features and personality. No request of the guests is too much. The rooms and the restaurant are absolutely clean. The breakfast is very extensive, the gourmet perfect. We can nothing at all criticize! We have never been so comfortable in a hotel comfortable. If we go back to Wremen come, then we would stay only in the deichgraf stay. To 100 per cent of us highly recommendable! read more

Altogether good hotel with good food ( breakfast), but the offer for children is expandable ( especially in case of bad weather). The room was good equipped (DVD Player, kettle...) , the breakfast buffet was varied and diverse ( waffles, pancakes, cakes, fish...). The games room is however disappointing and the child care seemed to me a little and unimaginative. read more

We were by car arrived. Free parking are in the hotel available. Our room was in 6. Stock, was very big and furnished nicely. The bathroom was new. I had only booked accommodation and breakfast. The breakfast buffet left no wishes unfulfilled. More selection we had in five star hotels not. For a cup of coffee or a dinner is the café-bistro wind rose recommendable. The kompl.
