Hotel Nautilus Barbati^{(3 stars)}

The size of the room was adequate. The balcony was big and beautiful. The furniture was however somewhat older, however functional and reasonable. Our room had a small tv, a safe ( use with extra charge) a small fridge, a telephone and a hair dryer in the bathroom. An airco was also available and would have against an extra charge ( is on Corfu probably so common) can be used. The room was clean. Also the small bathroom (with very small shower) was clean and in good condition. Only the very strong level of cleanliness of the restaurant was not so pleasant.

The hotel has a restaurant and 2 bars ( a bar at the restaurant/ pool and a bar at the decks). We booked half board. The dishes in buffet form offered. The selection was well arranged, but had always varied variants to offer. There were always two meat dishes (one time a week emphasis fish) and a few other warm meals ( for example noodles, rice, fries...) , which one wonderful could combine. Next to the warm dishes there were always fresh salad, watermelon and cold buffet. The desserts were daily changing and very tasty. Also the breakfast we liked it and had something for every taste. Also with large demand was always ( no matter wether breakfast or warm food) adequate refilled. Vegetarians should always something delicious can find. I missed only a few fruit.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The communication worked without any problems. The rooms were daily (except sundays) cleaned and the towels regularly changed. The front desk is 24 hours daily occupied and gives always gladly information of all kinds (also on German). The check-in and check-out was friendly and uncomplicated. On demand also gladly for the clairaudient helped.

Every friday is greek evening in the nautilus, which one Good and (with desire and mood) also participate can. On further animations is here waived, here however to an extremely relaxing and relaxing atmosphere adds. Gladly and much used the free board games and free internet access of the hotel. Sun screens are around the pool and on the plateaus to be had free of charge. There are on the pool and the plateau also open showers. The hotel consists of several dispenser houses on a hillside. It is wonderfully located, with a sensational view of the sea and the nearby the pantokrator (berg). The complex is although already somewhat older, but is located in a clean and intact condition. On the hotel are also a small children's playground and two ping-pong tables. The large pool, the also a small separated children's area has, is very clean and inviting. About a stairs rich way leads in a few minutes to the great found swimming areas the hotel, from which you into the sea comes. The decks attached is also a plateau bar, the beverages of all kinds for the guests available. The way to the plateau however for disabled or older people very cumbersome and not recommendable. From the found swimming areas can also enjoy free canoes be borrowed. We rarely a hotel experienced, in which we so quickly so felt comfortable. The international guests ( German, dutch and a few british, french and east europeans) remained evenings often for a long time around the pool, across comfortable and relaxed atmosphere board games to play, to chat or a bit of the free wi-fi access of the hotel to use. Loud partygoers were here luckily not met, what here also is not allowed.

The hotel lies in the wonderful north-east the island on a hill, close to the small town of the same name barbati. After barbati one arrives on foot in about 15 minutes walk. However leads the way there directly at a busy street along and is not dangerous. If you prefer to use the free shuttle bus take, the 3 times daily from the nautilus to barbati runs and also gladly a einkaufsstop power. In barbati there were numerous shops and restaurants. The pebble beach in barbati is clean and inviting, as well as the right behind the bars and restaurants. The found swimming areas of the hotel ( and therefore the sea) can be reached in a few minutes' walk. Directly in front of the hotel is a bus stop, from which you for example relatively quick and easy to Corfu-city. Renting a car is very quick and discovery the great island very recommendable.

Too few capacity, to clothes wegzuhängen. The bathroom and the shower are too narrow.

The food is simple, but good. There is too few tables in the outdoor area, so you evenings on the sun loungers sit down should.

One is tried, drawbacks as quickly as possible jet lag.

The pool is clean. The loungers were undamaged.

The hotel is very poorly soundproofed, so that at night not peace finds. You can hear the snoring of the neighbors, as well as every flush. The bathroom, in particular the shower is very small and there are for 2 persons hardly place, to its clothes hanging space (circa 45 centimeter long clothes bar).

The next purchase- and entertainment possibilities are about 2-3 kilometres away. There is a free hotel-shuttle service to the beach from barbati.

Simple yet absolutely sufficient facilities. Wonderful view from the balcony. Unfortunately the rooms are extremely clairaudient.

The choice of warm dishes was nothing special large. That is in my opinion but also unnecessary. The quality of the food was very good. There was always fresh salad, a soup, at the buffet two complete dishes (mostly meat; 1 time per week fish) and dessert ( fruits and/ or dessert). Also we, as non-meat eaters always a delicious court able to put together. As strictly vegetarian one however very limited.

The whole hotel-team was friendly and attentive. We felt very welcome.

Except for one greek evening in the week there are no animation. The would also not at all to the peaceful and informal atmosphere fit... There is a small playground, a ping-pong table and small canoes for hire. Water sports/waterfun offers the barbati -beach. The nautilus -hotel represents board- and card games available. Many of the guests used this offer and sat evenings to the pool folksy together, with a small glass of wine or beer board games to play. We enjoyed the relaxed and comfortable atmosphere very much enjoyed. The pool is large, has a (very) small separated children's area. Very clean! Many loungers around and a sensational sea view and the pantokrator!

The hotel consists of several small buildings and is attractively laid out. It is on a hillside secluded from town of the same name barbati. The location is nice, the view of the sea breathtaking. On foot one arrives in about 10 to 15 minutes in the place. However you have to a large extent on a relatively busy street go... It is be careful! There is nothing for children and also nothing for night walks. During the day the hotel bus 3 times after barbati. For all, the no remmi demmi have a vacation want, the hotel is very recommendable. It is a informal hotel in a beautiful location that offers great value for money. The air conditioning is extra will be charged, which one should know. Also note, that the way to the found swimming areas of the hotel is very steep. For people with going complaints and, where appropriate, for older people perhaps too cumbersome... In short: rarely a hotel with such a large feel good factor experienced. The nautilus is distinguished by a beautiful and relaxed atmosphere. In spite of the small flaws ( but perhaps the charm with mind). Fussy tourist should rather another accommodation choose. But if you first of all value relaxation, warmth and a charming ambience sets, will in the nautilus be comfortable.

The location is great for all, the a relaxing hotel want. Watchable it is certainly one of the most charming areas the island. By bus one arrives fast and cheap to Corfu-city. For a few days a car to take, is recommendable. The (gravel -) beach in barbati is nice and was at least during our stay in September not crowded. A special highlight for us were the found swimming areas of the hotel, from which you into the water go can.

There's a restaurant and a bar. The cooking style was not typical of the country and not diverse.

The staff's hospitality went. Foreign languages skills were good. Cleaning of the rooms = thumbs down. Sundays the room not at all cleaned, since sunday not work. In my opinion there is in the hotel industry no sundays! Additional services were not available.

Pool was clean. Entertainment = 0. Sporting activities not available.

The complex is very well arranged and probably a kind family-run hotel. You should be good on foot, because there are lots of stairs especially to the sea down. The bathing plateau itself was nice, only you had to early in the morning in a hurry to find a place. The cleanliness in the hotel leaves a lot to be desired ( the view under the bed was enough \u263a ). The rooms are very small, the bathroom even smaller. The shower head 'filthy'. The rooms are very sparsely furnished. The hotel has a unloving and listless impression made. Somehow only the coerced taken care of. We had booked all inclusive, however we had to three-quarters the drinks menu pay. Also the airco in the room costs 6 Euro per day extra! The food wasn't especially varied. For breakfast day for day the same. In short: you could actually only flee and the island see, this the vacation not quite into the water falls. TUI itself was alright. We would this hotel never again book and some reviews not understand. Respect: Corfu is expensive. The prices have abnormally dressed, even the petrol is more expensive as in Germany. We relax, but never again the life we book this hotel.

The location is good, however you have to fit on foot his. Lots of stairs and very steep.

Room very small, old furnished, not clean enough. Noise from the street unbearable at night, at o'clock you get automatically awake. Air conditioning costs extra.

All inclusive- drinks are very sparse poured, wine tasted like acetone, beer seems alcohol to be. For good! Alcoholic beverages you had to extra are charged. Breakfast every day right, but good. Evenings two choice menus, mostly regional cuisine, tastes delicious. However at o'clock were always cleared off and the whole evening long you had to at of the terrace sit without any views of snacks or snacks.

Except one nice barkeeper and helping chef all other are arrogant, to wait a long time or ignore even at the bar waiting guests. Only cleaning lady, although very nice, can unfortunately not 100 room alone manage.

Activities in the hotel directly nothing. Evenings at of the terrace fills general boredom from. One must itself employ and excursions with tour operator book, respectively car rent and area explore. Commendable service of car- and motorradservice. Pool is clean and beautiful, however only few spots all around.

Room tiny, two hard beds ensure durchgemachte nights, constant noise from the street didn't disturb the night's sleep. Cleanliness is not German meaning, towels were in the course of the entire week no only times changed! Although the on the floor were. They were always carefully cared for, folded, respectively hung up again. Bathroom claustrophobic small, fossil, hornissenalarm!

The dining room was perhaps large enough, but too many tables and chairs left it not to, unimpaired with a little space to eat. As soon as at the next table other guests sit down wanted, you each otherfitness. The area always pop and rock -music, probably to entertainment should be, but also rather annoyed. Outside by the pool to food was not recommendable, because of the numerous wasps were, the a life very hard made. For breakfast: I am not picky about food, but for breakfast I actually expect a rolls - no-there was not. Bread as an alternative? hhm... Rather less. If bread, then only small slices of white bread and from time to time times a few cut with grains in it - however therefor there was zwieback, respectively hard bread, that appeared as zwieback. Muesli, flakes, milk, cheese and sausage - yes. Also jams and quark. And the coffee - yes, it was okay. But a good breakfast? Nee, the looks differently. Who all in the world has this hotel 4 stars missed? Lunch and dinner was relatively identical-it was enough to eat-and it was all right - unfortunately however every day noodles-there was also meat or fish - vegetables also times varied - but also always noodles. Coffee in the afternoon there were sometimes with cakes ( if you fast a piece of had caught) or with biscuits. The food altogether was however reasonable - we are not verhungert. Trays you had to itself remove-for me completely okay, if they still have been space, on the small abstell table and someone from the staff it now and then clearing would. All persons from the staff attempted itself now and then a smile abzuzwingen, ran but otherwise with terrible mean faces around, so that you can almost apologize wanted, that one at all vacation makes. To the drinks and the bar. All inclusive-guests - as we- sometimes waiting for your drinks, if the bar-keeper a guest looked, no green bracelet carried and thus paying guest. Really great! The wine tasted odd and cheap. During the day the bar was very, very often not at all manned, so that you-despite all inclusive - nothing got to drink.

Relatively friendly to at check in - suitcase and the guests even with a shuttle bus himself to the rooms respectively flats, which is quite steep uphill went. And that was all. Afterwards it was friendliness past! With the German language you had here first no chance. Greek or English you had to speak. It was nowhere in the rooms and not at the front desk something to flyers or information, which the hotel offers above-the pool area at the sea we have on own fist by chance discovered. The hotel was a dog strayed, which before 3 weeks 4 young to world had brought. The took care of the management but little. The guests was told, that provided for everything-around these to calm down. Now the young animals but slow fully-fledged and was also already times on the grounds, so that I one night hours a pitiful groan under my balcony heard. When I have a young animal found, I to the front desk gone to ask, where I would bring. The management twisted the eyes, the other staff was annoyed. Here the hotel has-staff to respond. Are they the welfare call and care; but not so do as would be everything ok - and the dogs at the end then eh perish leave. Because if the guests not the dogs cared would have, would not longer be alive. Awful! Each of the other guests, with which we spoken have, klgte loud room amongst others - they spoke the, regretted the very, changed it but they were not, and you could feel, that were thought was :' let me in peace with your stuff. ' no detailed correct information, when the buses where to leave. Plan was from, but had other times as the plan on the road. Was offered in the house nothing, except for a greek evening at the friday. And this meant then, 3 people danced to greek music - hossa -what a joy.

What was still right sport and entertainment? Oh yes-I know it again-but not to find. There was once a movie-evening offered. But on the placard was only ' today movie ' Hugo' at o'clock - we didn't it crawled, where the hotel-cinema probably may be. But then we had a small room discovered, the misappropriated-which so embarrassing was, that anyway jingegangen -and shortly after 8 evenings was then quickly the placard but removed. Sport? Yes, we have a baseball -basket seen, of 5 years, last time was on a surface, which totally with weeds overgrown and hard reachable was. The pool was ok. Decent size, very clean, and about 20 loungers. Around tables and chairs. Looked passable.

The hotel Nautilus features 4 individual flats. The block at the sea, of course, in the pictures in the book is shown-, because this very nice appears as presentation and a boat was photographed, you will find only by coincidence, if at all. And this is very far away from the other 3 flats-about 10 minutes walk and only steep stairs downhill. The apartments are provided with equipped with around 25 to 30 room on 2-3 floors. The paths to the rooms were very steep and toilsome to reach the front desk. The size of the rooms are more or less fine, however the two beds were already times the cement horror. 190 centimeter long and perhaps 75 centimeter wide-that resembles a crib-terrible. For the clothes there is no closet, merely a few drawers. Also a bedside table does not exist - only mounted boards and chair. On the balcony table and 2 chairs and the - but also only that-was ok. The bathroom has toilet, mini -shower and washbasin. Hygiene can businesses will, if it warm water would have given-and you got often only with a bit of luck, if you the water 20 to 30 minutes walk left. The information at reception, that you with water thrifty deal in this hotel, is the sheer mockery. The walls between the rooms are not thicker than good cardboard. You heard from the neighbors the pee and almost every word of the conversation. If the neighbors gevögelt have, you had the impression, they would directly with me in the room make. The toilet flushing, the water pressure-noise from the washbasin and the shower one of the last room in the hallway very noisy. That means - no matter whoever in the block of flats only the water tap flushed, you heard it everywhere very, very loud. Simply was atrocious. If you stay here without betäubungs or strong sleeping pills an eye at night, I could only congratulate. For me it was hell. The towels were changed, yes. At least a new small I got daily new, the towel was 1 times in this week replaced. The room was relatively clean at check in; but as I only a only cleaning lady in this hotel seen, the all rooms on day cleaning is, she can hardly very thorough make. This would not be possible and is therefore the hotel management the fact. The room key had also stromspender be used. That was quite annoying, if you evenings opened the door, and had then first in the dark the keyhole from the inside find complete, afterwards then the key in the slot pocket then light to get. All furniture and the building even, as well as doors and window very old and shabby and more than in need of renovation. TV there were also-and even with 3 programs - jippie -and one of them was even a German channels. The fridge worked however immaculate. All told a completely awful hotel and no beautiful room.

Death, dead, the deadest! Peaceful location is something wonderful, if you peace want. A prison but I didn't look for my stay on Corfu. And that was it! The hotel is in barbati on a busy, very narrow street without path. It was absolutely impossible any walk to make, because you had to onto the street - and that was höchstgradig perilous. Until the next house, respectively to a point, where does something like 'life' was, (which means, where one at all a other mneschen sah ) you had to but this streets -and around 2 to 3 kilometer. If you however not be carrage way wanted, especially with darkness, remained on the estate of the hotel - obligatory. Peace however there was not to find, because a all the guests ja stay there and somehow kill time had - especially evenings - if the bus service for instance to Corfu-city or to the beaches had been foreseen, B stay in the room only sad and depressed and anyway too loud because of the neighbors, on the thin walls - and C on the grounds even there wasn't anything where you go. If guests after the dinner only all sit around in the dining room and the dark pool ( not a light or a candle on the tables a little atmosphere to mediate) then many read only, with the notebook work, music the headphones have heard or (and the is brilliant:-) parlor games played together a la 'ludo', ' rummicub ', ' halma ', 'kniffel', 'monopoly', 'chess', and what was still there... , I feel like in a rehabilitation clinic for strong-psychic sufferers or as a -year-old in a youth hostel in the 80. Years. Just the pure horror! Somewhere different eat out or something drink in a bar elsewhere as in the hotel - no way. Never! The way from the reception down to the sea ( where the 4. block of flats was) was steep and hard to reach. This area was however ok. There were relax -possibilities as boat jetties built and also chairs were enough available. However alltogether it was the toteste location a hotels, that I have ever experienced. One was really caught there.

The rooms are simple, however reasonable. Only the cleanliness in the room could in my opinion a bit better.

No typical greek food, however for the price completely fine. The salad-bar is right varied.

The staff were constantly friendly and very helpful. The receptionist speaks good German. On the first day I arrived late and they have given me from offered, me dinner to bring. As I once sleepy and only after eleven hours in the dining room wavered am, her me even a late extra breakfast -totally nice. Basically one could say, if you changes wishes and respond immediately. Another lady for example on request on a room with sea view been mislaid. The two bar-young are very friendly. At the hotel there was a stray dog with puppies, the dwarf was. I thought it was good, that the staff you fed and helped, the animals in good hands-which also succeeded! Very much the usual, but it is after my experience in southern countries unfortunately, such animals as disturbance and 'simply to disappear'. This was luckily different.

I was not on entertainment from - for hiking the hotel offers a very good starting point. But there are friday the greek evening, access to the internet also worked. Boring I was never. The pool is clean and pleasant.

The hotel Nautilus barbati has a wonderful location in green surroundings - exactly the right thing for nature lovers. There is no beach with massenliegen right on the hotel, but into the heart of the green built wood platforms, where one under olives and other trees and sound outstanding can relax. I found it to be very romantic. The water is crystal-clear and full of shoals of fish, which one while snorkeling good watch. Once came even dolphin past. Such a hotel I find personally much nicer than such ' massenklötze ', as you often beaches looks. There are steinklippen to the sea, which are very nice. A beach there are furthermore the place barbati, to the three times daily a small bus from the hotel the guests on request brings here. The rooms are simple, however reasonable. The value for money is in my opinion altogether very good. With the half-board are evening drinks not with included. I found it but not bad, as it is in the supermarket very cheap large 6-packs water buy can. Cold beer costs 2 (resources ) respectively 3 (large ) Euro. Nice, relaxed atmosphere in the evening at the bar and friendly staff.

Location in the mountainous more emphasized than. I was there mainly hiking and thrilled by the beauty of the island. Who hiking would like, I can the rother guide Corfu highly recommend-without this book I would have the wonderful routes never found! I had a small rental car procured and that for a hiking vacation very useful. I dragonflies, turtles, snakes (be careful, not with naked feet through the undergrowth stomp, some are poisonous :-) ), a smaragdeidechse and countless other interesting animals discovered. Partly there was next to olive groves even primeval forests to the mountain slopes. Beautiful! You can also good as a woman alone hiking. The people in the villages are very kind and helpful. The capital is about a good half hour in the car, furthermore there is regularly a bus back. In the nearby located barbati there were small supermarkets and taverns and in the also nearby ipsos an atm.

From the rooms in the lower block one with a fantastic view on the nit the capital, go ahead and book.

The buffet was with plenty of choice and fulfilled average claims, from culinary reasons is anyway not to Greece.

The service was always friendly and attentive, in english was a no communication problems possible.

Of the pool there is a magnificent view of the see, chairs are quickly taken, we have the swim platforms preferred.

The hotel has charm on its familiar leadership and simple décor. If you can do without luxury is in good hands here. The rooms are very small but clean.

The hotel is because of its terraced area for old and people with disabilities not convenient. The beach is on a approximately 400 meters long distance on the coastal road in around 15 to 20 minutes walking distance. A good alternative the original bath platforms dar. The missing animation promotes relaxation.

There was a groen dining room you arduous climb had. The food was good, but the choice was very poor: fruit I in the week not seen. Also very hard to get used to, that you put your plates on the tray itself remove and on 3 small tables the mostly overcrowded (see picture). Also the tables and tablecloths were not always clean. If bread or mugs ending one had to partly 10 minutes to wait. Furthermore has not bother us, that a dog the dining room is. Impression the animal, not the cleanest. On the final day our vacation was the dog then geschorren.

All together was the present staff friendly. The cleaning of the rooms was rather poor Apart from that there were no amenities

Sport and entertainment was not abgeoten. The pool was oK (even with the best). If the abhand down very hard to get to the felsenstarnd or you can take the hotel bus to the beach ( pebble beach).

To the hotel: To the hotel belong 3 other buildings. You can in this hotel half board or all inclusive book. The rooms make no good impression small, old furniture and definitely not clean. On arrival stuck on the floor. The rooms are equipped with a double bed, fridge, telephone, tv ( only a German channels VOX), a small table and an old dresser and a balcony. A closet there were sad not. The bed or better said, the board. Incredibly hard mattresses not relaxing. The bathroom, what is very small, has a sink; toilet and a shower. The general state looks at first glance ok. Unfortunately come by ventilation shaft ( bathroom ) again and again bugs out (disgusting). Furthermore was the bathroom not always cleaned. At the weekend was not at all cleaned. Little water pressure in the bathroom available Guests: Mostly were German, a few dutch and swiss guests.

The location was far from everything way. The on foot to the beach is extremely dangerous, as there is no sidewalk, the locals like crazy and the streets are so worn out and extremely winding. The hotel has a travelbus what to 9:30 in the morning the guests to the beach and they then 14,30 pick up In the village there are 2 supermarkets the bargain prices drinks and sell foodstuffs. The best you could rent a car and drove towards Corfu city. Excursions could either with the particular tour operator booked or by car itself to explore ( not always simply there a lot bad signs). Rises were really hard and I think, that this hotel for older people, disabled and infants is not suitable

My room was not huge. For me it was enough, as I am a double - as a single room had. The closet is not so huge, if you as a couple drives should one in suitcase leave. Air conditioning there are. I have not used. This is in use extra cost. The balcony is not huge but sufficient. A fridge in the room is available, I didn't use. Safe there is also, these have I also not needed. The furniture is not the latest however reasonable. What however a small problem was the shower. This is a lot. 50 times 50 or 60 times 60 as I only 53 kilograms cradle and 165 centimeter large, this was even for me a small problem. But what you for one week bear can.

There's a restaurant where all meals were offered. For breakfast there was cereal, 1 sort of cheese and 1-2 sorts of cold cuts. But there was the small sausages, boiled eggs. Quark and fruit. Marmelade. There is everyone tomorrow barguettebrot and 2-3 bit of dry cake, croissants. Altogether is self-service and the cutlery was also even way to bring. With the trays however not a problem. Lunch as evenings there were also buffet. There are 2-3 menu' s to choose from, which also tasted. You could even put together. Noodles and fries there is also almost always. Tomatoes, gherkins and a delicious zaziki there is always. The food is rather German angehaucht, which I of course very much appreciated :-)

At the staff there is nothing to complain about. They all have an ear to lend and try to small faults to remedy. I had the first 2 days almost cold water in the room, what the 3 day fixed was. However dripped it afterwards under my washbasin. This was unfortunately not turned off, despite complaint. I but not the vacation spoil, because this is irrelevant found. Most speak English and a lady at the front desk also German. I really pleased the warmth. My room was clean and hand towels were changed. It was missing after the small towel, but that didn't bother me.

There is entertainment no in the hotel. I found that very good. You can go shopping in the next place. I agree with the hotel bus to the supermarket drove for water and to buy cigarettes. Cigarettes you can not in the hotel buy, you should know that. Water for the room there is also in the hotel for 2 Euro to buy. The hotel has a all inclusive-bar in the hotel lobby and a bathing surface. The bar at the plateau is however not always open. A small tip, a small bottle of water down take until the barman again drinks served. This is the fact, that the barman in the plateau also the bus driver to the beach is. I had all inclusive and there is nothing to moan about here. Whoever expected more, must also more money pay and accordingly other services. Towels were changed, except sundays.

To the beach and next place it was about a mile. Drives here 3 times per day a bus from the hotel. For guests, the not are physically fit, I wouldn't recommend the hotel, because of some treppenanstieg biseken is steep. If you not a problem has, this hotel is the right place. There are some travel offers. I had a visit to sissischloss and was satisfied. The drive in Corfu-city I with the public bus made. Per drive 2,20 Euro. The public bus goes right on the hotel. What else could you want. Apart from that is evenings the view was very nice on the sea and depending on what you for a room has, you a spectacular view on the sunrise and sunset. However you should be aware, that around the hotel nothing is. I had the luck very nice people to meet, so that we evenings in nice round sat together and have laughed have. Oh so, the distance to the airport by bus approximately 30 to 45 minutes. Depends, as lots of hotels on the route.

The room is functional decorated but clean and for two people perhaps nothing special large, but when you on vacation in the room on? My room had a built-in closet and a large chest of drawers so i could not understand, the apparently no possibility gives its clothes to stow away. Every room has a balcony, mostly with a view of the sea. Fridge, tv (even with two german channels), safe and air conditioning system-this however only for a fee. The bathroom is rather small and the shower is really tiny... But you can perfectly showers and i do not belong to the size zero group. The water pressure and temperature is not like in Germany but whoever complained about it was probably still often in southern europe on the way.

There are two bars in the hotel, an in the main building which in the morning 10:00 until into the night was open and a bar by the bathing surface, but not always was occupied, but none is thirsty. The hotel has a restaurant, which is in the main building is. If the hotel was booked... For me it was always tuesday And wednesday The case, then it could quite tight, because then too few tables in the outdoor area were available. The food is in buffet form enough and i found the selection of dishes completely adequate. The bread which all meals served: i have rarely so fresh & tasty bread in southern europe handed get. As mentioned i had booked all inclusive and the services that were absolutely adequate... We are talking about a star hotel and not 5 star luxustempel in Turkey or anywhere else, this should all nörglern maybe even be aware.

The staff, no matter wether now desk, barman, costa (the driver), maids were always always friendly and helpful and with english you wonderful managed. A woman at the front desk speaks also very well german. The cleaning of the rooms was more than reasonable, the towels were changed every day (except sundays) and the, although i the towels not on the floor thrown have. For information the rooms are but very badly soundproofed and people with very light sleep may have their problems the sufficient peace to get, if you before 24 o'clock want to go to sleep... There the majority of the guests between 22 and 24 hours of the bar the rooms go... I had no one to complain but i from other travelers received, the complaints, or other anliegem the hotel always hard to help. And the shortcomings, if possible immediately turned off.

The pool was really clean and it was in my opinion plenty of umbrellas & chairs, even if you first at 11 o'clock there was one has still got a beach chair. The view, as already mentioned several times : a dream the albanian coast or to Corfu-city and mountain pantocrator. The bathing surface almost had a romantic nature, with olive and super in the hillside. There was enough chairs and sun screens. The sea was crystal clear and warm. There was no entertainment luckily no, except on friday a greek evening, where a folklore troupe (4 dancers) national dances mentioned, where the guests best with were included. There were wi-fi in the main building, which i did not use however.

The hotel is as in the travel brochure described : a somewhat smaller hotel with 100 rooms in several buildings on the hotel distributed. The hotel is in the gebirgshang built, thus should actually self-explanatory, that one stairs and/or steep paths to go must, in order to from the room the main building (which the lobby, a bar, the restaurant and the pool contains) to arrive. Furthermore, if you the hotel bathing would like, must one stairs go. For older people, small children or handicapped people is this hotel so it's not really suitable. For all other, it should quite feasible. I found it despite a variety of stairs (from the main building to the room 53 steps), rather than nice, since the hotel in the landscape resembling. The view of the pool and the bathing surface is fantastic. I had booked all inclusive and had no reason to complain. Furthermore has one very fast contact to the other guests get.

The hotel has a bathing surface-which was really fantastically located is, as you will be charged in the deep ocean to swim can. Furthermore there is three times on the day a shuttle bus from the hotel after barbati to the beach or to the supermarket. The beach from barbati, is a pebble beach, but superbly located is... There the main street far away -not as in ipos or corfu town, where the beach maximum 3 metres wide and directly behind the street is. Barbati is a small town with a few souvenir shops, supermarket, restaurants and great bars. If you have no shuttle bus to the town, then you must the main street go along, the no footpath and may, after 2. curve the abbreviation over the dirt track directly at the beach along take... The exact wegzeit, i don't know, as it wasn't on the clock looked... But i know the way ( auftstieg to the hotel) long not so difficult was, as expected. You can furthermore with the regular bus to corfu town drive for 2,20 Euro, which departs from just in front of the hotel. Transfer time to the airport a maximum of 1 hour but then drives the bus really lots of hotels at. Excursion possibilities are in fact only given, if you have a rental car or scooter rents oneself or day trips through a tour operator bay. Which i twice did: once corfu with sissischloss, and a boat trip, which i now as nothing special thought it was great, but more of the travel line-as this only broken spoke german. The 2. tour, was Praga with paxos and antipaxos... Absolutely worth seeing. Great coasts, turquoise sea etc.

The food was sufficient, but it was no variation and it was nothing special healthy. in the dining room ran constantly dog of the hotel around. Restaurant it was not really, rather the release of guests in a youth hostel.

Staff are unfriendly. Speak mainly broken English. It was the impression prevalent, that guests only bother you. Cleaning of the rooms happened every day, that means a half cleaning buckets water for the infrequently of 15 rooms. In my room found after every cleaning long black hair, I myself almost bald head. It smelled very after chemistry, partly rays the bathrooms after kloake. Laundry service, doctor, child care just wrong. Complaints only with a a shrug of the shoulders indifferent dismissed, a change did not happen.

The pool was clean, as far as the can be judged. Other sports are not. Internet, shops, kiosk do not exist. Not even a bottle of water was to get. Only glasses with water at the bar.

Room very neglected; bathroom very small and with mold on the walls and in the shower. Very loud! Sleep is no night have been possible. Paper thin walls, each conversation and noise from neighbors hear read. Very loud, primitive guests. Many dutch and british. Drunk women, the night in the rooms yell. Relaxation is right nothing. Need vacation after the vacation. Hotel lies absolutely lonely, away from the shot. Evening walks are not possible, as you only on the busy highway lead. Shopping miles away. Unfriendly staff. Only private explore back we discovered a 2. Spaces for sunbeds of the hotel at the water front. Photos on the internet show only the schokoladenseite of lake. The complex consists of four major large apartment blocks. Evenings jugenherbergsatmosphäre, a whole dining room full of people, the playing parlor games or get drunk, because you don't undertake can.

The next beach is perilous easily reachable on foot in half an hour. Very dirty. The hotel itself has no beach, just a platform, from the sea can be reached. Excursions are in the own discretion provided, the public traffic connections are bad, irregular busabfahrtzeiten. You can already times a hour on the bus wait. Unbelievable conditions. Purchase- and entertainment possibilities are miles away.
