In the house it was quiet, as we possibly the only guests were. Outside you hear late night revellers on their way home. In spite of the timely arrival was no staff more locally. Therefore, no Wi-Fi more used. The rooms should in future be renovated. The breakfast only had a small selection, the lady but friendly and helpful. Altogether too expensive for the offered performance. read more

Very getting old. The lift that is unacceptable, one doesn't feel so comfortable in the old lift. Room könnent times renovated will. Look sixties Seventies. For a night okay. Have 1 double room with extra bed ordered, received 1 double room and 1 single room, the was perfect. read more

We were in the city a football game on the Betzenberg to visit and have a night in this hotel spent. Close proximity to stadiums and also to the train station are good and we would the hotel again choose! For a night or seminary week is the hotel recommendable! many thanks at the friendly lady at the front desk ( in the evening )! read more

Good hotel for 1-2 nights if you no choice large expectations has. In the heart of the city, easy to find from main station. small Helmut breakfast, is however in order to full to be. room very old inn. was already closed for the season second time and was really satisfied! read more

The hotel is located more or less in the center of the city. From the train station, you can reach it with the bus (direction Sonnenberg) 102, stop Martin. This is the second bus stop, after the central railway station. I asked the hotel first of several issues, including whether you with public transport. ' Yes' and the answer was, the bus stop is in the immediate vicinity. That wasn't't very pleasant, but unfortunately not the whole truth. In town there was out, that the hotel from the train station take the bus can reach, but not go back, because ... the way back to the airport the other. If you have a lot of luggage, you had a problem. I would have expected, the fact that you already before the reservation refers, in other words the whole truth, and not only the half. The hotel was so far but not bad. But just to another weak point to refer to, there is a wireless connection, but they cost 5, -€ per day. After the password I leave, I am, not managed. The check-in process was used so far, that a yellow Press button, then enter the password and ready is the bleak. But this has unfortunately didn't work. I would therefore ask at the reception. The lady had a written statement, which we are followed, but we always got a window, it wasn't't turned on. We are then left it, that someone would be there tomorrow, I can help. On the next day there were two young ladies at the front desk. Also they have tried everything, it didn't work. If you are the network cable attached, it worked, but I would have been able to work in the room. The ladies ha-Ben a company called, the obviously the hotel in these issues working treut. This could help wanted to but not on the phone, but had to come, for a fee. I have stayed but thankfully. Instead I at the meeting I attended asked, someone. The solution was very easy. You have to press only with the right mouse button-note the yellow and then on 'Wiki management'. Furthermore, in accordance with the instruction of the hotel and the windows that then is also occupied. As a result, you can enter the password and it works. I told this solution to the hotel, know that the, if such a case. The bestwestern was the charge would be but the five €, I would have had to pay for one day, adopted. I thought that was really very good and commendable. To get to the positive points to come. I have never stayed in a hotel, where all the staff so friendly and courteous. The place has started so that, upon arrival that I once said my name and then subsequently been addressed promptly and with this. These are little things, but I am delighted to see that tremendous. Another example. I had requested on the reservation for two or three extra pillows. When I arrived at the hotel and said my name, told me the ladies at the front desk, that the additional pillows on the rooms are. This is not a matter of course. Most of the hotels I must then only to remember your promise! In relation to transportation to and from the hotel was absolutely unsurpassed. The breakfast room is small and consists of only four tables in the whole. At each table is a basket with packaged rolls and breads. A basket with honey, jam, sugar, cheese corners, etc. The rolls were not fresh, but apparently bad. Due to the capacity problem the lady came with a plate with sausage and cheese, from which you can take. At the dinner table is also plain that you can freely. Ever-you get a small pot of coffee put. So I was with the breakfast-from satisfied. The room was so far so good. There was a small desk, a small tv with receiver, in other words there were more channels than the usual antenna attainable. The double bed was large and good. Also a mini bar could not be missed. A small drawback was, that the closet has an incorrect key, the won't fit. You could not shut the door, but only lean. The bathroom was simple, but everything was there, which one needed. The door was only with violence umbrellas. But it didn't bother me. Transportation to and from the hotel, there were good places to shop. There is a on-train, the entrance in addition is however half a floor higher. The floor in my room had, was no exit.
