    Size and the condition were the only at our room, at the nothing to complain about there was. Tv is tiny! Toilet and bath very dark, and also unfortunately not neat. Superficially clean

    Several theme restaurants, we have asia try, it was good. Dining areas bright and airy, clean, nice atmosphere; Food is varied and there is plenty of choice. Unfortunately the tischwein completely more inedible; taste is always subjective, but the many full glasses, the fall saw one, that we are not alone in such a way went. In the last five stays in this house the wine was always very good, but as the management at the wrong end one saved.

    Chambermaid was friendly and tried with all kinds of handtuchfalterei, the room friendly way. Clean it would have been better for us. Neither the land damp wiped off (three days the same gläserringe ), spilled soda next to the bed was only wiped off, after we the bed a meters to the side pushed had, cobwebs, dust on all edges made it pretty uncomfortable. The ' hammer ' the staff at the reception. We had a room with a sea view for a substantial price markup booked. It was in a way, ocean view (side to the left), but straight ahead and right we had a view of dirty roof, satellite-tracking devices and to top it off there were directly under the air conditioning, the 24 hours before itself roared. At the front desk we were as an alternative only a room with a bed, as well as a room without seaview. After we declined, the tone at the front desk quite rough. We were annoyed and kept the first room, around only times to arrive. On the next day-another gentleman at the front desk- the same game. This gentleman was so loud and rude, that we quite stunned 'tasks'. I was in the end, led, me here such negative to say. Mrs p. from the customer service made it further back and forth possible, that we 500 points of our regular passport for a late checkout use. With a bit of friendliness and somewhat polite courtesy from the side of the hotel we would gladly come again, but that is not how it works.

    In march one couldn't do much to expect entertainment-if one arrives-, but we were pleasantly surprised. A small, but fine team, the evening entertainment was very fun and lively style. Chapeau, rafi! The cushions by the pool are badly in need of replacement!

    The rooms are by the size and the condition of the hotel okay. The safe is free of charge. The mini bar with soft drinks and two cans there was genuine effes stocked. The air conditioning was okay. Kettle for coffee and tea is available. The size the bathroom was acceptable. The cleanliness can you accept even if it because of of staff shortages shoo, shoo is. You could the hotel some upgrade, if the baths through showers to be replaced.

In january were because of very few guests about 14 days long the portions decreases, but the variety of dishes was just as large. The cleaning and hygiene in the restaurant are top. The lady s. is presumptuous, Educational and moody. As you felt like being a requestor. Instead of to the guests bodies entrenched behind the desk. Your colleague did not need the guests to greet. Love tourist, even when the hotel schonh somewhat older is, you can get very much was offered. We were in february and us has it again really enjoyed. That was in Turkey my 11 vacation and i am determined to make a judgment. If you in the all reasonably priced time bay and then the hotel not is completely full, you can't for so little money expect, that all areas are open. The negative reviews are not full tensile. Rude people i not got to know, but only very friendly staff. The food is great, you consider for breakfast alone ... 11 cornflakes, eggs for any desired minutenzahl and lunch -dinner with eibner huge choice. Like some german guests there behavior, and was sad. At home the microwave use and in the hotel comment, as if would be they the connoisseur of the upper kitchen. We wait for the 2. time in this hotel and can it further-recommend. Man should not be forgotten, as cheap the vacation in january and february is. Coffee/ coffee maker in the room in addition and two bars for smokers. The hotel must be urgently reconditioned, 5 stars the hotel has not deserved. The rooms didn't correspond to the standard, as there are no flat screen tv, floor tiles are cracked, grouts blurts, only shower/tub combos available, the way too high are, for the entrance for swimming or showers, the light in the bathroom was dark. Free hautpflegeprodukte missing in the bathroom. The rooms are badly soundproofed, from the neighbours could the urinations hear. Since we only in the morning and in the evening to eat were, we had to say, that it always the same food gave, so no ... variation. Tablecloths were not changed, if other guests at the table. Because we in Turkey have stayed in several 5 star hotels, we come to the judgment, that we not book this hotel again are. read more

We were regular in kbr; but after this vacation change is. It is a in the years Come hotel in which not more was invested. The room are not the Standard. ( no flat screens, only shower/tub combos the much too high ) room were very Noisy. We could our neighbors the urinations hear and the room service never came Before 4:30 p. m. The food has been reduced and not refilled the food was often cold. There was in every corner and edges. Itself the pool bar was not open. Our opinion: it is not 5 star more. ... After repeated long-term vacation (6 weeks. Yes. /fe) We believe, judge to may, one in kbr a relaxing hotel spend can. The reviews some vacationers can we not understand. Also many vacationers not be aware, that the grounds only from 1 april have to be operated. Although renovations by the pool and bridges going on was the pool bar sometimes open and beach chairs were standing available. The lounge bar was renovated and opposite the seating through new modern pad sets and armchair replaced. Excite we would still, that the bath tubs with showers be replaced and revolving doors at ... the hotel entrances in the winter for better wärmeverhältnisse would generate. A hot tub and hammam are in need of renovation. read more

This hotel absolutely n i c h t a 5 star hotel. We have already been more often in Turkey in a 5 star hotel and the absolutely great. The rooms are in a shabby condition. Mugs are not cleaned properly. (cup sticks to saucer!) The mattress in the room was on one side absolutely filthy. Rooms are absolutely badly soundproofed. We could even from the neighbouring room the zipper the suitcase hear. The light of the corridor you could at the complete door into the room seem to see. In the bath there is a bath tub, as you ... need a ladder to or from the shower come. The absolutely dark lighting in the bathroom for certain also a reason. At the bathroom door was a delicious blood stain! After making the bed the maid service could one mine, that someone in it Balcony door was only with considerable strain to operate. The food was always almost cold. The cakes from the night before was for example on the next day the lunch offered. Variety of the food was not since. Tablecloths were not changed. The complex in the outdoor area was out of the pools (totally filthy ) reasonable. If this was not because of the weather used made the dirty water absolutely no good impression. The staff have however always make an effort to be friendly. We will for certain not book this hotel again. read more

We were now already for the 5. time in kbr. Surely it is now no longer the newest hotel! However the food was, as well as in the last few years, high very good and varied! The whole hotel was perfect clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Points of minus were, as in Turkey usual, constant to exchanges of money ' and the fact that the service 'aufmerksamer' if you now and then a small 'attention' wars. The is however a problem with which i until now have in each turkish hotel life had.! Annoying, but typical of ... the country. What the future but would be desirable, are new flat screen tv. The old black and white tvs are now really not anymore! read more

No 5 stars any more. In all areas worse. General manager is arrogant and with words and views very aggressive opposite trod. He has in our good with its employees only on turkish talk to us deliberately provoking. The guest relations manager s. has complaints only with laugh response. read more

In december 2012 we were on a short break in this hotel. We could not fault, but quite on the contrary only good things to say. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The dishes were very tasty and diverse. The rooms are big and were always properly cleaned. The hotel is in an optimal location. When the leave is you directly at the shopping promenade. read more

Attention please read! Absolute no-go for people until 45 years. No animation it was rather the smoking, drinking, and about the food. Stress about the food, have never experienced that the entertainment with the guests eats, entertainment rather in front of the tv and turkish look, although in the pub 20 german sat. The food buffet lunch and dinner was as at Aldi if it ngebote gint. Punktum was the restaurant stormed, knew only not sure why. But after a 2. food i knew the. The dishes all in so blechschalen and after 10 minutes coldly, the stwht then 2 ... hours in it. Really endgeil. My conclusion stay away from the hotel, travel agency was informed. And could confirm the 80% of the regular guests won't stay there again. Axial elasto 0 jacuzzi tub but whole 10 degrees if at all, at the scoreboard was 30 degrees. Waiters full program, money exchange at every meal, and no tip then wartezeitenbis to an hour Wish you a nice holiday but not in this hotel. Jj + f never again! read more

I can only say once and never again. The first 10 days the food was almost always cold and at the lobby bar it was so cold that only with a thick sweater or jacket there could stay. We have a wonderful vacation in Kumköy Beach Resort spend. The hotel is actually meanwhile ageing, for us but still the first choice in Kumköy. Here are true quality and richness of the food, the service is good and the location of the hotel with the dazzling view really unique. The everyday home escape would like can in the december wonderful rest. By the size of the hotel you can also on days with bad weather very good kill time. Definitely recommendable also a visit to the palmenbar and not to forget the Nurhan pharmacy. Both are if you exit ... the hotel to the left, there then after 200 meters turn left in the direction of the new shopping center. Right next to the shopping center there is a taxi rank and the Nurhan pharmacy. Here you can get specialist advice in a perfect german language, depth of knowledge and warmth is possible here in the first place.
