Hotel Yasmine Beach Resort^{(4 stars)}

We had a junior suite, the very spacious was and for 5 people enough. Unfortunately we had no fridge. The windows and doors would be from the outside to be opened, as the latches didn't work. The curtains were hanging half down. The air conditioning worked well, but at the end seasonal turned off. Our balcony was small, but good enough to dry our towels and offered a partial view of the ocean, from the you, if you have an early revolt, dolphins could see.

There was a restaurant, in the breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet form was offered. The promised late riser breakfast, the afternoon snacks and snacks at the pool bar there was not. Sufficient quantity-quality rather varied. Fruit sometimes decayed,! A lot of vegetables, unfortunately not always warm, delicious stuffed tomatoes. The meat often bony and with of bone fragments. Delicious pizza, found our son, really nice waiters, the us always the table very lovingly with napkins and flowers decorated and us the beverages prepared. Unsurpassable the sea view from the terrace, the but unfortunately at the end was closed.

In general very good, even without constant tips. The foreign language skills mixed, most spoke but german and english our room would be cleaned daily and the blankets lovingly decorated. The hand towels were old, but clean and were changed every day. Complaints were within a day repaired.

2 beautiful pools outside and a indoor, but was closed. Unfortunately partially dated tiles and ladders, very clean water in both pools. Enough chairs, the but also your best time behind itself. The entertainment team was very friendly and hard-working. Thanks a lot to yana, zazou, dj Bob, nido and chipo, the a laugh were. Also at hirron, the unfortunately injured was, but nevertheless always in a good mood with our children games played. Our daughter, 11-years-old loved the mini disco funny and made in the dances with. The shows were funny and chipo, yana and zazou have very nice dances vorgetanzt.

We really have feared the worst, after reading the previous reviews, and have a queasy feeling arrived. The very dark lobby, we are on the late afternoon arrived, and the dark looking bellman only deterred. I could now about the lack of teaspoons and eggcups, down hanging curtains, annoying vendors, algae, uncomfortable couches and so on. Reports, i do not want to. If you are on the breakfast terrace and on the sea view, then these things are irrelevant. Off course the hotel has gotten old, nevertheless the nice architecture addressed. Our junior suite was clean and spacious. Nationalities from all countries in different age groups.

Very nice location, just a few strides to the beach on a lightly traveled street. We are to Tunis flew, from there we are about 1,5 hours went. The medina (old town) was only few minutes on foot away. The aqua and karthageland (amusement park) you could from the hotel see. Highly recommend is the piratenfahrt, from the harbor, also only few minutes on foot away.

We had a family room 330 very nice clean and tidy with a tv 2 english channels. I ordered a kettle to help sterilise baby bottles which wasnt an issue to hotel they arranged it straight away.

Very traditional food. Every meal you could get pasta and chips so even if you didnt like the traditional stuff you still wouldnt go hungry. Food wasnt to my taste but other parts of hotel made up for this. Over meal time the restaurant did get very busy but staff were doing the best they could to deal with this. We tipped the beggining of first week 20dn (£8.00) then again 2nd week - we had a party of 9 we were well looked after. Breakfast was the best meal the fresh doughnuts are devine and omelets are nice also.

All staff english very good, considering i couldnt speak arabic or french. We had a table reserved for us for both lunch and dinner everyday waiter remembered what we drank so had drinks waiting for us all meal times. If you werent happy managers were on hand and hotel has suggestion box in reception.

Plenty to do day and night. The animation team work very hard. If they know u arent interested in joining in then they will leave you be, sometimes its just as good to watch as well as join in..... darts water aerobic, stretching, crazy games, water polo volley ball, just to name a few of the activities every night they do a show yes it get repeated the second week but still they are of a good high standard.. zazou is a basket of energy always smiling always happy and just a pleasure to get to know, we took a liking to zazou he really made our holiday special we also helped him celebrate his birthday. The chief works very hard making sure all his staff are happy and this shows lots esp how he cares for his staff. Hirron is an amazing break dancer and a very nice boy however always seems to be injuring himself lol....... even tho my little boy didnt join in with the min disco or kids club you can see yana does a good job and trys to get all kids involved... think that just leaves chipo :) Well my 6 year old is in aure of him whats to be just like him when he grows up haha (an entertainer that is that talks on the mic) he works very hard to make sure all the guests are again happy an amazing latino dancer, someone who i will never forget. Overall if it wasnt for animation team hotel wouldnt get this great review its because of these people that i am returning next month.

Stayed at hotel with my family aged between 6 month - 75 years old. 9 in our party. Hotel was kept spotless, rooms cleaned and towels changed everyday. Stayed all inclusive, not many english but this isnt a bad thing its nice to go away and meet new people from lots of different backgrounds.

Straight over the road from a private beach. Shops are very close and medina just round the corner as well as zoo and waterpark 5 min walk at the most. Pirate ship excursion is a must fun for all the family.

Equipment was typical of the country not very nice, broken outlets on the balcony visitors always a bit behind. If you cleaning staff did not say that the sch... Way is the whole 2 weeks springs were so long. It was with a small bucket water the whole floor in the rooms mopped. You have to imagine the mopping water was not even detergents, let alone was the bathroom with disinfection mopped. So you went from room to room. There needs to be the hoteltester back. The towels were in the morning picked up late in the afternoon returned to as long as we had no possibility itself to shower, as well as ladie. So very clean were they then also not, also the bed linen was not clean everywhere stains and holes.

Restaurants there was only one where breakfast, lunch, as well as dinner carried out is. Is also not different as lack of table-ware, as well as cutlery is, the hotel could be no further restaurant open. The food was almost always indefinable, there was no, or nearly no signs with the description the court. Unclean! Rock hard and dirty bedding. The cleaning lady a tear under the gentlemen. Minibar (the name is already a joke) only every 2 day stocked; ice inside inside without limits. Minidisco absolute letdown. Entertainment for children zero! Blasts but as the russians and Poland from 10 o'clock to, one bears it up. It's large. They have everything that you need. End. The fridge is a cheek. The shower an impertinence. The toilet has no air ventilation. And that I 50 Euro more for view of the sea paid and receptionist even says' get will give you beautiful rooms' was the condition just unfortunately. Yes many pools, but clean was the. The indoor pool was broken. The hamam (spa) is, well: shit! On the tennis court missing the net and also the unterhaltungsangestellten (teenagers) are rather questionable competent!

The hotel is no 9 years as, but of its operators run down this much the suffering toot can. I will pictures high loading the sad truth, which does not mean the location top and the furnishings more than fully. But unfortunately like you which nothing of which touch from fear disease or you can't use, because: default response serving staff in Tunisia 'is broken'! :-(

The beach directly in front of the hotel is really great. You can also the promenade highly and down a walking and, so like in Tunisia usual, bargain a lot/ shop and people meeting. Also the hotel has a more than lush facilities with three pools ( one always' broken ' is). This advantage the hotel can nevertheless not for himself, because the service staff everything through their incompetence destroy!

The size and furnishing of the room was all right. Which was nice, that the toilet extra was. Otherwise as already described above.

There was a large dining room with a small outside terrace. One had in the dining room the feeling a 2-class society. The front part was reasonably clean, but the back part was the last place. For clean plates and cutlery you had to a long search. The accumulated plates on the buffet were 70% still dirty, although they freshly washed from of the kitchen were brought. What the last straw brought was a experience at lunch. In the back part the dining room was a plastikschüssel from the waiter cutlery nahm and with a cloth swept off. It looked as polished he gespültes cutlery. But what we saw, we thought not. The waiter cleared dirty cutlery from the tables, threw it into this bowl with clear water, as a guest to cutlery asked, he took it from this bowl, wiped with the tablecloth from and gave it to him. Our appetite was afterwards within limits. When we once a waiter after spoons for the soup asked (spoons were rarity), I it observed, as he from his lot with the dirty cutlery some spoons, and under the current water tap with the fingers rinsed and we were. The floor of the dining room was a disaster. The waiters stumbling rather over the fallen leftovers, as repeal it. Over the staff's hospitality we can't complain, even without tip. Most spoke at least speak broken German. The cleaning of the rooms was the first 10 days great. Every day it was wet mopped. In the last few days unfortunately not once more swept. The towels the breakfast picked up, and eventually in the afternoon brought it again. Unfortunately they saw sometimes definitely not like freshly washed. If you in the morning at the beach was in the afternoon and which undertake wanted, was showering in the midday so not possible. The offered the entertainment we cannot say much, because we too many at the beach anyway. To the beach can be said, that the loungers very uncomfortable, since there were no cushions. Otherwise was half of the loungers defect. The shower behind the small beach bar was actually quite clean, but the toilets were under all sow. We then went voluntarily to the hotel gone. There are two pools in the hotel. At the upper small there was good loungers with cushions. However the pool border (the drain and the tiles) are in a very desolate condition. At the bottom pool there were the same uncomfortable and broken loungers, we this pool not at all further looked at.

The hotel in general is getting very old, although like us said only 12-years-old. It is located in the middle of Hammamet-Yasmin at the waterfront. The cleanliness of the rooms is actually reasonable, however in the dining room under all cannon.

To the beach you had to cross the 4-lane street go, which didn't bother us. Which was great, the distance to the new airport enfidha, only about 45 minutes transfer. Shops in masses directly in front of the door.

Our room was very nice. Clean. However the bed sheet partially flekig. Shower something broken

2 restaurants. 1 all inclusive the other one must pay. Drinks in the morning rather bad. Nothing with carbonic acid very sweet. For breakfast only one type of sausage and cheese, only weißmehl. Hardly any fruit.

Partly very unfriendly staff. Cleaning of the rooms reasonable, however some spots not cleaned or towels were forgotten.

Animation very good. Nice people and again and again what new. Pool was unfortunately erstz cleaned when the water then I when yellow and no longer blue. Disgusting.

The hotel itself liked it, however the hallways to the particular rooms partly käsefüßen or coudlnt eggs or toilet. The was very unpleasant. The food is took some getting used to. Beach directly in front of the hotel. Great location. Unfortunately only much dirt at the beach. Also glass. The water however crystal clear. Super sxhön. The loungers are included however you can not comfortable couches, very worn and hard.

The rooms are really big, very much closet space. No flaws. Cleaning daily, decorated beds, simply nicer to look at. The mini bar was however totally icy, rusty and very dirty.

The food has us not taste good at all. Always lukewarm, no variation in the order of courses. We were disappointed.

The service was just great. Not to toppen. Drinks were served, the table was lovingly decorated. With a few Dinar at the waiter we were really spoiled. For us it was always the same table. The staff were very attentive. Some phrases German they could all. Perfect.

A thick thank you very much at the entertainers. They all have a great job. There was no boredom. On vaudeville to musicals, the guys managed everything. With always in a good mood was never bored.

In September we were in the Yasmine beach Resort. We were very friendly greeted. Over the size of the room we were amazed. Bathroom and toilet separately. Cleaning daily, additional pillows without demand. The complex verügt over 2 pools, a on the ground floor, there was animation instead, various games, darts and so on by the pool in the 2nd floor it was very quiet. The waiter served uS exemplary. Just great!

Unfortunately there is not much good to say. I found it everywhere very dirty. The employees the shops very pushy. Really important ( especially for the price male tourist), it is in the public alcohol, that means, in the restaurant at the port, for example the steak, no beer. Even with the pirate tour, it lasted a few hours, we had about 35 °C, the men water drink. It didn't bother me, some men but very.

The first room which we with arrival got was appalling, so dirty and dirty. After a complaint and again handing over money we got a eigigermaßen tidy room where you the 14 days 'bear' could. Almost all German guests was diarrhea a constant companion, so much to the subject cleanliness...

The dining room is genuinely the knaller, the chairs are so dirty that a abhorrest to and after a omelet was you every morning at least 10 to 15 minutes at... The food was awful, the 14 days almost only pasta fed... There is almost exclusively Russian kitchen, you can its guests at. The behavior this at the table is really borderline and you feel more than uncomfortable.

Against daily tip you can also get a proper table, the is reasonably clean. Is yes but did not give actually sense and purpose of the waiter every day what's pockets, because the service i'have booked...

For a four-star hotel locally it is even with 5 stars traded but it is really beautiful run down. The indoor pool is not usable because it is finished. Our room was ok. We had a room with a sea view, although we had not booked that. The balcony was quite large. Actually it would be really nice been, there evenings to sit, if not right in front of the nose the four-lane street would have been. In case not loud enough was, came from the beach bar loud house music. At least the weekend was the music so loud rotated, that you his word could hardly understand. The room was okay. The bed was comfortable. There was a mini bar and a safe with key. The air conditioner cooled well, unfortunately but always water out, so that on the tiles a small lake formed. Accordingly looked the wall from: full of brown stains. The same problem there were everywhere in the hotel. There were always again mop or anything to see, the unfortunately not immediately noticed, since the tiles so have/mirrored have. A 'beware slippery' sign was but not set up! Evenings we had always cockroaches in the room. Some had already better days, but overall it was ok. The light switch for the exterior lighting stood at least 5 centimeter of the wall, electric was well visible and for small children a absolute disaster. The same is also on the 3rd floor when the buttons for elevators noticed. There was the panel not feast and the interior was well visible.

So what food regards, I am really not too bad. I eat almost everything and am also with simple things satisfied, but not, when I one time a year on vacation travel, for the I expensive money together have saved. The restaurant was a total catastrophe, I must unfortunately so say. Who to lunch and dinner not on time to opening hours old, had had bad problem, to find a place. The bedspreads were always dirty and very stained. The chairs were all such angesifft, the whole backrest was smudgy, one might it hardly touch. If a table with food was finished, the table not cleared and made clean, but everything remained so is possible. The first lunch were occupied all places. On request, what you now could, finally, we wanted to also eat, only very slow to react. We had a regular waiter, the regularly tip gave, was the matter of lack of space no problem more. In the morning it was not a problem, to get a table. As mentioned, we had booked for two weeks, but only a week there. In the week I am twice drink a coffee can, since it never mugs was. Some have the coffee from müslischalen drunk. The breakfast was moderate actually, if at all which was there. I expect no gourmetaufschnitt, but mostly you generally nothing gotten. One morning I was at: o'clock in the dining room and it was empty! And to at all something refilled, it has always taken a very long time - no matter what time of day it is. To the lunch and dinner there were different dishes, in theory something there for every taste. But we a week only fries and food, but also here you had to be fast. Often, the descriptions of the meals were missing, which I especially for the price vegetarians very annoying think, because not always you could on the first glance identify, in bowls was. The behavior some hotel guests was unfortunately under all sow! Some have three plates to above with fries full and all other have stupid from the laundry looked, because the pot then was empty and you again forever had to wait. Dirty glasses, and plates used but nevertheless set cutlery were also no rarity. A morning was my friend at: o'clock for breakfast, because he wanted to go and it was still nothing at all uncovered, although long breakfast time was. The drinks were mostly not enjoyable. I actually have only coffee and choco from the machines drunk. Beer, Cola etc. Often have very chemical taste. To the lunch and dinner you, if at all only once a bit to get a drink, except you just tip given. The mini bar was unfortunately only almost every day with a 1 l bottle of water and a 0.5 liter bottle of Cola refilled.

Our front desk we found good. You had to analyze everything: meal times, safe... A little German, each spoken. With french one always got ahead. English most. The rooms were all together cleaned adequately. What quite annoying was, was that the towels mornings at: hours from the rooms in/out privileges and only evenings again were brought. The latest, which we have seen, was 6:30 P. M.. A total disaster, if you go showering, or the hands want to drying yourself! With tips had one, two waiter on his side and was by the pool always at the couch are served. Without tip you had to walk yourself.

I can only to the beach and for a pool information. In the hotel there were two pools: a quiet pool on the 2nd floor and, where the kids could play and also the entertainment took place. The quiet pool was mostly very quiet. The pool itself was very old respectively worn. The loungers were comfortable and reasonable ( white plastic chairs with cushions). The beach was definitely not the cleanest. For the algenproblem nobody knows what, but also so lay garbage at the beach rum. There was unfortunately no toilet or shower. The loungers were with blue material covers, the so worn out, that you really problem had, on the chairs reasonably comfortable to lie on. Lie prone was not done. To the entertainment I cannot say anything.

The first impression from the hotel was rather mediocre. Through lots of negative reviews, we wanted a picture from the hotel make. Our arrival was after: o'clock, so that we unfortunately nothing more to eat and no more money to change. The mini bar in our room was not filled, so that the first evening rather bad anymore. We had two weeks booked all inclusive, but we after a week changed the hotel. We are already much icy, were already in Afrika and are not too bad, but this hotel has uS totally on the mood struck. There were mainly russians in the hotel. Some German and arabs.

The shuttle from the airport took about an hour and was completely fine. Around the hotel there is a lot to see and shops. It should be no boredom. Whom it disturbs, that you all accosted is, the should not to Tunisia/Afrika travel or hotel room not leave. Addressed you will everywhere. To the beach you had to only a four-lane and busy street cross. The location itself was all right.

We were satisfied. Was cleaned every day and the towels were changed. Air conditioning went well and tv you could also see.

Yes the food, some liked it, the other so. One could eat it. Gave to stop always the same, but it was ok. Am not wählerrisch.

Staff are very friendly. With a few Dinar one can reach much. Table was every day nicely set. Drinks provided. We were very satisfied with the service.

That was the best at the whole vacation. The entertainment simply brilliant. They have very good job. Many thanks again to you.

We had cleanliness no complaints. Was cleaned every day. There are two pools. A large and small. Both recommendable. We were friendly receive everything went smoothly.

The location at the beach is just across street. Unfortunately there are no cushions for chairs on the beach. Music is very noisy. Techno, if you like it. To the airport it is perhaps half an hour. Went fast. Along the promenade there are a lot of to see, port is very nice.
