Overall we felt really good in this hotel. In our room there was on the furniture, the tv and the carpets were to see, that the hotel is already a bit outdated. Quite on the contrary there is the spa, sauna and sports centre, restaurant and bar-all great.
On the day of departure we had a small problem, so that we the room not in time could leave. Also there was a quick solution, for which we are especially my colleagues at the front desk and the 'maid' thank you. read more

A cozy, family-friendly hotel with great pool area and sauna and above all very tasty breakfast and dinner buffet. We have been going for several years in the winter to this hotel and feel at any time there probably. The staff at the hotel is 1 times per stay the hotel guests and you can possibly suggestions just get rid of. The manager is always at these meetings present and is the hotel and the responsible staff. We found that particularly noteworthy. The service in the hotel is excellent and if it is possible, you got sometimes even a better ... room as booked (for example sea view). The rooms are cozy, the bathroom nice large and equipped with a fridge, safe and a tv. Anyhow very recommendable! read more

For 10 years we drive regularly into the arkona strandhotel and we like it again and again, so that we have on the next trip to Binz it. In the winter, in the spring and in the autumn, the Baltic Sea and the hotel are for any time of the year nice. read more

We (27 years) were 5 days the arkona. Booked the apartment for 80 Euro the night. In addition came still 9 Euro breakfast per person/day and 15 Euro per day parking garage.
The apartment was very nice and modern. Kitchenette available. Large balcony. Bathroom optimal.
Room cleaning was not satisfactory. Only: trash emptied and the beds were made. Towels cost extra!
Breakfast was tasty.
But guests in the 'retirees age' was very favorably. For example at the next table the coffee limited and we were not even asked, whether we which drink. In addition in the morning the 31-12-12 absolute ... utilization of the breakfast buffet-staff came definitely not afterwards with the replenishing the food. Rolls all, no scrambled eggs, salami not available - long waiting periods. Terrible beginning of the day!

We are now the 8. time in this hotel been. It is our favorite hotel!
Unfortunately, we have from time to time determine, that in terms of not only recently joined urgent repairs is doing nothing. The carpets in the family rooms are for at least 5 years in need of renovation, the television still old and much too small picture, the bed-brakes worn out (before about 4 years were the mattresses already times-otherwise it would be surely still worse), the hardware of the plastic window will not be maintained-they are very bad, the door to the room had even ... a absenkbare bodendichtung (the soundproofing), leftovers are still available. The broken tiles of the fire escapes on the building-outside are for at least 3 years away, but a new coating is missing still-a use is without risk (low auftrittsbreite ) not possible-actually so not allowed! And the exterior of the hotel needs urgently times fresh color!
If the hotel management has itself times more exactly look elsewhere-and especially the much-vaunted private owners also once again what would invest- this hotel continue to our favorite hotel stay. Otherwise see.
The location near the beach is excellent, the bar is super, the food half-board was better, but still acceptable and the infusions in the sauna are super! read more

Were several times in the hotel and they helped us again this time again really enjoyed. The rich breakfast buffet or the offer for dinner, and slides the service staff -we were satisfied. Because of the very central location and good traffic connections it is an ideal starting point to excursions in the immediate area and displays, the Binz also in the autumn charming pages. We was definitely not the last time guests in this hotel. read more

As a short stay-hotel, in order to get yourself Rügen to look at, okay. Food was so far so good, but a bit like cafeteria, it was missing a bit the 'special'. Location directly by the beach and not far to the center Binz, beautiful waterfront with many restaurants and cafes. The wellness area is however way too small, there is no resting room ( except in sauna area), the pool small, the hot tub was not very warm, little loungers and mostly reserved by towels! Massages were very good, staff are very friendly. A hotel where the value for ... money indeed, but for a so-called wellness hotel we somewhat more expected. read more

Reservation February 2012 for 4 lakeside double room booked and confirmed in writing but despite previous tel. Question, if everything works, 1 room land will receive on arrival. By my family it never more to a reservation at their come home. read more
